Stopped to get a coffee and a couple of donuts this morning. Person taking the order was rude, no greeting just a "Wait a minute'. I get my order, again no response to my Thank you. I woke up thinking about donuts. I went to the drive thru and placed my order for a glazed and a cream-filled. The guy at the window gave me a box and the cream-filled was heart-shaped. Cute. I went to dunkin at 6 pm and ordered a plain cream cheese bagel and a refresher, an employee behind the counter started verbally complaining about me ordering a bagel claiming that it was "too late" for breakfast food, i did not know that the staff cared when we ordered our food since they are not the ones even paying for it. I asked for the cream cheese to be on the bagel and again this employee verbally said "i'm just going to give them the cream cheese" and gave us the cream cheese on the side. She was also repeatedly touching her hair with the gloves on while touching the food and before i left i saw her putting food into her coworkers mouth with the same gloves on. very unsanitary and very unprofessional. she was very passive aggressive about my order and i will definitely not be coming back. i did not get her name but she currently has red box braids in. read more

I ordered a box of coffee ($24) to bring to family at a nearby nursing home because their mother/grandmother is dying. I picked the box, took it to the home, and the coffee was so weak, you could see to the bottom of the cup. I called and asked them to exchange for a new box. I took the box back in, and the young lady said, "we can't do anything about it until tomorrow morning when our manager is back." I said the told me on the phone to bring it in and they will start brewing a new pot. When I told her that, she said, "Why are you giving me so much attitude?" I told her I don't want a refund, but a new box of coffee that is regular strength. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to start the brew. I'm going back inside in 10 minutes to pick it up. I went to Dunkin this morning, expecting a nice hot bagel with EXTRA cream cheese. I wanted an ice cold strawberry coolata. When I ordered I said I wanted extra cream cheese. the lady even repeated her self and said "extra cream cheese". and i even got charged for it. we get to the window and the lady hands me what looks like frozen YOGURT and I tasted jt and it has NO flavor and it tastes like strawberry's and water. Then I go to open my bagel and there is at most less than a spoonful of cream cheese ON ONE SIDE of the bagel. there wasn't even enough to get both sides. I am DISAPPOINTED. America DOES NOT run on dunking. 0/10 DO NOT recommend. read more

Really poor customer experience. They don't really customize drinks. Ordered a cold brew with no ice which I do at every Dunkin. They first filled it full of ice, I said no ice so he poured half the ice out then filled it. I told him a 3rd time I ordered no ice and he said, sorry this is the way they serve it and if I wanted to talk to a manager I had to come back the next day in the morning but he would do nothing. It wasn't the fastest visit. However from order to service was much shorter than expected. I got a delicious pumpkin donut and the pumpkin cold brew. The cold brew had an odd sweet tea flavor to it. The pumpkin flavoring came in bursts and helped overall. Certainly a larger beverage than I was expecting. read more

This location is a mess, apparently. We stopped for coffee on the way to a hiking trip. That's it... you would think that's an easy order, right? It took a couple minutes to help the person taking our order in the drive thru understand that we wanted an iced coffee and a hot coffee. Both of those black. Again, I realize this is an incredibly difficult order. He finally repeated it again correctly and we proceeded to the window. "Sorry it's hard to hear through the speaker!" He said. The staff is nice but one lady clearly can't really understand or speak English so I don't know why she's at a register. That's not why I'm giving 2 stars. In FL, iced tea is $.99 and in Cleveland it's $1.49 but here...$3.19?!? I thought I was mistaken the first time I went and I didn't ask for a receipt so I went back, I thought surely I am losing it. Don't send out coupons if you are going to treat customers who redeem them like second rate citizens. I had a coupon for a $.99 breakfast sandwich when I went through the driving thru this morning. When I asked what my options were she said she was giving me a croissant. I asked if there were other options as I would have preferred a flat bread. She said that since I had a coupon I had no choice. This was said with a very rude tone. I asked if I could get something else, and she said no she had already put it into the system. Keep in mind the image on the coupon was of an English muffin. When I pulled up the manager apologized and said they would be giving me the flat bread and even offered me free hash browns. I was impressed he tried to make up for her abrasive approach, and I left feeling like she was a bad seed, but that they were making every effort. Then I drove away to find I was given Texas toast! I honestly think she did it on purpose. You should see this woman... She is fiesty and clearly hates dealing with people. I've experienced similar situations at other Dunkin donuts over the past few years. Rude customer service - and poor quality food. Today I go and get my usual medium Pumpkin spice cold brew with no ice and the lady said I have to have ice. I say I don't want ice and she proceeds to tell me corporate requires ice on cold drinks. I told her I have never heard of that because I go to the Dunkin' in Gahanna and never had this problem. I have sensitive teeth and cannot have ice. After a good scream fest we had through the drive-through speaker. I said okay give me 3 ice cubes. I pull up and the cup is mostly ice with very little coffee. Don't go here if you want to get any donuts at noon. I went there today around 12:30PM, and they literally had...nothing. They had a couple glazed, far too many maple glazed, the only kind of sprinkled donuts they had were vanilla and that was...basically it. There were zero chocolate frosted/sprinkled/cake donuts at all. I didn't even buy anything for myself because there was literally no kind of donut that I liked. But still, I bought 2 maple glazed and 2 regular glazed for my boyfriend. When my boyfriend started eating his regular glazed, he realized that it had very little glaze on the donut at all. So I essentially bought him donut dough. I will go to the Dunkin on 161 from now on, even though this Dunkin is 15 minutes closer for me. I would much rather drive the distance and know I'll at least be able to buy something. read more

I'm upset with this location. Dont get me wrong..theyre exactly the same as any other DD. This store seems to be closed every time I go there and their donuts are few in selection. I normally just go for coffee (which they make with an excessive amount of milk..it was littlerally milk with a dash a coffee) but sometimes Ill be getting donuts for the office. If it wasnt for this issue I would have never found out Krispy Creme was better at making donuts anyway! Its a shame Ohio doesnt have more DD but I guess they dont need them with all of the donut shops and specialty coffee places around. read more

Dunkin Donuts... If you like strong, rich coffee DD Is your place. I wouldn't suggest getting a latte or any other drink since it never seems to be correct. Ever wonder why Dunkin Donuts only 2 or 3 star reviews. I decided to come inside instead of drive thru and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and one even greeted me or bothered to wait on me. Them I heard a lady in the back say "we take care of drive thru's first...". I ended up walking out. I would have nice expensive order for them instead of a single cup coffee drive thru order.
