Spotted this new place while we were headed to a different restaurant, and decided to try it out instead. I am SO glad we did because it was OUTSTANDING. It was moderately busy when we entered, and was getting rather crowded by the time we left an hour later. I ordered one of their specials -- a breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes, fresh tomato, green peppers, onions, and cheese, then wrapped in bacon and deep fried. The crispy burrito and bacon complemented the fillings nicely, and it was served with a crema sauce on the side. My dining partner got a strawberry cheesecake crepe, which had a generous amount of fresh strawberries and filling, and a pile of whipped cream on top. It too was delicious. The portions for both were perfect -- generous but not excessive. The coffee was good as well, which I can't say about a lot of places anymore. It was very clean and new inside, and the decoration was very nice. Modern and elegant, but with enough natural oak accents, basket-shaded lights, and plants to really brighten the space. The service was also excellent. They were fully staffed with many attentive employees available, and the service was on point. The food came out fast and hot. If I had one complaint, it might be that the A/C was a little strong. It's maybe a little pricey for breakfast compared to diner fare (almost every entrée was $10-15), but the value is 100% there. When you walk in it's pretty busy, I went around 12:00 p.m. the wait time was about 30 minutes. I was with my friend, so we went back into the car and waited in there because there is not a lot of space in the lobby area and it seemed a little claustrophobic in the lobby. When we finally came in I wanted to order the western omelette and substitute the ham for steak and I found out that it will be an additional $12 on top of the meal price and or the chicken would have been $6 more. I decided to go with the veggie omelette. The food was pretty decent I would say it's like an upscale diner feel with a Mexican flair. It has many Mexican inspired dishes as well. The dishes have a nice presentation for the most part. I think I would come back again, it wasn't too bad for two people it was about $40. read more

This was my first time visiting Morning Fuel. What a great menu. I love breakfast and I was thrilled with all the options. I decided to try the strawberry, blueberry cheesecake crepe. I enjoyed it and would get it again. I also loved the hot chocolate. We went with friends who said they have always had a good meal there. First visit left a positive impression! The service was prompt, friendly, attentive, and respectful. We never needed to request extra napkins, dishes to be removed, etc. The staff went above and beyond! The atmosphere was beautifully warm and welcoming. I loved the simple plants and airy decor. The dining area was smaller than I expected, but it made for a cozier experience. The noise level was average with the number of people in the space provided. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait; however, I believe it was actually 10at most before we got seated. The food was superb. Both people in our party ordered the Classic Plus, with slightly different components. The seasoned potatoes were incredibly delicious and highly recommended! The sausage was not spicy and the eggs tasted fresh. The French toast was fluffy and flavorful. The regular toast was toasted to perfection as well. Both of us enjoyed our drinks- I absolutely loved the Tiramisu Latte! The bathrooms were well stocked and pretty clean. Aside from them screwing up my order two times. They are still worthy of a five star review. We were in the area for business and decided to stop for a late breakfast or early lunch. From the outside the place is very appealing, and it was equally pleasing to the eyes on the inside. Nicely decorated, very bright with a cool vibe. Upon glancing at the menu, they had a lot of nice options from breakfast to brunch to lunch. Initially, I was going to do breakfast but instead when the server came over, I asked, would he choose a burger or tacos. He immediately said tacos, but he prefers to do one shrimp one chicken one steak versus getting them all with the same meat. I said that sounds good. I'll do it. He came back shortly and apologized and said What he had offered me isn't something that's typically available on the menu. It should only be a choice of one protein, but because he offered it, they would do it for me. I thanked him and said I can choose something else. He said that wouldn't be necessary. Roughly 10 minutes later, he came back to our table and said he's unsure what's going on in the kitchen, but they never started making my tacos. Again, I offered to choose something else from the menu and he said no that will not be necessary. A short time after that, a young girl who I guess was one of the managers came over and apologized for the confusion. At which time I said, no worries It's all good. Finally my coworkers chicken sandwich came out which he genuinely enjoyed and my tacos came out. Three delicious tacos, loaded with steak and eggs. I'm guessing the menu had some sort of breakfast taco and these are what the server thought I wanted when in fact, I wanted the lunch tacos without eggs. Rather than complain and cause more confusion I ate them and they were delicious. However, today I tried the Cinnamon Roll pancakes w/a side of bacon. Soooo good! The pancakes were perfectly sweet and fluffy with a cinnamon butter. Even the bacon was great. Lastly, I had the fresh squeezed orange juice which was the perfect complement to my meal. The main dishes had good flavor but the sides such as the toast and potatoes were so bland and lacking in taste. Random, but the jelly packs also seem generic and didn't taste right. I will start by saying that the wait staff here has always been friendly, and prompt with serving and coffee. However, for as long as we've been coming to Morning Fuel, we have never gotten a hot breakfast, it's always cold. We have told the staff, and nothing has changed. On our visit, June 12, we discovered that white toast comes with breakfast, but wheat and rye are $1.50 extra! There is no valid reason for this, and we feel it is gouging, and unfair. The flavor was wonderful with vanilla and cinnamon with slight crispy edges n perfectly soft but not mushy bread My friend had a bacon omelet and said it was the best she's had.
