If you find yourself in Fairport, this is hands down my favorite place to get a latte. Not only can you bring back a half gallon of your favorite latte to enjoy at home, but you can sit and enjoy a latte and food with friends in their beautiful seating area. I had been to this plaza before for Iron Smoke and for Pickleball (yea, I know, I'm 25 going on 65). But was lucky enough to try this location on a recent Rochester visit. This location easily makes my top 5 for Rochester area latte locations. read more

This is a coffee shop with breakfast and lunch options. I love their seasonal eggnog latte! The prices are a bit steep for what you get, but it's a nice place to splurge once and a while. It very much has a coffee shop feel, with people from all walks of life visiting. It has always been busy when I have been here, from friends meeting up, to people with headphones on doing work. Super busy don't know why though because me and my friend got matcha that tastes like it came straight from a cow. There was no matcha taste at all and we were sick within an hour of drinking it. We highly recommend FairPour. Sometimes its popularity can lead to a line and a little bit of a wait, but it always moves along. Pros: They have vegan options. The Madrid wrap was good. My wife enjoyed her alcoholic beverage. The bathroom was clean. Cons: The menu doesn't specify which items are vegan, except for the home fries. Speaking of home fries, I wanted to order those, but the restaurant had run out of them. The avocado toast was dry and flavorless. Prices are somewhat high, but that's par for the course these days. There was a puddle under the water dispenser. I'm happy that FairPour offers vegan options, but I'm puzzled why those options are not labeled as such on the menu -- except, strangely, the home fries. The clerk behind the counter told me that despite appearances, other items on the menu are, in fact, vegan. My wife and I both ordered the Madrid wrap. It was pretty good. I was hungry so I also ordered the avocado toast, which proved to be underwhelming. It had little flavor and was quite dry. I feel like they needed to put some Earth Balance or some Veganaise on the bread. My wife also ordered a mimosa. It was very impressive-looking, served in a tall narrow glass with a purple bottom. My wife enjoyed it. A small thing: There was a self-serve water dispenser with slices of lemon. I appreciate that they offer this to their customers, but someone should keep an eye on it and clean up any messes. We love fairpour! They have excellent coffee and matcha, plus a lot of flavors and other drinks. The food is also very good, especially the breakfast sandwiches. My directions kept trying to get me on the other side of this large brick area due to the address so I just wanted to give a photo showing it's in a sort of "plaza". Of the coffee joints in Fairport, this is my go to more often than not. The coffee here is always on point. The service is friendly. The girl (don't know her name) who I believe is the manager is always smiling and does a great job. Where they stand apart from others is their food options. Back in February 2024 I was diagnosed diabetic. Makes it hard to order at some restaurants at times. I've had to adapt. Shout out to FairPour for offering a protein option which is essentially a breakfast salad. 2 eggs, turkey, avocado, feta on a bed of greens with a fantastic hot sauce. Simple and delicious and as far as prices go it's about as good as it gets in these inflation days. I'm a teacher and off all summer. I will be coming back here often. They also have a cherry honeycomb homemade syrup that sounds ungodly good. Give them your business. Great coffee! Great staff! Great atmosphere! read more

I don't know how anyone could give this place less then 5 stars! This place is absolutely lovely. It's an easy walk from anywhere in downtown Fairport or if your driving there is ample parking. The place itself is located in the awesome refurbished old industrial building. Outside there is an ample amount of tables where you can sit and enjoy your food/coffee. You can even bring your dog with you! Inside there is plenty of seating and even a nice bar area where you can sit. All the staff were so nice too. They actually had a really good menu that included lots of different drinks and food. My husband and I got the ice lattes and they were amazing. I got a breakfast sandwich with hot sauce, sausage and eggs, l can't remember the name but omg it was amazing. We are already looking forward to returning to the area to come here again! read more

My first time back since it became Fair Pour and not impressed. A long wait and $7 for two undrinkable, sludgy unsweetened iced teas. Also, kind of a foggy look inside, no decorations to speak of and dingy windows that didn't build confidence in the cleanliness of the facility. To be fair, I'm not a big fan of the pricy local coffee shop thing but, if I'm going to patronize one, it should at least put forth a little effort and be capable of serving drinkable iced tea. We stopped by after striking out at Steve's and durfs on a Sunday morning. We order a cappuccino, latte, blueberry muffins, fruit, breakfast wrap, and a breakfast sandwich. Prices are reasonable. The food is very fresh with lots of premium ingredients like Gouda, brie, prosciutto, avacado, fresh mozzarella, etc. The food took about 20 minutes but realistically that's how long it will take when making everything fresh and from scratch. This isn't like a Starbucks where you are getting reheated food. The capuccino was very good. It had been a while since I normally just order coffee or espresso. Happy I ordered it. The sandwich and wrap were suprisingly flavorful. The muffin seemed fresh... They were still warm even. The fruit was just cut up bananas and blueberries. I was hoping for melon or strawberries or something additional. The seating isn't ideal. There aren't a lot of tables so waiting for the food just clogs them up longer. This little spot is a nice touch to the Fairport village. It's in the plaza next to the village inn and has plenty of parking in the area. I picked up a 12oz Maple latte and it was quite delicious. The outside and inside of the building had a nice classy industrial decor/ structure to it and has awesome vibes to the village for sure. I stopped in for an iced mocha and sandwich. I got the Athens sandwich, which is chicken, red onion, mozz, and garlic aioli. The sandwich was a 10/10. I have to be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be that amazing because they're a coffee shop first in my mind, but I was so pleasantly surprised with that sandwich! Yum! The decaf mocha latte was good, but the decaf espresso didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Staff are very gentle in the morning which is critical. Their cookies - esp the souped up oatmeal one - are WORTH IT.

Ordered the açaí bowl, avocado toast and two beverages; however I was disappointed with a few things. I expected at least half an avocado spread thick and chunky on the toast, not the very thin layer I got as if was butter. I basically had arugula and pickled onion toast. And apparently it's supposed to have sun dried tomatoes on it which we did not get. Additionally, both drinks were disproportionally made as they were very milky- could barely taste the actual flavor. The acai bowl could've been bigger in portion considering it was the larger size. While the menu is limited the ambiance, food and location make up for it! I went for love with a co-worker and had the Louvre Panini, it was delicious. The turkey was fresh and tasted like it just came out of the oven before being made into a panini. It came with a bag of potato chips and a pickle. The staff are friendly, welcoming and make you feel at home from the minute you step into the restaurant. Great place for breakfast or lunch.
