We ordered a variety of different donuts and all of them were stale and tasted like grease. The cashier was in a horrible mood. He seemed annoyed that we were even there ordering. At least if the food is this rancid, hire people who are nice to customers. The coffee tasted like what I imagine watered down sugary urine to taste like. If your donuts are cold and stale at least have good service and coffee. This place just needs to be shut down. read more

Cons: If you like your doughnuts thrown in a bag and an attitude than this is the place for you. Pros: Waitr delivery so you don't have to deal with the workers They threw my mixed donuts in a bag. No box. I didn't even get a blueberry donut, yet all of our donuts tasted like blueberry. They are slow & the girls behind the counter ALWAYS have an attitude. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubts thinking maybe they are having a bad day. However, after over 10 times of the same service, I now go somewhere else. This is a doughnut shop so ambiance and service are not applicable in this review. But the food! Brought home two dozen (1/2&1/2 glazed and chocolate iced) and they were so dense and flavorless that 4 kids (3 to 9 yrs old) didn't finish a single doughnut. As their father I fear NO DOUGHNUT and tried one for myself. I give it a 2/10 score. Worst doughnut I've tasted probably ever. Definitely not indicative of the brand. If you insist on eating these doughnuts I suggest burning your mouth on hot coffee first so as not to taste them. read more

Didn't want to take it here but this location is absolutely racist. A room full of white people telling me that my app didn't work, when I had JUST ordered via the app the day prior. I use the app regularly & have for months. I know how it works. The owner or someone reached out to me, but apparently that was just to say they did. I was charged twice for a terribly made order & according to customer service, only this specific location can refund me. What a joke. Fckin crackers enjoy your coffee. This location does not know how the app works. They refused to make a coffee for me that I ordered ahead of time, just as I had done with this location days prior. I showed them my RECEIPT, & ORDER HISTORY, which both showed my order and that it was PAID (including the last 4 digits of the card used). First it was an older woman telling me no I hadn't ordered yet. Then she went to a younger associate & I thought to myself- great surely she knows how the app works. I was very wrong. Love the coffee, don't' love the donuts! Sadly the doughnuts are just not good and I think the problem is simple, they aren't fresh! I go by probably 3 days a week to grab a coffee but every time (literally for a month straight) that I purchased a dozen doughnuts they were kind of hard, had that weird 'stickiness', and the flavor was just bland. I would love for the doughnuts to be better so I hope it's something they fix cause the coffee is always really good! Just FYI the bar for doughnuts is/has been set by the place at the end of 190 next to McDonald's, the glaze is literally HOT and dripping off everytime you order. read more

This location is owned by a really nice family. I love coming here! The workers are very friendly and will help you decide on coffee options. I am a huge pjs coffee fan, but their coffee really put a mark in my book! Didn't realize they were more then just donuts. Definitely a quicker option then the other local chains, I hardly ever wait. read more

Three strikes you're out! I will never waste my time and energy on this hard to get into location again! On this visit, I placed order and then when I got to the window, I had to repeat the whole order. Then I was told they no longer make one of my items. I ordered a medium black coffee and was given a small and didn't feel like waiting on having it made right but once I got home it had more than tablespoon of coffee grinds. Oh yum! The sandwiches were made in such a hurry that the Texas toast wasn't even toasted. I tried calling to but no one could answer the phones. I really hope the 8 cars behind me that waited a long time had a better experience than me. read more

Used to LOVE this place but the last few weeks have been disappointing. The cold brews are so good but I have had to ask for my drink to be fixed every visit and the staff has been rude. One worker in particular has been especially rude even to the point of leaning out the window and acting annoyed when he saw another car pulling up. Who doesn't like Dunkin Donuts? I was really happy to see them come into Covington as I haven't lived in a town or city that had one since I was a kid. I've had good experiences here. I usually get here at times when nobody is in the drive thru so I get in and out pretty quickly. Donuts are of course always great. I haven't tried any of their breakfast sandwiches or anything they offer besides donuts. I couldn't imagine going here and not getting donuts. lol 5 Stars. On a side note. I've been eating donuts from Dunkin Donuts for over 30 years and have never received a hot donut, never expected one, and never heard of them offering or advertising hot donuts. I'm puzzled as to why a 1 Star review was given by somebody for not receiving a hot donut. read more

After mentioning, the cashier dissappeared into the back, out of sight, to 'count the drawer'. I had a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles, nastiest doughnut ever and I am not picky about doughnuts. It tasted like they had previously made strawberry icing and then used the same spoon to mix the chocolate icing. I also ordered a french vanilla iced coffee. By the time I had tasted the coffee I was too far to turn back around and ask for a new one. It all I could taste was straight sugar, no coffee taste at all. I was gagging from the over powering sugar taste. I always try to give them another shot and every time I'm disappointed with the doughnuts and coffee. read more

I want to like DD but the main problem is that the donuts taste awful. And the chocolate covered donuts, the chocolate is not hardened so that then they go in the bag, the chocolate just goes everywhere almost like thick syrup.
