Terrible service, charged me for the original drink I ordered after I switched it for another one.

Great location that has delivered for me every time I've come. The workers are fast and friendly, and obviously you can't go wrong with their coffee, especially their iced and cold brew coffee offerings. My fave is a cold brew with oat milk, but they have many other options and flavorings for any taste profile. There was only one time where they got my order slightly wrong, but I called them up shortly after and they were more than happy to give me a brand new drink for free. Great customer service! Great coffee!! I really like it when my spouse wants to go and get really good coffee instead of our coffee pods. I love cake donuts with chocolate frosting and it's very hard to find one anywhere, I really wish they had them. Since he hasn't been able to get those I do like their blueberry ones and I just found the chocolate frosted crullers. They are delicious. I am still hoping for my favorite cake with chocolate frosting because so many people like them. My spouse goes through drive through and the service is good. read more

The donuts were alright. The restaurant was very well lit and clean. I ended up ordering 6 mixed donuts in total, 2 breakfast chicken wraps, and 2 coffees. For some reason they decided to put the chocolate glazed long John in a bag instead of the box, resulting in the chocolate being all over the bag. Overall I think the breakfast wraps were better than the donuts. Lastly, going inside the service was fast but with the location being small be prepared for long waits in the drive-thru. read more

Wanted to pick up some coffee and donuts for a repair shop doing some work on my vehicle last Friday. The order was wrong, not a huge deal they fixed it, but the donuts ended up being stale, and the service was less than stellar. I make an effort to be nice, and I'm met with flat RBF. Kenya was not interested in making it right. Oh well, never go back, that's the second time getting stale donuts at premium price. Doughboys it is from now on. read more

The bacon was undercooked. The hashbrowns were undercooked and super greasy. After asking for them to be recooked properly, the second order was undercooked still. Inedible. The staff was kind enough but to busy to understand the problem. read more

On Alpine in Edgebrook. I order everything bagel and medium decaf hot. I get warm coffee. I say, "it's not hot." She says, " it is." I taste it. I say, "it's not hot. " She says, "did you taste it? " I say, " yes it's not hot." She takes it back, comes back. It's still warm. I say, "this is not hot. Feel the warm cup". She says, " pull up we will make you a new one." Love this new location on riverside! There seems to always be a line, however they get you in and out with a coffee in your hand promptly. Staff is so friendly, especially first thing in the morning. Love that you can pay with the app now. Makes everything so easy/ quick. The blueberry iced coffee is my go to but i love that they are constantly having new flavors to try. Way to keep me on my toes, DD Plus the donuts are delicious and the new morning break breakfest sandwich is low in calories and great in flavor. Definitely try it! read more

I DREAD having to go to the Dunkin on Alpine when the one on Riverside is closed. People are always rude and this isn't something just I have experienced but also friends of mine who have gone to this location. Not an ounce of friendliness in 90% of the workers here. My order had been messed up many times. I once ordered an iced coffee with caramel and it was literally just black coffee even though it said "caramel" on the cups ticket. I went back, kindly asked if they could add more caramel and they were very annoyed about it. It's one thing to be annoyed if I was being rude to them for messing it up, but when I have to come back and am still kind and understanding, I shouldn't be met with an attitude. read more

Today in Rockford Illinois off of Alpine  Store number 354965 I had the worst experience, over a technicality of grandet versus medium I had to wait 30 minutes for my drink they made me pay for my drink and then they told me to pull up front in literally made me wait because I said granda n not the word medium.  By time we got our drinks served the whip cream off of our seasonal Lottie's were depleted!  After I took the order they got on me about a technicality also I asked for white toasted chocolate Ginger bread something  Then they ask me what kind of coffee I said well whatever your advertising I believe it's a latte then they told me if I have an attitude I can leave literally that's what they were advertising on the screen so would you  Assume it would be the holiday lattes?  So once that free school was over with I got to the window and they asked me what can they help me with terrible terrible service terrible I will never be going back there again someone needs to do something about this it makes Dunkin donuts look cerebel the line was literally outside in the street because of their pettiness Eagle to stick and self righteousness people kept leaving they were turning off from the drive through  An unethical  I'm unprofessional, this is not how a business is ran this is beneath prettiness welcome to Rockford they say Crystal read more

The Alpine dunkin donuts was horrible. The service was awful, the cashier was rude, they didn't have my husband's favorite donut which is glazed. It's not that fucking hard to make glazed donuts and be fuking nice to people. The girl needs to lose her attitude. Don't go here. read more

This Dunkin is the best around hands-down. I usually get the frozen Carmel coffee. Everywhere else they make it taste bitter as if there was too much coffee extract or whatever except for this Dunkin. Friendly staff & clean facility is also a plus! read more

This Dunkin' has THE BEST black iced coffee. I used to come here everyday until I moved out of the area. I've been to many other DD stores and the iced coffee is never as good. The service is always great as well. I've noticed they are always hiring and the staff always consists of young teenagers. They are very fast and polite, even when it's busy. I always have to come back every time I'm in town. It's seriously an addiction. read more

Terrible Customer Service! Had a problem with their mobile app where I was charged $3.00 by tthis store for coffee I never received. Refused to give me the coffee after the fact or to provide any reasonable solution. I'll go to McDonald's instead - I'm done with their pathetic excuse for taking care of their customers! read more

Disgusting!! First lets start with I never right reviews, but I have had it with this place. I only go here out of convenience and once my gift card runs out I will be going to Megs or Mobile for my coffee in the morning. The staff is just a bunch of young kids that are too busy chatting amongst each other causing the morning drive thru line to take way too long, and I don't think I even get what I order (example I ordered 1 cream in my coffee and got 3, was basically creamer with a splash of coffee). The hygiene practices are terrible I have watched from the drive thru window on more than one occasion workers wearing plastic gloves to prepare food and then adjust or pull up there pants by the belt loops with the gloves on and then go back to making food. So gross!!, which is why I will not order food only coffee not to mention when I have ordered food in the past it is always cold and still frozen (Yum frozen eggs). Also on a note about the food, this is suppose to be a donut place right?, but I can't tell you how many times I've ordered their "specials" and they don't even have them which then becomes a guessing game of what do you have? Also, I have found things in my drink such as what I hope was a carrot peel??, but with the hygiene issues going on there I'm questioning what that carrot peel really was. Point being this DD may be on a nice side of town in a nice area but it is the grossest and most poorly run business around. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!! read more
