My most recent experience warranted a beyond frustrating experience that has led me to change my perspective of this business. Most recently, I decided after many times of horrible counter service, maybe a pick up order ahead of time, using Square, is best. Placed the order and drove 30 min to pick it up. Arrived at Forum and the kid behind the counter says "oh I didn't make it because we don't have the ingredients" !!! Not a phone call, nothing. Then he offered to make me something else, both of which were incorrect- this took 25 minutes !!!! 25 minutes to make two drinks- wrong. I was patient, he was alone, however last visit was similar with two people behind counter. The coffee is good. Service is horrendous.

He went over to his computer and printed it out and got started on it but doesn't really give me a lot of confidence in placing online orders in the future. The worker did apologize and I appreciate that so four stars for now. As I was leaving, a lady who was also waiting for her coffee noted that she did the same thing and apparently they don't have all of their ducks in a row yet.
