Greeted upon entry. Service was good at this location and the barista brought my drink over to the table. She even included, "my pleasure" when I thanked her! Didn't try any of the pastries or hot items today, maybe next time. One star removed for cleanliness. There were crumbs on most tables, benches and the floors need swept. I prefer not to bus my own table when I visit an establishment. Dry nice, spacious location with many seating arrangements. Seems like lots of mobile order pick ups in this store are frequent. I had my urge for a double espresso satisfied and sat and enjoyed it for sometime. This location is great! I never have any issues with my order, and even when the lines are long they move pretty quick! The staff here is always pretty friendly as well. If you're looking for Starbucks merch they always have a pretty good amount of it here! 10/10. read more

Honestly just really disappointed. I paid $8 for a venti drink and they gave me 3 sips and the rest was ICE. Please see attached photo. The barista was quite nice in the drive thru but if I wanted a cup of ice I could've went to speedway and gotten it for free. read more

It was pretty busy here around 2:30 on a Friday, and I was surprised to see the drive thru line wrapped around the building. The lot seemed full, too, so I just decided to wait and hope for the best. It was surprisingly fast, and my drink was correct, like it usually is at Starbucks. They also always have free Wifi, which works from the drive thru, so that's also a nice plus. read more

My favorite nearby Starbucks. They always get my order correct, fast service, and they have a clover brewing system which I think really elevates the product. Update-upping one star! I come here 1-2 times a week, and use then app to pre-order and run in and grab my coffee. I am usually nicely greeted which I appreciate. And my order is always right (and I get some odd substitutions depending on how healthy I am trying to be on a given week) I do wish Starbucks would offer real non disposable cups mugs glasses when dining in, but can't fault this store for that. It is always clean here. Parking lot situation can be ugly during busy hours but usually worth the hassle. read more

After working out, this is my go to place for a hot java upload to go! So tasty and fresh. Love the friendly staff here, always willing to go above and beyond. Coffee is always fresh and tasty. Orders have always been correct for me, drive through or walk in. Love the seating area inside, lots of room and comfy seating.. great for working or just relaxing. The only downfall I have is the drive through gets backed up and can be slow at times. But I always put up with a long line for my Frappuccino or chai tea! Also grab a Iced Lemon Pound Cake or a fresh scone... thank me later! read more

One of the slower locations I've visited- 20 min wait for a chai latte, and it wasn't made correctly. They seem to prioritize the drive-thru rather than orders placed inside, so would advise waiting in the line however long it is! read more

Drive-thru can be slow at times. But, the staff is friendly and my order is always correct.

I have always found the staff to to unbelievably rude at this location. One time I lost my wallet, called to see if they found it and they, without looking, said they'd call if they found it-never asking me my name and number! Today, I walked in and it was quite dead. Guy at the register decided he was going to finish a conversation with a coworker while I stood there staring at him. Literally standing with his back to me talking to someone else. Nice little Starbucks. Comfortble indoor seating area that is not at all cramped like some other Starbucks, with nice plush chairs and an aquarium. Convenient location, easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking. This location does have a drive-thru, plenty of outdoor seating for nice days as well. It's not often that I want to overpay for a coffee drink, but when I do it's usual a Carmel macchiato from Starbucks. Today I went to the drive up and ordered two Carmel Macchiatos. One hot one cold, a Venti and Grande. After paying I got two hot macchiatos which was fine. But after tasting it I almost spit it back up, it was like they forgot to add the Carmel and something else, not sure I'm not a barista. It tasted like old watered down coffee and the cups were not even close to being full. As I drove off I tried to call to let them know, they made a mistake and something was wrong. No one answered. I tried three times within 20 minutes with no answer. After I dropped my daughter off at work, she tried calling a few times with no luck as well. I would of loved to have turned around and get a new drink or a refund but like my daughter I had to be at work. The quality at this location is usual spot on, not sure wha happened today? I'm thinking maybe they were too busy? Oh yeah, they must of been because no one was answering the phone. read more

Friendliest Starbucks™ I've ever been in. Stopped in for a pour-over and asked about the special selections Starbucks gets once a year, so the guy behind the counter did me a second pour-over of Rwanda and handed it to me at no charge because I wasn't sure whether I'd like it or not. Made up a few samples of Peru, and then had an impromptu tasting with 3 baristas who had also never tasted it. The Peru tastes like it's roasted over burned tires, but the baristas are super friendly. It's a pity I hardly ever get to the west side of Rochester because I'd definitely be back if I was closer. read more

I always end up here because of its proximity to my work, the Summit FCU, and Parkridge. There is a Tim Ho's next door, and a Dunkin across the street. But this Starbucks always has plenty of baristas to get my coffee to me almost as fast as I can order it, almost. And the seating area is pretty cozy. read more

Daily am visit and always consistently delicious skinny mocha. The baristas always friendly. Occasionally the wait in the drive through is five minutes max but never have I had to wait longer. read more

so, i decided to go get a mocha frappuchino from this store. i asked the lady if i could buy a mocha frappuchino like the ones they sell in glass bottles at retail stores. she tells me, " i can sell you the bottled one and give u a cup of ice",. Really, i cannot get a freshly made one. so, finally i managed to get her to make me one. she asks for my name, i tell her martin. i'm waiting for my drink and i hear mark, mark. so, i'm looking around and i see no one else waiting. i ask i think that's mine, so my name is mark now. i get this supposedly mocha frappuchino, it looks more like hot chocolate with ice, so bad i don't even want to drink it. i did try it, had to throw it out. this is the worst service i have ever had in starbucks. will not be going there any more.
