I placed an order on their mobile app for a large iced espresso drink. When I got to the window, they told me they were out of large cups, and I was given the option to have two medium cups, which I said was ok. Then the kid came back to the window and told me they were out of espresso. I was given no option to cancel, other than dealing with some chat bot on the website, and instead of a refund, I was offered 250 points. Totally inaxceptable. I get that things run out, or stores run into problems, but instead of sending the little 15 year old broccoli head to the window to make excuses, maybe try fixing things? read more

I've been going here since I was a teenager and the service has just become so terrible. I just got yelled at because I mobile ordered and the location was shut down, but I was charged. My understanding is that there was a medical emergency, which is totally understandable, but screaming at customers who were charged for items they didn't get is not the way . This location has increasingly got more rude and nasty, despite me always being patient and understanding of their lack of staff, (I order at minimum 30 minutes ahead because I'm aware that they always are behind.) Awful wait times if you try to do pickup. Ordered ahead for no reason. Well over 15 minute wait even with ordered ahead and plenty of lead time before we went to get it. One star is generous. Seriously?? No drive thru on a Weds night? People waiting while the teenage staff gossip about boyfriends and "stuff". For the past several days, the Denver PA location has had the drive-thru closed. No one has any idea until they are in the parking lot and have to struggle to turn around. There are NO SIGNS near the road warning customers about this. Same thing happens when the dining room is closed. This is unfair to customers and it wastes people's time. This Dunkin' should be the training center for all Dunkins. I'm so confused by the poor reviews. I go every single morning around 630am. Ive never been in a drive thru (or any chain!) let alone Dunkin' that moves this quickly. They have never messed up my order. They make my drink correctly, again cannot say the same about other dunkins. Everyone in the drive thru window and the individuals taking my order at the speaker are friendly. This location never has the correct hours posted, its supposed to be open 24 hours and it never is. The dunkin starts cleaning before they turn their open sign off. We pulled up to order our coffee, and the lady said their closed with the open sign still on. With that being said, proper customer service would have taken my order but they couldn't because they were "cleaning the equipment". read more

This is a classic tragedy. This WAS the best Dunkin' I'd ever been to. I have 2 that are closer, but for 3 years I'd drive to this one because everything WAS perfect. Freshest donuts, best selection, best coffee, best service, best sandwiches, best snacks. BUT THIS IS ALL GONE NOW. I truly think somebody must have died, or the owner got hooked on drugs and stopped paying the employees. Now, the service is slow and bad. The Sandwiches are dry and slapped together. The coffee isn't as good and never has enough cream. The snackin bacon has become the worst I've ever had. They don't put any pepper, or any of the sweet brown sugar on them at all. It's just a pile of burned, old tasting bacon in a bag. This list goes on. I've have never seen a retail food business crash as bad as this one has. It's owner should be ashamed. There were 3 other women there but none of them spoke any English so they could not take orders or help! I was very disappointed in my visit today. The Indian guy taking my order has a very strong accent that was hard to understand. I ordered 3 drinks and proceeded to checkout. Upon arrival, he hands me two drinks, the one that did not have the flavor shot I asked for! I asked where the 3rd one is and he responded in a very demeaning tone of voice, saying " you did not order that drink, I took order, I know." And said if I wanted it I had to go sit in the long drive thru line again! A very unsatisfying experience. I needed to use the restroom very badly, and was also hungry. We pulled off the highway at this dunkin. I was planning to use the restroom then purchase a sandwich and coffee. I then found out that they keep the restroom locked and they refused to give me the key until I made a purchase. Also one of the restrooms was labeled "employees only" , which I found ironic since no one was wearing face masks and it clearly has nothing to do with Covid. I then ordered my food and got the key to a dirty restroom that had no toilet paper. And ate a less-than-great breakfast sandwich and some soggy hashbrowns. Don't stop here unless you're truly desperate. And even then, maybe go to the Turkey Hill across the way. read more

Terrible service! Put an order in using drive thru and came up to window and asked if they can add one more thing. They said no it's an extra step. They said i had to pay for the order and go back into the drive thru line. There was no one else in line for the drive they. So I go back and try to put the extra order in and thru. The young guy starts waving his hands and yelling to come to the window. I didn't even get a chance to put the extra order in so I pull up and he was like first pay for this and then go around again. Can you believe this!? At this point my child is screaming his head off and I pay for the order and get the hell out of there. To make matters worse, they didn't even get my order right! We stopped in here at 0830 on a Sunday morning and the place was filthy. Looked like the floors hadn't been swept in days. The tables were dirty and the windows had fingerprints all over them. The girl at the register was rude and had an attitude. When we went to put our 1 year old in the high chair, it was broken. We told them it was broken and said we were concerned it would fall apart and a little one would get hurt. They said they only had one and kept the broken one out on the floor. When I lived close-by and stopped in once and awhile, their coffee always tasted burnt to me and their toasted croissants for breakfast sandwiches were over-toasted (to the point of having many black, burned spots on them). This didn't make the sandwiches taste very good. Of course the donuts were always fine and the wait was never too long as they got people through the drive-thru quickly. read more

We love dunkin donuts but this one is terrible!!!!! The owner has a nasty attitude and has NO customer service manners or skill's!!! He treats his staff like do-do and talks to them short and nasty. They are in such a hurry that the order is NEVER right. I pay for a large which cost more than a regular coffee and either I get a half cup, no Carmel to just tasting like it's burnt!!! Asked for a toasted bagel. Ok does everyone I ow what a TOASTED BAGEL would look like. Well he told me ask for double toasted to have it brown. Well don't count on it...it's burnt!!
