Service was perfect, the girl actually looked like she enjoyed working here! Definitely not a flashy place, but it gets the job done ... Most of the donuts were gone and all of the ones left were shifted over to the right shelf. I stood there briefly before the lady in the back come up to help. She was pleasantly nice and threw in a extra donut after it was all said and done. I took my donuts to go and ate them later. I can say they held up well but looked very dry over the hours. The blueberry cake had a flavor that came through and the glazed was sweet with a lovely texture. These donuts were good and probably would have been even greater fresh.

The other doughnut was something called Butter Nutter or something and looked like a Butterfinger was smashed and put over the top of the donut. See photo. I worried that the super thick glazed donut was going to be raw because it was so enormous, but it was cooked well enough where it was fine. It's sort of a skin on it like a bagel. Tasted really good. The other doughnut was super super sweet like sugar on top of sugar. I wouldn't have normally ordered it, but they were out of everything else that I normally would order. Good but too sweet for me. Again it was fried crispy, which is how I liked donuts. The ambience is what you would expect in an old donut shop... comfortably worn...
