We also had a timely $7.50 off coupon for a dozen donuts (from $17.49 down to $9.99 for an assorted dozen) to boot as an extra incentive. Anyway, nothing has changed here and that's a good thing. Just the prices a bit due to inflation. It's still a big, airy, and convenient location. It was dead as a door nail at noon on a Tuesday and that's apparently not uncommon for a weekday. This location is huge. Stopped in at 7:30am on a Wednesday to pick up a pre order of special Pokemon donuts. The Pokemon donuts overall were done pretty well. The flavors as well were pretty good, smores, lemon, cotton candy. I was just a little surprised at how small the donuts were compared to before. This location has been a favorite place in EG for a while. I just discovered that they run the conveyor in the evening too and they without me even asking got my donuts fresh from the conveyor. The interior is massive. Despite it getting busy there was no feeling of being crowded. It has the openness of a mall food court but in one single restaurant. Their drink selection is impressive, the frozen coolers at their price point are incredibly inexpensive for gourmet ingredients. You will fill up on the drink and a donut or two. You can never go wrong with a fresh and classic Krispy Kreme donut. It's the last location in our area, how sad! But worth the trip each time. :) Pulling into the parking lot you can already smell the delicious donuts and when you walk in to see the lines running with rows and rows of them coming out fresh you can't help but get excited when you get a fresh hot glazed donuts. I personally love their donuts and would give five stars if I had a great experience there. I went to Krispy Kreme because there was a 2 for $13 dozen deal. I saw the deal online and saw that you didn't need to show anything and didn't need a promo code. I went in and I asked if there was any dozen deal. The worker, Jason, said there was no deal. I told him that I saw online that there was a deal. He said I needed to show him through an email or the app. I showed him the deal I saw online and it said a promo code is not required. Another female worker came and told Jason that this deal works. I saw that there was a barcode on the coupon and I asked Jason if he wanted the barcode. Jason said the pos doesn't have a barcode scanner and said it's useless, but the female worker said there is a barcode scanner and she said it should work. Jason begrudgingly told me to try scanning the barcode and I did and it worked. I had to wait a bit for the donuts (which is not the issue), but throughout my wait I felt really uncomfortable at the unprofessionalism that I witnessed amongst the workers.
