Got the breakfast sandwhich and a popover. I really enjoyed them both. Simple place to get good coffee and people watch on the bus benches outside. A ton of staff to help you with whatever you need. Great service!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The Stadium hits you with that magical aroma the moment you walk in -- the kind that makes you seriously consider ordering one of everything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are so many tempting options here: pastries, sandwiches, crepes, bubble teas, fancy coffees... it's basically a caffeine-and-carb paradise. We stuck to our usual lattes (we're coffee purists -- cream, maybe whole milk, no foam hearts necessary) and then did the responsible thing: shared a blueberry pie. Because when in New England, it's basically a moral obligation to consume something blueberry, lobster, or maple every day. The pie was perfection -- sweet, tart, buttery, and golden enough to make Paul Hollywood proud. The service was friendly and impressively efficient -- this place runs like a well-oiled espresso machine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only downside? Nowhere to sit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]But honestly, grabbing your goodies and walking to the nearby park to soak in the coastal view makes it even better.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bottom line: come for the smell, stay for the pie, and bring your appetite (and maybe a park bench).

Egg sandwich with bacon and white American cheese

The Stadium is conveniently located on Main street with all the shops and is very close to the park by the water. This was nice because it is a to-go only coffee shop. I visited twice on my trip and had the following: bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, white chocolate blueberry Danish, Nutella strawberry banana crepe, blueberry lemon scone, and an iced chai latte. I highly recommend the Danish and would have preferred to get this both days but sadly it wasn't there the 2nd day. It had a creamy and flavorful filling with a touch a sweetness from the white chocolate drizzle. So good! The egg sandwich was a close 2nd to the Danish. The buttery roll was the perfect pairing to the egg souffle, white American cheese and crispy bacon. The crepes were large and very filling. I really liked how thinly the strawberries and bananas were sliced so there weren't any awkward big chunks falling out. Overall I would definitely recommend stopping by for a bite while you walk around or look out at the water.

Before we left New York for Maine, we put a list together of all the places that we wanted to try whoopies pies from. My family has been making whoopie pies for decades and every time I go to Maine, we try to find pies that remind us of the ones that we make! We tried their whoopie pie, which was very delicious, but we also ordered a popover. The popover and the blueberry jam/ honey butter were great!

we went too late so they ran out of blueberry donuts :( the menu was extensive and I enjoyed what I got: - the downeaster: loved the soft roll, along with the fresh lobster. the egg souffle was interesting too - leaf latte: was worried this would be too sweet but it was perfectly balanced, the maple flavor was a bit like burnt maple (in a good way)

Let me tell you about this blueberry donut. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I'm sure their other options are great, but I would go back to Bar Harbor for this blueberry donut alone.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Way too crowded in here with some surly staff to help customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't blame them for being frustrated dealing with all those people all day. Waited awhile got a popover it was way better with blueberry jam. Parking is no go around here later in the day.

The downeaster with perfectly cooked lobster meat, fluffy egg, and aioli might've been one of the best things I ate while in Bar Harbor. Sooo worth the $18 with the generous amount of lobster meat in it. The brioche bun holds everything in so well. We enjoyed our breakfast down the block at the harbor area. Their popovers were a little too soggy for my taste, but very buttery. My friend got a blueberry scone that she wasn't a fan of either. Go for this sandwich!

Great breakfast sandwiches with fresh rolls, choice of several meats/cheeses, and sauces. My friend's sandwich roll was falling apart (whereas mine was perfect) and they were nice enough to replace his sandwich (he was very grateful and loved the redo).

Fast service, quick and easy system, order one side, pickup one side. You also get a beeper so efficient. There are pastries, t shirts, small gifts. No seating available but there are benches outside on main street.

    Raw popover

I was really excited to finally try the famous popovers I'd heard so much about. I ordered one along with a small coffee, and was shocked when the total came out to $12. That alone was mind-blowing, but hey -- tourist town, tourist prices. Part of the deal, I guess. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then came part two: there was nowhere to sit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked if the upstairs was open (it was raining, by the way), and the woman behind the counter just said, "It's not open yet," with zero concern. It was 11am. No solution offered. So I had to take my overpriced snack to my car. I started eating it and immediately felt something was off. It tasted raw. It looked raw. So I asked my husband to drive me back. I brought it in and politely showed it to them. Their response? "That's what it's supposed to look like -- creamy." Sorry, what? I told her it tasted raw, and she just doubled down: "It's just doughy and buttery." Look, maybe I'm wrong and that IS how it's supposed to be. But if that's the case, then I guess I don't like popovers. I told them I'd just throw it away. They didn't care. No offer to swap it for something else, no apology, no effort to make it right. Absolutely zero customer service. Super disappointing. So many other shops around to try -- I'd recommend skipping this one entirely.

    Lobster burger- unexpected. Bread okay
    Linn P.

Good amount of lobster for the price. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's an order and go place. No where to sit and eat[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They even have a bakery here. I was surprised when opening my wrapper and discovering a burger bun. Burger bun is big, you don't get the buttery toasted taste from it like you would with a roll. The ratio is a lot of bun to lobster. The lobster was plenty and fresh but a little lacking in flavor and butter. It had a very light drizzle of mayo. Kinda made the burger a bit dry. It is okay. Some would like it, but not my first choice. My hubby finished my burger and thought it was good and fresh.

There was a long line but wasn't too bad because there was some shade and the place is on main street where the parade starts. Inside was crowded as well and a bit hectic during busy hours. Inside is spacious with multiple seats and tables as well as mild AC and free wifi. I got the maple oat latte. Once i placed the order it took about 5 minutes and picked it up at the window. The latte was not mixed very well initially so had to mix it well before drinking. But once it's mixed it was tasty. I tasted the hint of maple flavor mixed with bitterness of coffee and creaminess of oat milk. Service was good especially considering it was very busy at the time. Overall it's a nice cafe for quick stop or lounging with decent drink options. Price is on the pricier side but pretty standard for local coffee shop. Plus we got to sit and watch the parade without sitting in the sun.

Nothing out of the ordinary, solid choco-latte and mocha. Good for those that don't like their drinks overly sweet. There is ample seating, however it is also very busy, especially during the summer months. I would come again. It just isn't a stand out compared to other places I have had. They have a good selection of pastries and food. Pricing is average.
