Ordered a dozen glazed and dozen assorted. The hot sign was on but when we got home and tried the glazed they were not fresh, a least a day old and not light and fluffy or airy. What a disappointment. On the assorted dozen they were fresh but they got the order incorrect on 4 of the donuts. We ordered cream filled and they gave us lemon filled which the kids do not like. For the price we paid for 2 dozen donuts it would have been nice to get them fresh and correct. Very disappointed. read more

This is a very busy location. I would recommend going earlier rather than later in the day if looking for specialty/limited edition doughnuts, because they will run out. It has a convenient drive thru, however it's usually wrapped around the corner. Also the employees are usually pretty nice here. read more

I was door dashing today and had an order for KK on Pio Nono in Macon. The front door was locked so I walked around to the drive thru window. I knocked on the window and didn't see anyone. I opened the window and said hello. The employee walked around into my view and said.. Did you just open my window? I replied yes, that the front door was locked, she replied that this location was permanently closed. So I closed the window and canceled my door dash with the explanation that the location was closed. A heavy set black guy with glasses came to the window and said "gone have to come back at 2 o'clock they fresh break into it" Customer service: lacks the necessary skills to represent Krispy Kreme as a business. The window associate looks for the heavy set black guy to answer everything as if she doesn't know Krispy Kreme's guidelines or operating orders. omg some of the doughnuts were still hot. You didn't have to chew ... they just melted in your mouth. They were delish. I'm husband ate two and helped me with the raspberry filled one ... they were all so good. I'd hate to have to say which i liked better. This is the best Krispy kreme ever this staff is knowledgeable they know what they're doing the food is phenomenal I go there every chance I get the doing pumpkin donuts right now regular pumpkin pumpkin cinnamon rolls and pumpkin's with cream cheese in them. I advise you try them they are wonderful and the birthday cake one is equally as good and God help you if you hit the hot sign Jesus take me now is so good the staff is wonderful I will go there again and again and fact they're not my closest 1 but I will make a special trip just for them they have a drive-through any can go inside I highly recommend them please give them a try read more

Went here last week on my way to work. They were open when I got there around 6:05 AM. The location is definitely sketchy but this is an actual location that they make the donuts. Typical Krispy Kreme outside decor. Limited but enough parking space, it had its own lot. The service was great for so early in the morning. It smelled wonderful and to see those fresh donuts coming down the line. They also had the assorted ones on display. The place was clean and looked very neat. read more
