Definitely no red carpet here... No greeting but especially a nerving was having to wait to be served and then when I ordered, after paying, I got no "thank you" or anything. This is a nicer, newer designed Dunkin', but I still won't go back, because when I went to the station that has the straws and sweeteners, they were ants running all over the counter. If there are ants where the sweetener packets are I can only imagine what there must be around the sweet donuts! All they need to do is clean all the services around the condiment area and other areas with disinfectant wipes... It's really not that hard !

Drive through has you pull around front and they tell you it will only be one minute. It's been more like 20 minutes. If I didn't already pay I would have left. Worst service ever. Young ladies that are usually there are not there today that's for sure. This guy is slow

Came in for a needed espresso shots. Nice, clean and unfriendly service.

Place stinks, it's clean yet it stinks. Let me elaborate, does not matter if the place is clean, the food is good, etc...if the service and attitude of the employees is unacceptably horrible. That said, only go to this DD for the restrooms.

Their employees could be a little more customer friendly, and maybe not so miserable looking. Saying thank you shouldn't be THAT hard.

Newberry reminds me of your hometown bakery where everyone gathers in the morning for their donuts and coffee before heading off to work. Very much like many of the shops in the Bel Air area. The employees are super nice at Newberry. Really taking their time to provide great customer service to each patron that strolls through the doors. Although it was lunch time we settled on breakfast sandwiches with homefries. And I of course had to grab a donut because it's a must, and a latte. The breakfast sandwich was just what you would want to start your day, a savory piece of meat and cheese on a soft bagel. But the star of the show was the homefries. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. We both loved the potatoes. My glazed donut was divine, pillowy with just the right amount of glaze to not make the donut too sweet. The latte was a little to sweet for me, but I'm a little finicky with the sugar level in many caffeinated drinks. All the times I've ventured into Bel Air I never thought to stop at Newberry and I'm glad I finally did. I'll definitely be back to try more of their yummy donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the future.

Service was great, friendly staff. Rating would have been perfect but me and my friend bought the same avocado toast and it definitely wasn't even! One (in the pic) has a thin spread of avocado and just the right amount of bacon maybe. The other (wasn't able to get a pic) has maybe lumps or 2 scoops so thick avocado and double the bacon topping. I suggest consistency in serving. Cafe is small but there are quite a number of seats, not for big groups. Also, doesn't matter how you enter but cafe has 2 doors, use the left door and that'll lead you right up to the counter where you order. Went on a sunny 60-70f ish day and al fresco dining perfect! It might have been a little busy that day, the bin was overflowing. Overall, well-maintained and might be back again soon!

We opted for the regular-sized portions which were very generous, butter pecan for her and cashew caramel for me. Many farm-themed tchotchkes were all over the space, too, which were all lovely. Staff was friendly and making sure the space looked its best. Bought milk from their cooler and a half-pound of their Aunt Josie's butter as we left (they brought the butter out from the back) and can't wait to try it! They were incredibly thorough with all of their ingredients and allergens. They make everything from scratch, but I was not able to have any of the desserts since they were all made with soy flour, but they went above and beyond, helping me choose a lunch and checking ingredient information for everything. They were so incredibly kind and patient and did not make me feel like a burden at all by asking questions. I ended up going with the grilled ham cheese and tomato sandwich on ciabatta with a cheddar cheese, and they give you a few choices for sides. I went with the orange slices and I also picked up a cup of coffee - their chocolate hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. They even came back a few minutes later because they saw I had a peanut allergy and just wanted to make sure that hazelnut was safe for me as well. They were so sweet. Every person there was really accommodating and when I first walked in, they were helping a customer choose a cake for their daughter's birthday, which seemed to be taking a while, but they were patient and kind with her as well. This is a family owned operation and they really put their heart and soul and everything. The spot itself is just tucked into a shopping center and the interior is cozy and cute. They have a wide variety of desserts and pastries, along with sandwiches, breakfast options and drinks. Everything smelled and looked amazing. I wish I had been able to try a dessert, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area that is able to eat their desserts. Their cakes looked so good. I really enjoyed my sandwich. It was so filling and had a really good flavor! The tomato just made the ham pop and the orange slices were really refreshing. I don't usually go with fruit as a side, but I think I need to start doing that more often! Their coffee was really good too. Geresbeck's has the best sales in town when it comes to seafood. The shrimp is always cheap & they steam on site. On a recent visit while waiting for my shrimp to be steamed, I took a walk around the market to see what else I could buy. Geresbeck's has a great speciality ice cream section. They had my favorite Taharka Brother's honey graham ice cream and some other tasty choices. I ended up in the bakery department and saw SO MANY delicious looking baked goods from a peanut butter Boston crème cake to banana pudding parfaits to mini cheesecakes. Their doughnuts are huge and made with the love of someone that loves to bake. I took quite a bit of photos showcasing their selections. As I walked through the store, I started to get a little hungry for a snack. I came back around to the deli/hot foods department and saw a mountain of tasty looking western fries. Now, western fries are extremely popular in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. I've had my share of western fries from the center of the city, to Brass Hen in Eastpoint mall, to even Royal Farms. All were delicious, BUT THESE FRIES WERE ABSOLUTE LOVE AT FIRST BITE!!! They were crunchy like a piece of fried chicken and tender inside like a fluffy baked potato. Omg, I can taste them right now. They were so, so amazingly yummy. If you love potatoes, or any variation of fries, you'd LOVE these. I actually may go back very soon for a fix. I didn't need salt, pepper, ketchup, NOTHING. Now, for my only gripe about Geresbeck's is that I wouldn't necessarily buy goods outside of the seafood, bakery or specialty items. I found that other items in the store, unless on sale, are higher priced than other grocery stores. But they have to counterbalance that with the affordable seafood prices, right? Anyways, if you're in the area, stop by and pick you up some delicious doughnuts and western fries while you're there. Geresbeck's is a piece of nostalgia that will make you feel like you were back in a time when everything was simpler and easy. They will always be solid with me.
