Newberry reminds me of your hometown bakery where everyone gathers in the morning for their donuts and coffee before heading off to work. Very much like many of the shops in the Bel Air area. The employees are super nice at Newberry. Really taking their time to provide great customer service to each patron that strolls through the doors. Although it was lunch time we settled on breakfast sandwiches with homefries. And I of course had to grab a donut because it's a must, and a latte. The breakfast sandwich was just what you would want to start your day, a savory piece of meat and cheese on a soft bagel. But the star of the show was the homefries. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. We both loved the potatoes. My glazed donut was divine, pillowy with just the right amount of glaze to not make the donut too sweet. The latte was a little to sweet for me, but I'm a little finicky with the sugar level in many caffeinated drinks. All the times I've ventured into Bel Air I never thought to stop at Newberry and I'm glad I finally did. I'll definitely be back to try more of their yummy donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the future.

Their doughnuts are huge and made with the love of someone that loves to bake. I took quite a bit of photos showcasing their selections. As I walked through the store, I started to get a little hungry for a snack. I came back around to the deli/hot foods department and saw a mountain of tasty looking western fries. Now, western fries are extremely popular in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. I've had my share of western fries from the center of the city, to Brass Hen in Eastpoint mall, to even Royal Farms. All were delicious, BUT THESE FRIES WERE ABSOLUTE LOVE AT FIRST BITE!!! They were crunchy like a piece of fried chicken and tender inside like a fluffy baked potato. Omg, I can taste them right now. They were so, so amazingly yummy. If you love potatoes, or any variation of fries, you'd LOVE these. I actually may go back very soon for a fix. I didn't need salt, pepper, ketchup, NOTHING. Now, for my only gripe about Geresbeck's is that I wouldn't necessarily buy goods outside of the seafood, bakery or specialty items. I found that other items in the store, unless on sale, are higher priced than other grocery stores. But they have to counterbalance that with the affordable seafood prices, right? Anyways, if you're in the area, stop by and pick you up some delicious doughnuts and western fries while you're there. Geresbeck's is a piece of nostalgia that will make you feel like you were back in a time when everything was simpler and easy. They will always be solid with me.

I worked here from August 2023 to December, came back next June for about a month before I quit again. Throughout this time, the management was deplorable, and the conditions disgusting. Although it was cleaner than their connecting franchise, who had roaches in the espresso machines while I was training there, there were multiple times where mouse dropping was found on the donuts at the Edgewood Dunkin' on Pulaski Hwy by both customers and staff. The donuts were delivered the night before, so if you were worried about them always tasting stale; they were. They were left in the open on racks in the back until morning shift got there at 5am. One new hire I was training came in so incredibly high that I had to send him home because he was nonstop asking to walk to McDonalds mid shift, and physically could not do anything due to his state. Multiple times used syringes were found in the bathrooms, and semen on the wall while I worked here. There was a time where I (who worked as a shift manager and had all shift responsibilities without the pay), had to call the police because an adult man threatened my minor coworker and we were made to keep the store open with only two of us at 3pm and being questioned by the police. The service is so slow because they hire teenage girls to be by themselves at night, or to work alone with pedophiles who have been known to send inappropriate texts to their minor female coworkers in an area with crime and made to go outside at night without any safety rules in place to take out trash an area without any light where other adult males are also closing connecting stores. My last paycheck in December, was cut $300 short due to "short tills" although there is no Maryland law stating you can take out money for that reason without a written contract, I was considering taking legal action but I'd rather not deal with them ever again. The minors are not made to be taken even 15 min breaks, which is completely illegal, let alone a 30. Even if they could there are never enough people scheduled when the minors work which is ALWAYS at night so they must work. I would not trust the co-owner Sanji as he berates and belittles the female coworkers and picks on the younger ones to no end. I have not and will not be spending my money here, and neither should you. Other close ones that I have heard good things about are the Joppa Dunkin', and the Edgewood Dunkin' NOT on Pulaski. I do not have pictures of the mouse droppings on the donuts, but I do have pictures of a mysterious grey/green substance on the powdered donuts that I worried was mold, but was told to put in the case anyways (I threw them out) and that it was just from another donut rubbing on it even though they were from racks where all the donuts are held separately- furthermore, we did not have grey or green donuts at the time. read more

I've visited this store about 7 times in the past year. More often than not my order is screwed up. They don't give a stirrer you better ask or be prepared to drive back. 5 creams and 5 sugars on the side equate to cream and sugar being added for you. 1 black coffee got me a coffee with cream pre mixed, another black got me a coffee with a massive amount of sugar. The manager said "again" yes again maam. Not coming back. You know me, you know my order and every time it's wrong. I went through the drive through, and some young lady asked me if It fart doe, as a boomer and cracker, I'm not sure what that means, I made my order and she asked me at the window so it fart doe, and I proceeded to shit my pants infront of some young Indian woman, she said she would give me a free donut and I didn't order a donut, but I'll tell you what those black glazed donuts be smack. Ordered online one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever eaten at ,and that's saying a lot ,donuts were scarce bagels were hard as rock. Coffee was poor at best, that's bad to say since I thought the coffee in the army was bad Dunkin' Donuts has some of the best coffee out. but not at this location. and management can care less the ambience there is none and the counter person thought it was crazy when I asked them for mayonnaise for my bagel. read more

SC, NC, and now MD - I have never had a bad interaction with any 7 Brew employee. They have always been helpful, upbeat, and hard working! This shop has been dealing with a lot of local complaints because of the traffic and lines. It's the first location in Maryland, and I don't think anyone doing the traffic study had any idea how popular it would be. Owners have been personally addressing issues and trying to encourage customers to be more considerate/understanding of locals and not blocking streets/driveways in lines leading up to the shop. Honestly, they're going beyond what a lot of shops might have done. That said, I avoid them on the weekends, but a pre work Friday coffee is usually quick in and out. Once in line within the 7 Brew property, lines move fairly quickly and staff help with questions about the menus. It would help if people reviewed the menu or had it open on their phone before pulling in, but people are going to people... Coffee drinks are delicious. A really solid selection of sugar free options, dairy alternatives, and non-coffee drinks if you want more of an energy drink vibe or even no caffeine at all.
