This location has been a favorite place in EG for a while. I just discovered that they run the conveyor in the evening too and they without me even asking got my donuts fresh from the conveyor. The interior is massive. Despite it getting busy there was no feeling of being crowded. It has the openness of a mall food court but in one single restaurant. Their drink selection is impressive, the frozen coolers at their price point are incredibly inexpensive for gourmet ingredients. You will fill up on the drink and a donut or two. You can never go wrong with a fresh and classic Krispy Kreme donut. It's the last location in our area, how sad! But worth the trip each time. :) Pulling into the parking lot you can already smell the delicious donuts and when you walk in to see the lines running with rows and rows of them coming out fresh you can't help but get excited when you get a fresh hot glazed donuts. The staff here is super helpful and patient when you're making decisions because they have some seasonal ones, and others that they dont always carry that you have to catch them at just the right time to experience. I still have plenty of time for my apple cider donuts but these were only for limited time so I needed to make sure that I got the pumpkin spice lovers dozen while it was here! Wow, I haven't been to Krispy Kreme factory for years and when I stepped in, it brought back lots of memories! I tried the Boston creme and the lemon donuts, both were very soft and lots of fillings unlike the Dunkin! But I think I still like the glazed donut the best! According to the signs from the door to the drive through window states they're supposedly open until 10pm however the workers will close the lobby 30 mins to an hour early so customers don't come in. This hasn't been the first time so they should consider updating their last hour to be at 830 or 9pm if they don't want to stay open until 10pm. Or change the Google hours. The workers are just standing around by the registers and there attitudes are very poor especially the girls at the counter they look at people up and down. This is about the service in the morning. First, they post on their door and on the website that they are open at 6 AM. Not true! Sometimes they don't open the door till 6:30 AM! Second, their parking lot is FULL! I'm not sure if all those cars are the employees but why have a storefront if you're limiting parking... Third, they do not honor coupons. It's also my first time visiting a physical business. I was blown away by how vast and clean the layout is. A glass wall displays the production line of how the donuts are manufactured. Their menu is diverse, with several seasonal items. They offer a variety of appealing beverages such as hot chocolate, espresso, latte, and coffee. When checking out I didn't receive the promo for my 2nd dozen I immediately questioned the cashier the reason I didn't get it because I'm not a reward member. Instead wasting people time I paid the full price. It's my fault for not reading the terms and conditions I tried the donut after getting into my car. The reason why I'm giving Krispy Kreme 3 stars is not because of the donuts, but the experience I had when I went. I personally love their donuts and would give five stars if I had a great experience there. I went to Krispy Kreme because there was a 2 for $13 dozen deal. I saw the deal online and saw that you didn't need to show anything and didn't need a promo code. I went in and I asked if there was any dozen deal. The worker, Jason, said there was no deal. I told him that I saw online that there was a deal. He said I needed to show him through an email or the app. I showed him the deal I saw online and it said a promo code is not required. Another female worker came and told Jason that this deal works. I saw that there was a barcode on the coupon and I asked Jason if he wanted the barcode. Jason said the pos doesn't have a barcode scanner and said it's useless, but the female worker said there is a barcode scanner and she said it should work. Jason begrudgingly told me to try scanning the barcode and I did and it worked. I had to wait a bit for the donuts (which is not the issue), but throughout my wait I felt really uncomfortable at the unprofessionalism that I witnessed amongst the workers.
