I went to pick up a doordash order at 11:30 pm (10/20/2025) and there was only drive thru service, and the only male worker thats was there had this attitud, at first he didn't respond when we said we had an order, after sayi "hello?" two times he just said "pull up". We got to the window and nobody was there, we waited about 7 minutes there and then we honked for someone to show up at least to say wait since our costume was waiting for their food, them THESE man showed up with a whole attitude and and yelled "WHAT?" he followed up saying "if u want ypur food WAIT otherwise GO, using his hands at us. Although the place was completely EMPTY, No line, closed inside, nothing going on, it was only my car and we got mad and left. Talked to doordash support and they tried calling the store and nobody responded and he was at the window hiding but looking at us since we parked there until doordash did something with the order. If I were the owner of this location I would not claim it on Yelp. It is an embarrassment to the food served in jail. (and yes, I did spend a weekend in jail so I did eat their food) My suggestion to Yelp is to come up with negative numbers so we can be completely honest. Now, I'm not telling you to go there. The iced coffee is great. The donuts...well, eating one of their donuts is like buying a dish scrubbing pad, taking off the rough part and putting chocolate syrup on the sponge part. YUMMY right? I got two double chocolate donuts and an "old fashioned" for my dogs. I gave the old fashioned to my dogs and they wouldn't even eat it. They dejectedly took it from my hand and dropped it immediately. It was as hard as a dog biscuit. But a dog biscuit has flavor. This is just a blob of floured grease that has no value other than to throw through a window to break it. My donuts? The frosting was great. So ate that and tossed out the cake part of the donut. So for all that splendor of disgusting garbage, I paid $4.17 for 3 THREE pieces of trash. Decent location have read other reviews and it is kind of normal for most of these Dunkin' Donuts customer service not to be great fast talking and cutting you off after every item you order asking are you done are you done are you done but my main concern about this location is that the parking lot in the drive-through lane has garbage all over the place I don't think anybody's been outside to sweep the lot since I've opened. "Dunkin Donuts" the name says it all. Or so you would think. A few months ago this DD stopped carrying a number of donut varieties to make room for new menu items. I know I think of DD first for my steak sandwich, pretzel bites w mustard and waffle breaded chicken tender needs. Problem is I wanted some plain old chocolate cake donuts, not a grilled cheese with ham sandwich. I was told they got rid of multiple donut choices to make room for more sandwich items. This location is very close to my home and although I can buy the chocolate cake donuts at just about every other DD they no longer carry them at Biesterfield store. I continued to buy my coffee there and ask for chocolate cake donuts hoping one day they would realize their menu choice errors. Instead I was told stop asking for chocolate cake donuts or she will call the police. (True story) I no longer visit this Biesterfield location instead visiting the Nerge DD location. They are super friendly and sell many different types of bakery products including donuts. I now enjoy my coffee and chocolate cake donut every day from Nerge and 53 location. If you want a kosher tuna salad sandwich on a bagel, the biesterfield DD is your kind of Donut shop. read more

We went here for the Baskin Robbins section and had a cake made for my dad's birthday. The staff wonderful and worked with us to make sure the cake was delicious, and looked awesome. This DD is the closest to where I work. I have given them plenty of time (and patience as the other reviewer states). The employees are young and very unprofessional. They are much slower than other DD's, seem to care less, fight with each other in front of customers etc. The breaking point was this past Friday, when I drove out of the drive thru to hear a vulger comment shouted at me by a guy sitting in a car near DD. So disgusted with the service at this store, on Biesterfield in Elk Grove, IL. I often purchase hand-packed mint chocolate chip ice cream. More often than not, I am directed to the pre-packaged freezer. I repeat my request. One day the employee actually came from behind the counter and took a pre-packaged quart out of the freezer to give me.
