Stopped in here for the first time after seeing countless pictures from my friends. The shop is a decent size and you can actually see them making the donuts. Why didn't I come here sooner? was the only question I kept asking myself. The donuts are fresh and delicious. I bought a bunch of different flavors and split them among my family so I could taste a bit of each and I have nothing but great things to say about them. To top it off (no pun intended), they're well balanced in flavor and not overly sweet.

When you have a sweet tooth, it's hard to find any faults with a donut shop. This Duck Donuts in Whippany had no faults that I could see, just delicious donuts! It took a long time for this shop to open, and I had it bookmarked for quite a while, but I finally got there! Unlike many donut shops, the donuts are not sitting in a display case. You order either at the counter or kiosk and then your donut is prepared. There are lots of great choices on the "fan favorites" menu, I went for the Raspberry Fluff which has raspberry and marshmallow drizzled over vanilla icing. What's not to love? I'll be back soon and next time I'll pick up a few more for the family!

These donuts are so delicious! My personal fave was the maple bacon donut. They are super fresh and warm just as advertised. They have rich flavor and are moist. Definitely by the far one the best donuts I've ever tried. I really enjoyed them.

The duck area. Where the fresh donuts fall into the bin. Like the duckies would.

I had only heard of duck Donuts. Pass it all the time. Decided to stop in for a taste. They were fabulous. Tasted fresh. Have had a freshly baked tasting donut in a while. There was only 1 worker but she worked quickly to frost my selection. Which were many. It's a small cute space. I will be back. I have found my new replacement to Glaze and DD.

I stopped by this location to pick up some treats for a party. The donuts are made fresh to order and so cute. I ordered a variety pack of the Duck Dozen to go, and watched as they started with naked donuts popped fresh out of the donut maker, then added various coatings and toppings to each individual creation. The flavors are cool and interesting. The texture of the donuts is cakey/spongy, more like a cider donut than a pastry donut like at Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme. Because they're made on the spot, it does take a few minutes, depending on the size of your order, so you shouldn't be in too much of a hurry. The milk shake was very good too (I had strawberry), thick and a good strawberry flavor.

If you haven't indulged in these incredible donuts yet, what are you even waiting for? They are absolutely amazing! Freshly made and bursting with all sorts of flavors, they're a feast for the senses! Plus, their vibrant colors make them irresistibly fun to eat!

Donuts are SO good but looks nothing like they are supposed to. It's fine for me to eat but I wouldn't be able to bring them as a treat to anyone because of how poorly constructed they are and how awful they look in the box.

New shop, clean and well-lit inside - wasn't too busy mid morning. Made-to-order donuts, and a few tasty variants! These are cake donuts, so not my 100% favorite, but they do them well. Great favor combinations, or you can do your own combo. Not cheap, but made-to-order when you order them at the counter, and you can watch the process. Also, a lot of ducks, toys and otherwise, all over.

Service is a little slow but this is such a fun place to bring your family! I was there to get a free donut on donut day! Donuts are super fresh and fun to watch the machine making the donuts! Will def come back to try other items! Good location too!

This was my first time trying Duck Donuts and I can definitely see what makes this chain so popular. Super solid delicious Donuts made fresh when you order, I mean what more can you ask for from one of these kinds of shops? How bout Freshly Brewed Coffee, Teas, Milkshakes, Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt, Breakfast Sandwiches and Iced Espresso Beverages. Yeah you best believe I'll be back whenever my sweet tooth commands, Come And Get Your Munch On!!

We went in for a quick snack.. we heard so much about this place and want to check it out!! Made to order donut!! Who can't resist? You can choose from different kind of glaze and different kind of topping.. what to hate about that? The store is kinda small so it might get lost when it was packed with people!! There is a ONE kiosk to order if you know what you want and it was pretty simple.. but if you have no idea what you want to get, you might want to check out the menu first... because it would be a little overwhelming if you try to search the kiosk no knowing what you want and a line is building behind you.. t you can also head to the back of the store where there is 1 register where you u can order from, but on a busy day.. this can be quiet crazy... they are working super hard and the order always come out looking amazing and tasting fresh!!! Also I don't recommend saving it over night (or even leaving it out for a couple hour).. it's kinda not looking good after it become cold and old...

Well there goes my diet!! Today I went to check out Duck Donuts in Whippany, NJ. I arrived at their quiet time which was good so I wouldn't have to wait long. We ordered from the kiosk so we could look at each donut they had , you can build your own donut as well. They have coffee, espresso and other drinks. They do serve breakfast donut sandwiches. We ended up picking: Cinnamon bun The boardwalk Peanut butter paradise And Midnight madness I ordered a cappuccino as well with an extra shot of espresso. The donuts are a good size and super decadent! They are cake like donuts and not airy. Their seasonal donut is cotton candy but im not a fan of cotton candy flavored anything. I excited to see their seasonal when fall comes. Definitely give them a try! Treat co-workers, family or friends. They do have a duck donuts fundraiser for any organizations or schools interested!!! Enjoy!!

Cannot believe a Duck Donut opened up near me. It is hot, fresh, and little too sweet for my taste but it's all good. The donuts are freshly made and you can see them put on the toppings The service is great and quick considered today is their grand opening. They hired a lot of people working there. Hope they continue to do well.

I ordered a hot apple cider and it was ice cold. Was very disappointed. Donuts were small compared to the OBX store in North Carolina.

I ordered a grilled cheese & fries for my son. The fries were pretty good but for 9 dollars, I felt like I could've made the grilled cheese easily myself at home. It tasted fine, but wasn't anything special. For myself, I was hoping to try the Enzo smash but was informed they didn't have it. So I resorted to something safe and ordered the vodka parm sandwich. I specified at least twice I wanted eggplant but out came chicken. I should've said something but I was ok with chicken too so was willing to try it out. It was crispy and well-fried, but a little lacking on the sauce and the chicken was a tad dry. Overall, I really wanted to like the place. It's not bad by any means but just didn't wow me enough to want to come back again. I did like the pretty artwork and decorations on the walls though.
