I go to Dunkin' almost everyday for iced coffee, different locations. One thing I hate the most is that if they run out of your favorite flavor at your closest location, here, they're out for days to a week or more. Management should do a better job at ordering.. it's always something with Dunkin' though. read more

The place slaps. I don't know what to tell you. The people are always nice, the food is always hot, and the drinks are always great. I've only ever been given the wrong drink once and the girl working was more than happy to remake it for me. Service 10/10, even in the middle of rushes. read more

The quality of service at this location has dropped to below a 0. I can tolerate personnel change as often as they go through staff however it seems in doing so they are now the last place I will stop for coffee. I have gone by this location EVERY morning for a simple cup of coffee. This week (12/2/19) the drive-thru line is 10 cars deep EVERY morning and this morning I decide to go inside to order. I get to the door and there is a note on the door saying she/they are the only one inside and they won't unlock the doors to let anyone in. Whoever runs this particular location might want to spend some quality time there and figure some things out. read more

Love Dunkin but the 2 initial people were kind of rude when I went through the drive-thru and didn't listen to me when I was ordering, and the coffee tasted like the last pot and consisted mostly of water, you couldn't taste the coffee and the caramel was non-existent. I went back inside the store and another girl was very nice, apologized and remade the drink. The guy who was at the drive thru window was rude and the girls around him were just as immature. I'm not sure if the comments were directed at me, or another customer, but either way that's not ok. I have visited this store many times in the last 5 years so it's very sad to receive such immature and disrespectful service. Hopefully it won't happen again. read more

This location and staff must be brand new. Took forever to get bagel sandwich made. We were all done eating before the sandwich was even ready. I ordered a donut for my daughter and Girl at register walked away and got the donut and was upset after I then ordered one for myself. Only thing going for them is location. Nothing else around here. All the tables were dirty, we had to clean up someone else's garbage and wipe up our own table. read more

Went through the drive through and the girl working at the window had to ask for my order again. After telling her 3 times that I wanted a coolata she comes back with an iced latte. They have a small donut selection and they don't seem fresh. I asked for a double chocolate donut and they were out... I then asked for a pumpkin pie donut and they were out. I ended up leaving with a stale glazed donut. This place needs to get it together. read more

Went by an hour before they closed to get a iced latte and was told the stop serving lattes 1 hour before closing because it takes an hour to clean the machine and was told all Dunkins stop serving an hour before closing because of the cleaning time. Every other one I've been to has served up until closing time. read more

Clean and fast! I love the seating area and it is perfect for traveling sales people like myself. They have a USB and AC charger at every seat/table although the seating area is very small. I tried their Vanilla Latte and was surprisingly decent although it's nothing to write home about. Overall it's a great addition to Dawsonville! read more

My breakfast sandwich had a bite taken out of it!! DISGUSTING! Unfortunately I went through the drive thru- and was well on my way to the airport before I opened the meal. I called and the Manager ESSY GONGALVES said that one of the employees was probably eating their breakfast and it got mixed up. I asked for a refund which they could not do without credit card so I asked that a gift card be sent to my home, and she said no problem. It's been over a month and still no gift card. I have tried emailing her again and have received no reply. Currently on hold with corporate offices trying to figure out who owns this place. They probably have a few health code violations if they are letting their staff freely sample and eat in the kitchen. STAY AWAY. There is a beautiful Panera Bread across the street. It is nice but, seems to be always be dirty inside, WIFI is free but slow.. like the service it seems to be always understaffed.

Very disappointed. It was awesome when they first opened but they've been giving me the wrong size coffee, burnt bacon, if any at all, and my last chicken biscuit was so old and over cooked I couldn't even cut it with a knife. The quality is like a 2 now out of a 10. So sad. read more

I can't be more dissatisfied with the way a business runs itself more than this place. While the placing is convenient and the building is clean every other aspect of this location is just awful. I have gone to this DD three times now. Each on my way to work. My order has been wrong EVERY time. My first experience was just a simple iced coffee with French vanilla flavoring. They were out of the flavor and instead of informing me of this, they just didn't add flavor and let me find this out once I got to work. When I had to waste time and money to get this issue fixed the staff was understanding but the woman who gave me this drink through drive through was giving me rude looks throughout the time I was in there. My second experience was with my bagel. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. When I got to work I saw they had given me a plan, not toasted bagel with no cream cheese. My third experience from earlier today was my usual bagel, iced coffee, and a bottled coke. I got to the window and saw they were charging my for a medium hot coffee. I informed them this wasn't my order and the door was quickly shut in my face. She asks what I had a few moments later so she charges me for my things but forgets the coke and I just decided to get that item elsewhere so I could get to work. The manager sees her employee looking for my order and starts screaming at her and was very rude in front of me. The manager then grabs my bagel and hands it to me aggressively saying "here you go" in a short, annoyed manner. I get to work to find out they gave me hazelnut iced coffee instead of vanilla and my bagel was burned. Not to mention it took me 11 minutes to get through the drive thru when there were only three cars in front of me with small orders. I will NEVER return to this Dunkin until they get new management and staff. What an awful way to run your business and treat your customers. read more

Slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. Left empty handed because I have things to do sooner than next year.

First of all, I love DD! I've been going for about 17yrs and prefer them over any other coffee or donut shop. I get a iced coffee everyday. Now they simply don't fill it. They fill the cup to about an inch lower than the top. I've talked to both the manager and DM and they both assured me that they were working on this standard. It's been 2 weeks now with a few more conversations and they still don't fill the cups. It's actually has gotten worse. I tried to give them a chance to fix the problem but they still haven't. I hope they get new management very soon! read more

I came here a few days ago and ordered a medium ice coffee, my total was around 3$ and I paid with a $20, I was never given my change and without thinking about it drove off, with the receipt. But no change. I called almost immediately realizing what had happened and was told nothing could be done about my $17 or so dollars. I have called three separate times now and had it explained to me that "they dont know what to do" I have worked in the food industry before and know how easy it is to simply count a till and see if its over, that was never even attempted in my situation and I simply donated $17 to this dunkin donuts. I would not suggest going here unless you want your money stolen from you or if you enjoy dealing with incompetent management. read more

I always get coffee here. In the morning they are normally pretty good about getting you in and out. Which I like, especially when your on your way to work. However I assume there is a shift change, (I'm assuming it teens or new hires) that work in the afternoon. I do not go during the afternoon. I went a couple different times to give it a try, I ordered my drink like I always do and the girl making my drink literally put nothing in it at all. The sticker was on the side showing what was suppose to be in it. Thankfully I taste my drink before I pull out of the drive threw. I got their attention to let them know it was wrong and one of the people at the window asked her. She goes oh my bad I totally forgot. I've worked in fast food Its really not that hard. Every single time I've went in the afternoon it has been very unpleasant and my order is always wrong. Now I gave 4 stars for a reason. A friend and myself went on a Tuesday night to get a small coffee and it was great. They were about an hour from closing which we didn't know. There was a guy taking our order and a girl who helped make our drinks. Both were amazing took their time with us and made us laugh! I go almost every Tuesday now (when I get the chance) read more

I would have given 5 stars, but was disappointed today only because of my hot chocolate which is usually always perfect, but not today. The service is always great, but today, my hot chocolate was burning hot, so I burned my mouth and then when it cooled down, it tasted like very diluted hot chocolate made out of water, which was not the usual perfect hot chocolate. I live in Dawsonville and work in Atlanta. I have been going to the DD by my work every morning for years now. I was thrilled when this location opened b/c I could always get my usual before my 2 hour commute rather than after. When they first opened they were great. A little pregnant girl at the drive thru every morning was so nice and pleasant to deal with. At some point it was time for her to take her leave and they replaced the young mother with a young lady who is anything but pleasant. Not really sure what her problem is but whatever it is, it reflects in her customer service. I've been in the customer service field for 30 years now and it always amazes me the attitude some folks have in this position. What irritates me is that they don't realize they have a JOB because of their customers. If the customer is not treated right, you don't have customers thus you don't have a JOB. Anyway, one morning (about a month ago) I sat in line behind two other vehicles for 10 minutes because the kids at the window were just conversating with the current car. My guess is they knew each other, so I beeped the horn. When it was my turn, the young long hair blonde told me I could hold on until my turn. I firmly told her, that chances are people like myself are in a drive thru line rather inside b/c they are on their way to work. If they want to talk, keep it inside. i order the same thing everyday for years now from DD. Yesterday, this same young lady gives me my ice coffee with no whip cream. I asked her please put the whip cream on it. She rolls her eyes and puts it on. Tells me that it would be easier if I asked them this request before hand. I politely reminded her I said whip cream twice. I'm not sure what this young lady's problem is, maybe it's lack of training I don't know. But management needs to know and correct how they see fit. I'm willing to bet since they open as early as they do, that the vast majority of their customers are folks on their way to work. I for one, do not care to start off my morning with some little rude individual that doesn't smile, say thank you or have a nice day. read more
