Do NOT order at inside kiosk! Waited in drive-thru line for about 5 minutes (3rd car in line) and did not move so I decided to order in-store considering that the parking lot was empty. Ordered 3 donuts at kiosk and waited 15 minutes even though I was the only one there in-store. Even saw the car that was originally behind me in the drive-thru line order and get their food before me while I was waiting inside. There were three staff members working and they were ONLY serving the drive-thru. After 15 minutes when I saw one staff member aimlessly wiping surfaces and organizing cups, I asked if my order somehow did not go through. They all gave me the most confused look. One person eventually ended up helping me and didn't even know what I ordered. Worst DD experience to date (occurred: 3/31/26 from 1:35pm - 1:55pm)! read more

I asked for a matcha latte with less ice... they handed me a coffee~ not a matcha... when I told them they got the order wrong I also reminded them I wanted less ice again~ but I ended up getting a cup full of ice anyways... it's a $7 drink this is ridiculous :( read more

Slow What's slower than slow? That's how to describe this place. Drivethru is the only thing that was open. I could probably run a marathon faster than they get 10 cars through. Taste? Not the pizazz I was hoping for. Iced coffee was off-was it that they didn't use enough coffee or used too much cream? Orange refresher was not refreshing. My cup was 90% ice. It took maybe 4 sips to finish a large. Also somewhat watery. Don't go here. Drink rainwater instead. Faster and kind of better. read more

Fresh coffee & delicious donuts

We were going from Maine to Boston. We ordered latte and a dozen of donuts. Everything was fine.

Sadly, I have to agree with all the other poor rating reviews for this DD. They were out of Splenda and it was an odd experience being in there. I wouldn't go back, wen drove right by it the second time I wanted DD's and went more south to the next DD. read more

A below average Dunking Donuts. The only donuts they had at 2 pm were old and the ones that did not sell earlier. The donuts they did have tasted like store bought old donuts. There were also a bunch of high school kids eating pizza inside that were kicked out and then congregated out ide to smoke and eat pizza. The man working inside had a real attitude and was not pleasant. The iced Chai had no flavor of chai. A real disappointment. They should have fresh donuts throughout the day and train the employees better. A real disappointment for one of my favorite chains. read more

We have three Dunkin Donuts in town, this is the smallest, and surprisingly isn't the one that runs out of donuts first. However, it is still Dunkin Donuts, and the food ain't that great. read more

This dunkin closes at 7pm and i got there at 6:20 pm no one was taking orders and the girl saw us in drive through waiting and literally grabbed herself a straw and walked away. IF youre clearly not going to take people's orders til 7 then change your damn closing time. So frustrating! read more

coffee flavored water... absolutely terrible. We got our coffees (1 iced 1 hot) and took a few sips. The iced tasted like when you get a coffee and let it sit around after drinking 3/4s of it and the ice melts and its all watered down. And somehow the hot one tasted the same. Always wary about getting D&D coffee, but now I think I'm off it for good. read more

The drive-thru is a bit slow, but the worst part is that the line usually backs up into one or two intersections. This blocks traffic and starts causing confusion as to who is next. read more

Super slow but friendly. We opted to go inside to buy our coffee so we could use the restroom and there was only one person in front of us but it was moving so slowly we decided to use the bathroom first. Found the ladies room needed cleaning. Went back to the line and the same person was still waiting. I do have to say though, they made my caramel cappuccino just right. read more

I use to adore this DD when I went to school. However, something must have changed since then. Whether I order on the app or order at the drive thru, the order always seems to be messed up. Today was especially odd. Ordered my usual coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant with hash browns. The girl at the window was very nice, and my coffee was delicious. However, as I was driving to work I open up my sandwich to see it was a big and toasted sandwich and no hash browns. Unfortunately since I was heading to work I couldn't return it. This is the third day in a row that I've gotten a messed up order. Maybe they're really busy? Idk, just wish I got what I payed for. read more

Its an average dunkin donuts. They got my coffee right and the bagel I got was great too. Also on a side note, there bathrooms are spotless!

Dunkin' Donuts has my Favorite Coffee and this place was no different, it was bright and clean. The serves was a little slow, but this was morning rush hour and even slow is good when you get a fresh hot cup of coffee. read more
