I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Dunkin'. I walked in to order a coffee and stood there for FIVE minutes with no acknowledgement at all and I was the only person in line. Then a group of people walked in behind me, and the employee immediately started talking to them, taking their orders, and making their drinks while still completely ignoring me. I love Dunkin' Donuts as a corporation, but this branch is the ABSOLUTE WORST. They are rude, interrupt, push you out the door. They do NOT fulfill your order at all. I ordered a drink with almond milk, and they used whole milk. Being severely lactose intolerant, this was very frustrating, in addition to this, all the matcha powder was sitting and the bottom of the cup, not mixed it at all, and the cup was not much more than half way filled. I ordered a medium. After asking them for a third time if it was made with almond milk, I could hear the girl that had made it talking bad about me and complaining through the headset. They then asked me to pull forward and I waited 10 MINUTES for a small drink. This is absolutely ridiculous & do not give this branch anymore funding. read more

I prefer starbucks 10x more, but If i'm in a hurry I do mobile order here & EVERY.SINGLE.TIME they mess up my order, forget something. Rude customer help no one acknowledge me or said a short I will be with you in a minute and when I was helped my food was just thrown into a bag and my coffee came out iced when was suppose to be a normal French vanilla latte when made a comment saying it should be hot she proceeded to dump the ice out and try to use it for my hot latte and then proceeded to raise voice at me when I asked if she would be using the same. It blows my mind the lack of care at this location . I have given them so many chances it's a joke at this point . I have a dietary restriction and it's not a difficult order but yet I get the drink wrong every time. I have gotten sandwiches with half the ingredients missing multiple times . Wow subpar service and very pricey! If you stop by this place, keep your order to an bare minimum. Ham croissant, medium hot chocolate, six donuts, $14.53 I called back to confirm. Because the menu stated the croissant was four dollars and change, and as I was leaving. There's a sign in the parking lot for 12 donuts for five dollars. I get the same thing every day and instead of getting my 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps I got 2 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, they're super dry and extremely burnt plus i got charged extra. It also bothers me that they don't tell the total at the drive thru and then don't give you a receipt so you don't know how much you're being charged until you see it on your bank statement. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location. read more

Never had an issue here. Food is quick, people are very kind, and they've given me free doughnuts a couple times. If there's anything that softens me up (literally), it's a free doughnut. I always ask if the coffee is fresh, and if it isn't they'll dump the old and make you a fresh pot. I'd ask, especially when buying decaf in the morning, as it sometimes sits for a bit. read more

This is the only Dunkin Donuts I'll go to. They are consistently good, friendly staff, and the best tasting lattes. Not sure if they do something different but at other local locations the latte tastes weak. Also, I tend to order pretty complicated orders (3 picky kids, a carb free husband) and they always get everything right (unlike other locations). Also, for some reason the donuts are better at this location too! Don't waste your time or money at the other local DDs! This one's the best. read more

The location is great especially for the small town of Elburn! The food is always good and comes out fast for the drive thru. It seems every time I go here that the employees working the drive thru can't speak clearly or understand what you're saying! You have repeat yourself multiple times. Also I've never been repeated my order or given my total before I get to the window. I would like to see better communication and friendliness from the employees here. They don't greet you or even smile for that matter and personally that's part of dealing with customers. Hopefully this improves! read more

I usually go to this location because it is close to home. But after the past few weeks of going there i will never go back again. The one lady who works the drive thru in the morning is always super rude. There is never a smile on her face and she never says thank you or anything. she hands you your drink and just shuts the window and when she does say something it is in a rude voice. This morning put it over the limit for me. she didn't say a word to me just took my money and gave it back. and then handing me my coffee she was laughing and then just walked away. as I sipped my coffee the lid felll off and coffee got all over my car and my self.The lid was cracked. I go to this Dunkin Donuts about 3 or 4 times a week I will never go there again. They have advertised and posted on the menu 12 bagels and cream cheese for $12.99. Last week I paid for my order and when I got to work I looked at my receipt and it was more money then what they had posted on there menu I didn't call them or question it I thought maybe I was wrong. So today I went there and placed my order told them I wanted the 12.99 dozen bagels and cream cheese that they have on there menu board they took my money and then told me they don't honor the price they have shown on there menu board inside and outside on there drive up . He proceeds to tell me that's the corporate pricing even though it comes up in there POS system and its advertised on there menu for you to order from they charge you what ever they feel like. I have been going there since it opened and now I question myself how many times did they ripped me off that I didn't question what I paid. They should charge you what they have posted on there menu and not what they feel like. Jewel is in the same parking lot and offers a dozen fresh made donuts in there own bakery for $5 and they now have a Starbucks. It may not be a convenient and the drive thru but at least I know if Jewel advertises a price that's what they charge the customer. read more
