one star is even too much for this place, place doesn't seem clean and is so unorganized. some of the staff is nice, but just seem so stressed and management clearly needs to be revised. I came in 7/9 in the morning around 11 and there were so many people behind the counter one employee finally came and took my order the others didn't even look at me or acknowledge that I had been standing there for atleast 10 minutes (mind you the employee was scrambling while the others just stood in a group rearranging and moving things). usually I have a good experience the times i've been here but I don't think I will be returning, I felt like an inconvenience. read more

I try to cut people some slack with the way employee situations are today, but if your going to take my money, provide the service ! I guess it is what it is, sitting in drive thru for 12 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. What I cant let slide is poor product preparation, water downed coffee, could only taste the creamer on both coffee's, but when the female employee shoved the order out the window without so much as a 'here you go' or whatever and then have the gall to have a 'tip' cup in plain view next to the window..I wouldn't write a review such as this if this was the first instance of poor customer service at this location, so customer beware. read more

Everyone knows about Dunkin Donuts so an in depth review probably isn't necessary. I will say that this location, in part of a convenience store, is newly remodeled, clean and the staff is efficient and pleasant. Couldn't ask for more... In a small, shared location. What surprised me was that the size of a small coffee seems to be about 1/3 smaller than it used to be... At a higher cost. I have no problem with a company making a profit... BUT... I can get a large coffee, just as tasty, at a competitor for a buck. Got to love competition! read more

I live nearby and have been buying 1 pound bags of regular ground coffee at this location since it opened, probably 15 years ago. Today I went in and could see decaf and regular whole been bags on the display and an empty space where the reg ground bags were, but had obviously sold out. This has happened before so I asked if perhaps they had some in the storage room. The person responded (I kid you not) by only saying "I've only been working here 4 weeks". I re-asked the question and she responded "we don't carry that anymore". I then spoke to another person and she claimed they've never carried bags of reg ground coffee. I explained that I've been buying it at this location for years and asked if she'd please just check. She repeated "we've never carried that". I politely told her that she was wrong, that I'd purchased it a few weeks ago and regularly for years. She just stared at me. I said thank you and left. read more

Never going to this dunkin again. Can't have eggs on my sandwich due to allergy. Lady at the counter completely ignored me saying have them change their glove as they make it only to physically watch them making it without changing gloves or cleaning the area they are making it on. Normally I love DDD coffee. This afternoon I ordered a small midnight roast with a shot of caramel (which I've had at other locations & love). The coffee smelled a little off but I had to get back to work. When I tried it, it was clear that the coffee was burnt, I don't know how often they make fresh at this location, but it certainly wasn't fresh today. Will NOT return to this location. read more

I will never understand how this location was ever approved. The drive-thru lane is very short and you risk being killed unless you enter from the side street. Once in the line, you can't get out when the line ahead of you included idiots ordering for their entire office. Once you get your order, if they even have what you want, you risk your life again driving through an active gas station to exit. No one seems to control the people who park wherever they want. Then there is the 'we don't have any donuts' issue. 9 am on a Saturday and they have nothing but the specialty Reese's donuts, which they refuse to use to fill a dozen unless you pay $1.49 each. Because 'those are special'. I paid for a dozen, only to have the girl step aside to show me that they only had 8 donuts left. The ones no one else wanted. They refused to substitute the 'special' donuts. A refund took 11 minutes to process. DD, your menu is ridiculous . You are chronically understaffed. You don't have the one product you are SUPPOSED to be selling. Tim Hortons is right up the road and they are NEVER out of donuts. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to the employees are very rude and it took them about 20 minutes to make my drink I got a large frozen hot chocolate and it tasted like I was drinking powder with ice blended into it out of a straw never will be going here again read more

Came in to grab a bagel... didn't see any with the donuts so I asked if they had any bagels at the moment because they weren't out in view. THE MANAGER proceeded to then say "Do we have any bagels?" With full on attitude in her voice and written all over her face. What a terrible way to start my day. I'm so pissed at nothing now because that literally was how my day started so thank you for that.. next time letting me know that they're over with the sandwich station would have been fine not a nasty remark like she did. Won't be going here anymore I'll find another Dunkin whatever. read more

This Dunkin donuts is horrible. Every time I go there, which is very often because it's close to my house, my coffee tastes burnt. Also many of the staff are rude and they get your order wrong often. When you try and say that your order is wrong they are rude and tend to give you a hard time about it. I wish there was another location closer, so I didn't need to go to this one as often to get my coffee fix. I would not recommend. read more
