I come this Dunkin Donuts many time because is close to my job. Coffee always okay, not best, but make me wake good. Sometime they forget sugar or give me ice coffee when I ask hot, but I don't make problem. Staff is friendly, just look little tired always. Donut today was old, not soft, like sit from yesterday maybe. I still eat because taste fine with coffee. Inside is small, not super clean, table sticky little bit. Music play too loud morning time, make headache. Price normal, not cheap but okay for fast coffee. I go again because near and fast, but wish they make fresh donut more often. read more

Been coming here since it opened many years ago. Been inside only once or twice, and been through the drive thru many times and it's always been a pleasant experience. On the whole, friendly employees who have gotten our orders right, and the inside is on the smaller side but provides a chill atmosphere to either hang out or get some work done. This DD was mostly clean, although there was a sticky spot on my table. It's great that you can order from their app and walk in to pick up your order without having to wait in line. They delivered my drink first - weak & watery! Then soggy, half cooked snacking bacon. I stood there at the mobile pickup counter for several more minutes before one of the workers asked me if I needed something else, to which I replied, yes, the 2 donuts I ordered. I ordered 2 medium white chocolate signature lattes which were listed as 2$ per, and two orders of hash browns (1.49 per), the total somehow went up to 16$ but I brushed it off and paid for it, upon receiving my food and drinks I was super disappointed, one of the drinks tastes good and the other is terrible, I ordered 2 of the exact same drink. Went through the drive-thru on a Tuesday morning before work. I asked for a receipt because I was on a work trip and needed to be reimbursed. The cashier hands me half of my receipt and tells me the machine ran out of paper and that's all she can give me. I apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I could please get another print out of the receipt. She then hands me the other half, which is wrinkled and illegible. I asked her to print another one but she doesn't know how. She ends up getting 4 other employees involved to help her and finally hands me a reprint of the receipt and quickly says "have a nice day" and closes the window. I only received one of the two coffees I ordered so I let her know we actually have another one coming. She was quite flustered and goes to pass me the other coffee quickly and annoyed, spilling it on her as she shoved it out the window. I went to this Dunkin on Sunday, February 7 to order the pink velvet macchiato. It took them a few minutes to get me my drink and when I did get my drink it was only half full I paid over five dollars for a half full medium cup of coffee. I would have turned around to address the problem but I was on my way to work and couldn't afford to stop and spend anymore time there. They gave us the wrong box of donuts and then said the only way to get a correct one was to renter the drive through line, which was 15 minutes long at that point. I already waited 10 minutes, so I asked for a manager so I could just get a credit. The employee told me the manager was busy and not available to talk to me. I've been a great customer, coming in for multiple dozens of donuts for months. I won't be anymore. One the ladies snapped at me today that it's store policy to call ahead for orders over 3 dozen. Was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. We arrived here at 5 minutes to 7:00 p.m. and read the sign to make sure what time they closed. The young man who was running the store was doing paper work in the dining area. We ordered our ice coffees. one with sugar, one without. Want to order the hash browns but where told they had already cleaned out the oven. when they gave us our coffees, they could not remember which one had the sugar and keep playing with the coffee trying to figure it out. we finally sat down to drink our coffees which was then 3 minutes after 7:00 and were told they hated to rush us but they were closing in ten minutes. I replied, "your sign says you close at 7:30 p.m. at which he did not reply anything. We continue to drink our coffee and at 7:11 he told us we had 3 minutes to finish. I once again reminded him that the sign clearing said closing was at 7:30, which he then responded that he had permission to close early. I replied , really? while there are customers still in the store? At that point we left. Rude, Rude, Rude!!!! We are Seniors and we always like to sit and drink our coffee, otherwise we would have ordered at the drive through. As we were leaving other customers were coming to the door and he was also arguing with them that they were closed.
