This is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Each time I'm hopeful they wouldn't forget something off my order. I do mobile orders, that way there's literally not a way to be misheard. I put it in so I know what I got, as should they. Not once, have they gotten it correctly. Always something left off. Used to be a major Dunkin fan. Food is ordered in advance, that way it's ready when I come to pick it up. Never is it ever ready. Quite literally what the mobile app is for. This place needs to shut down. Do they get the business? I come to this Dunkin location too often & have never had any issues. The girl named London was SO out of pocket this morning. (9/7/25) I placed my order at the drive thru & didn't know if they understood what I meant so I asked at the girl at the window and London pops up with an attitude saying "that's why she repeated it back to you and so you want us to change this whole order?!" While slamming the window and giving me a death stare the whole time. Hopefully management does something about her attitude. I had someone contact the manager and she seemed like she was going to handle it! I understand customer service can be aggravating, I also work in customer service, but I'm not fixing to be rude for no reason? I was nice and respectful just asking if she knew what I meant... she obviously does not need to work in customer service. (I asked the girl at the window what that rude girls name was she said London , I hope she didn't give me her own name thinking I was asking for hers) However the other workers there are always super friendly and always give great customer service! This is the worst Dunkin in the history of Dunkin Stores. This place sucks ... period. God awful customer service, the absolute worst I have ever seen. My wife and I walk in to get breakfast. There are four people working in the store and nobody addresses us. There are two guys waiting on their drinks/food. One guy goes to get his coffee and says to worker, I didn't want cream in my coffee". The worker says, " did I say that coffee was for you?". Absolutely pathetic, we stand there for 10-15 minutes and no one says a word to us. Reference the other reviews and they are all similar. Fire these people and get someone better. Absolutely disappointed with this Dunkin. They always have their dinning room closed so I went through the drive thru this morning. Not a big deal. Their menu wasn't lit up so I couldn't read the menu completely and when asked what I wanted I said I wanted a refresher and I asked which flavors the woman operating the drive thru was incredibly rude. If it was a one time thing it wouldn't be a big deal but this was the like 5th chance I've given this place. If you don't want to work somewhere quit. She told me her card reader wasn't working until after I got to the drive thru and thank god her coworker was there to correct her or I would've had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. The worst part... Veterans Blvd location: Apparently since the owners left this location has gone downhill. Customers are being neglected and stolen from my employees. I Placed an online order went to pick it up and was told they were out of EVERYTHING I ordered and that "she forgot" to tell me. I reached out to Dunkin Donuts customer service and only got one response saying they couldn't find my account so oh well. I told them I ordered as a GUEST but I had my receipt. I have been here multiple times and there is always an issue with the customer service. Today, was the worst experience of all. While placing my order in the drive through, I was talked to as if I was an inconvenience. At the window, I received no greeting and only a mumbled price. When the same girl brought my drink she barely held it out for me and said the word " cappuccino" paired with a RBF. Then as I had the delight to see her sloppily put my doughnuts into the box, she had to flip several of them over because she threw them in there.Then she brought them to me and not even a "have a good night" or anything, she walked away from the window. read more

nope. It's located between two gas stations. It wasn't very busy. It was us inside and another patron. We wanted to get a sandwich, a breakfast sandwich to which they told us they would no longer be making sandwiches anymore. okay. There were four people working there, out of which three were employees and one was a trainee. One person was doing nothing. One lady who seem to be in charge was running around making to go drinks for the the drive-through window, which was not that busy so I'm not sure what that was about. The guy at the front took our order, after telling us they could not Make breakfast sandwiches I ordered a Guatemalan coffee. He said it would take a long time to make so I got a regular coffee and a doughnut. My boyfriend got the Halloween spider donut and drink special. We paid for our drinks and donuts and we got our drinks and then we just waited around. After a couple minutes they realize we were still there and kind of started until we told them we wanted the donuts we ordered. The girl who is training, who was present listening to us when we put our order in, seemed confused as to who was going to give us a doughnut. So I asked her can you please get our donuts and then the other lady who is doing the "to go" orders asked her to go do something else and then confused the girl, only to change her mind about the task she wanted her to do. Are you confused? We were too. then the original kid, not a trainee but an employee, came back around and told us they didn't have any spider donuts. Surprise! they never had any, but didn't tell us when we ordered. so then we asked if we could get another specialty donut, slightly confused, he agreed. Finally, I got my glazed doughnut and my boyfriend got a specialty donut. i'm confused how 3 people working can't serve 2 customers inside and 2-3 drive through customers. it's horrible there. don't go. everyone is confused and you will be too. read more

Was trying to order on thanksgiving night, I understood that they were busy, had a long day, and would probably rather be at home with their families, but when we pulled up we were met with a rudeness I cannot comprehend. After explaining that all their machines were down except for drinks, she raised her voice at my sister after she asked for an iced coffee. This was so out of pocket. Worker was very rude. We are from out of town and did not see the sign that said we require mask. Lady told us in a very rude tone that we needed to put a mask on before we ordered, that she would let it slide this time. On top of that both men and women restrooms are out of order. They enforce the mask rule but the workers have their nose hanging out of mask which is pointless to even wear one. Placed a simple order through my app of two coffees and two donuts and the blonde chick working had no idea how to make either. The hot coffee with cream and sugar tasted like hot water. Our iced coffee that was supposed to include sweetener and almond milk came through the window with neither. When we asked her if it was the right order, she took it back and didn't do a thing to it and handed it back. They should really try getting their crap together. I'm not sure what they've done with their waffle cones, but the cone I got tonight was smaller than an average ice cream cone. I got 2 scoops which I assumed were going to be inside of a typical waffle/sugar cone such as the one they advertise and one would usually eat with a spoon. The scoops were on top of this teeny tiny waffle cone, fell out all over me while I'm in my car, I'm having to pull them off of me and hold them on this tiny cone with dang paper towels... IT WAS A DISASTER! Oh and all of this came with a hefty price of $6.40!! SIX DOLLARS AND FOURTY CENTS FOR A DOUBLE SCOOP ICE CREAM CONE ON A TINY WAFFLE CONE THAT CANNOT EVEN SUPPORT SAID SIX DOLLAR AND FOURTY CENT SCOOPS! I went three times to try the new mangonada drink. First the truck didn't come yet with the new Ingredients, which is fine except we called the night before and they said they would have it. when we went it was 4pm. irritating but I work in the food industry and can understand that sometimes trucks don't come when they're suppose to. We went back later around 9 and they said they were cleaning the machines and it would be 20 minutes, so we went back again and they said they were sanitizing the machines. So we called and asked to speak to the manager. The same girl who took our order answered the phone and said she was a manager. How is she a manager if she comes up with excuses ! I know she just didn't want to make the drink. don't advertise a new drink if you won't serve it. I wish I got her name because she was ridiculous. She completely wasted our time and gas. The other day I only went in to get myself a coffee and munchkins for my daughter. They were just laughing and giggling. Took them a few mins to get the front to take my order and they weren't serving drive thru or doing anything productive. While waiting for my order I seen spilled coffee????? I'm assuming on the counter the employees kept walking by, and I wanted to ask them to clean it up bc that's unsanitary; but whatever because they sure looked like they weren't going to listen either. They were too busy talking about some girl they didn't like at work because apparently she was too uptight about cleaning. Shit maybe she should be with you idiots!!!!! I took my daughter to the bathroom before I got the food and it smelled like straight piss in the bathroom, the trash can was packed with trash on the floor and only a couple of paper towels left on the roll. I didn't even wanna drink my iced coffee because it tasted watered down and no caramel like I requested added. I tasted the munchkins and they were ok because I wasn't letting my child eat it unless it was fit. Honestly 10/10 recommend NOT EVER coming here. read more

I gave them 3 stars because several times my orders have been wrong. My latte was supposed to be hot but the steamed milk was not steamed and definitely cold. Paying attention to the customer's request as well as what you are doing is important. Otherwise, they do a great job. I will go there. At least until the new Starbucks is finished. read more
