Very disappointed, this is not tea. Stopped in out of curiosity to find out what kind of 'nutrition' they were selling. To my surprise they sell tea! I love tea. The drinks are beautiful, they layer different colors. Out of sheer beauty and a love for tea I was very interested in trying their drinks. There's a ton of flavors to choose from which was very inticing. First sip... um.. wait.. I thought I bought tea!?! It's gritty, bizarre tasting and after a bit, made my skin crawl like pre workout does if you don't go and work out immediately. A pretty drink is always going to get me! The girl working was very nice and helped me pick something with a flavor I would like, and would still be ombre. Tea is not my favorite, but I don't mind flavored teas. So I was concerned it would have too much tea flavor. It didn't, but the stevia flavor was overwhelming to me. I couldn't even finish it. It's very nice inside with nice people working, and the drinks are very pretty. I'd love to take another picture of one, but not sure I'd like to drink one again. read more

I tried a PB Oreo shake today and it was quite good. Decently filling and not too expensive. Apparently they make it with protein powder, so each shake has 25-50g of protein. I could taste a hint of the powder but I don't mind it. read more

I have been waiting to check this place out and am so happy I was able to today! First off, the staff was incredibly sweet and very helpful. The menu has so many teas and shakes to choose from that it was hard to pick which one to get! I ended up choosing the peanut butter oreo shake which was delicious. My husband ordered the banana foster and my son the banana cream pie. Since all the shakes have a good amount of protein in them, they offered to put my sons shake in two cups which I was appreciative of! All in all I was very impressed with Unleashed Nutrition and can't wait to go back because I do want to try one of their teas next time! read more

Let me start by saying I love the concept here, it's what attracted me to stop in. But I was not impressed at all. I got the strawberry cheesecake shake and it tasted like the milk from captain crunch when your done eating. LOVE it here. They have SO many flavors for everyone's taste buds for teas and protein shakes. It's really cute inside, and usually fairly busy, but they are fast. They also always have tea & shake flavor specials, which is fun to try something new each time. I got the Jack Frost mega tea (blue raspberry & lemonade flavor). I also got the sugar cookie shake. They were both full of flavor. I consider this place a healthy alternative to fast food. A mega tea and a protein shake were around $11. The staff is very friendly. Had a yummy tea but their menu is tough to look at as there is a lot going on. They told me they use stevia as a sweetener which gives everything a strange taste. Protein shakes are very chalky. They also stated if you take out the caffeine it really changes the flavor of their drinks. I think they also need a disclaimer that if you drink protein shakes without working out a decent amount you will gain weight. Kids who come here to get a shake probably don't know that. read more

Cute little place that popped up in Fairport. So many options of teas and protein shake flavors to choose from. I tried the jamocha protein shake which is huge and tastes great and so filling (all shakes only 250 calories which is awesome). No dairy added so great for the lactose free people! Stopped in to check it out and everything looks and sounds good on paper. But really it's just a front for selling pre-work out as "tea". As someone who has taken many different actual pre-work outs, there is almost no difference. Same tingly feeling as if it has beta alanine in it and a very gritty taste, like the one you get in a cheap pre-work out that doesn't mix well. Just my 2¢. read more

Had this brought to me at work by a company rep. I almost said no, knowing that these new "nutrition tea" stores are just Herbalife/similar MLM fronts. But, I took the drink (I mean, I didn't pay for it, so why not), and was just.. confused? Why does their menu (from the pictures I see on Yelp) say they sell tea? Just as others say, it's gritty. This is fun "cafe" to grab a cold fruity tea, protein coffee, or protein shake that tastes like dessert in a cup. The guilt free stop is so worth checking out. It would take forever to try everything on their menu... But I fully intend on making a strong attempt to do so! I am a huge fan! And no, I am not a paid sponsor. I just love the product. The team that runs the place are super friendly, informative and upbeat. The Mermaid is the bomb diggity, but I haven't had a drink I didn't like yet. If you want a healthier alternative to fattening coffee and ice tea drinks with a flare for the dramatic (very lively drinks with character) you will have to stop in...and if you are like me - keep going back! This store is an Herbalife front. There are plenty of local juice and smoothie places in Rochester, spend your money there instead.

Feels like a pop is store in the mall. I got one of the syrup drinks the first time and I didn't like it, but I think that was my fault for picking a bad flavor, but then I got a frozen coffee one the next time, I believe it was mocha which I always enjoy the other places and it was just way too sugary (not sweet if that makes sense) and the coffee tasted wrong. read more
