What an odd experience. When you order they don't even acknowledge your order or tell you to pull forward. When I pulled forward to pay the amount on the digital screen at the window I wasn't even sure if this was the total for my order or the previous customers order total. Lastly, when the employee handed me my coffee I had to ask him to confirm is this decaf? He nodded in some fashion and I was still second guessing if the coffee I had in my hand was indeed decaf. Would not recommend this location. Maybe this was a one off bad encounter but other yelpers are also reporting a lack in communication when placing orders through the drive through. I had a disappointing experience with a mobile order at Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin'. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employees appeared more focused on chatting and laughing with each other than assisting customers. After giving my name, I was first handed a coffee that wasn't mine. Once that was corrected, I drove away and checked my order only to discover that one ice cream was completely missing and another was incorrect. I ordered Cookies & Cream, but was given coffee-flavored ice cream instead. When I contacted the store, I was told they had substituted it because they were out of Cookies & Cream and considered coffee to be the "most similar" option. Additionally, another item was simply left out because it was out of stock. The most frustrating part was that no one contacted me about substitutions or asked whether I wanted a different flavor. Instead, items were either replaced without approval or omitted entirely. To make matters worse, the substituted ice cream was served in a small kids-sized cup. Mistakes can happen, but clear communication and attention to customer orders are important. I expect to receive what I ordered or at least be given the opportunity to choose a replacement when an item is unavailable. read more

Went to this DD business on Street Rd. in Feasterville, PA. My comment is on SERVICE: I ordered a Med decaffeinated coffee with cream & one sugar. I go to the window and the mgr. ask me if I order coffee (only one in drive-thru) and I replied yes. Decaf coffee with cream & one sugar. She shakes her head yes, repeats what I said with a smile. I pay...drive away to go on errands. Get to one place and sipped coffee to taste an abundance of sugar. I looked at label and it stated, "original coffee with sugar". Nothing i ordered. With that i went back and another girl at window. Explained situation and asked for my money back and gave her the coffee. With that, the mgr. comes at window, same person as before from the start and explained. Tell her I want my money back. She was annoyed by the look on her face. Was giving me back $2.64, when I gave her $3.00. I said, no, you owe me $3.00. She thought she was keeping the tip after me being inconvenience driving back and then going back to my destination. She gave me the money and brush her hand away. How rude and ignorant. Very poor customer service etiquette. Unappreciative to a customer who pays her wages and it was not my mistake. Advice: since she could care less on how she treats a customer, I would take my business elsewhere. There are too many other coffee shops to have to deal with ignorance. The staff doesn't care about quality of customer service. They are very consistent at maintaining poor service. I received a broken jelly donut with the jelly all over the inside of the bag, my husband received two chocolate iced donuts, the chocolate side down smashed. Unacceptable ! read more

I came here earlier today because i was starving . The lady at the drive through didn't even answer once i pulled up when we got to the window we told her the order. We pull out the drive through an realize that she didn't give us the right order had to go back in line. Once we get back in line we told her we didn't receive one of the items we got the items and then come to find out she messed up the order once again. read more

This Dunkin in feasterville use to be so good. Do not order any food from here. You will get leftover stale croissants,donuts,and bagels that they burnt 9 times out of 10. The cream cheese is also sometimes nasty. I will say the staff is always friendly,and you will never wait in line long. Coffees are always good. read more

The service is not the best, especially when it comes to free coffee for Eagles wins or DD perks from the app. We have lost several free drinks because of their lack of knowledge or they just didn't care, we drove off because it just was t worth it. The people here were nice enough, but service was exceedingly slow. Probably because I think the manager was conducting a duel register training/English class. Needless to say things got lost in translation. The dining area is lovely, if a bit unusual. Fire pits and leather couches? Is anyone that interested in hanging out at dunkin? Aside from being the only DD I know that has converted floor space into a fire pit leather sofa lounge, there is nothing out of the ordinary in this shop. The coffee is hot. The donuts sweet. The service so-so. The lounge full of Russian 20 somethings. If any of these appeal to you, this is the place for you. Me? Not so much. read more

Got a multi-grain bagel and coffee here this morning, and, to be honest, I am not a big fan of the "improved" artisan bagels. They are a bit too doughy for my taste and the multi-grain didn't have that great nutty taste. At least the coffee was decent. Service was very meh. read more

Placed an order for curbside pickup and waited over 20 minutes in my car in a designated curbside pickup spot. After waiting for over 20 minutes I went inside to talk to someone and my order was sitting at the pickup station. We came in with no notice and ordered a ton of bagels coffee and hash browns. There was a slight error at the register, but the manager fixed the problem in a quick and friendly manner despite the fact that the store was quite busy. They were also friendly and welcoming while we waited for the hash browns. (It was also a surprisingly clean and spacious store, possibly because it is paired with a Baskin Robbins) read more

I just came through the drive thru. I ordered a large iced coffee and 1 dozen donuts; 8 chocolate iced and 4 vanilla iced plain no sprinkles. That's not what I received. I got 4 glazed donuts, 4 chocolate iced donuts and 4 vanilla iced donuts with sprinkles. Don't bother going through the drive thru. By the way, it's 8:40 in the morning and the donuts are hard and cold. They should be soft. Not worth the money. read more

I've been to a lot of DDs between New York and Philly. I visit this particular one about 3 times a week. I work from home a couple days a week and enjoy getting a break from being home...ordering breakfast and working there. The remodel made sure each table has an outlet with USB ports. That's awesome for charging my various devices. Jay (the manager) and his staff are very friendly and know my order. My only complaint if I had one was a couple of time my wakeup wraps were a bit too crispy. Other than that...food and coffee are consistent and the store has a welcoming atmosphere. read more

Dunkin Donuts is what it is , very good donuts, at a reasonable price, good coffee, some say the best but nah its decent though ! Donuts are a notch below Krispy Kreme, but they are and have been good over the seems like hundred years DD has been around. The breakfast sandwiches are good! I like the Big and Toasty grilled cheese and bacon myself if I want to go off my diet for a day. Bagels are always fresh too. Iced tea is good but a little pricey in my opinion. This Particular DD is much nicer since they remodeled it about a year ago now, included more seating and a few cushioned seats with a Baskin and Robbins in the back for Ice Cream lovers. Never had any issues with the service here as they always seem pleasant and efficient enough. Plenty of easy off street parking, never crowded. So all in all this DD I put above average compared to others! read more

Let me start off by saying I am addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee and I have been to DD's from Boston to Florida. This store is the absolute worst. I got a cup of coffee and a sandwich for lunch and was checking my emails for work. I was sitting by myself tucked away from the larger sitting area by the pickup counter and the restaurant was empty. A worker sweeping the floor came over to where I was eating and kept ramming the broom under my table and feet. He must have hit my feet and legs with the broom six times. Finally I said excuse would you mind not doing that. He just kept doing it. When I confronted the manager he told me he (worker) doesn't speak English and in broken English himself said "you can leave now." Stay away from this store. Deserves less than 1 star. read more

I just went throigh the drive thru before work and when i got to work to eat my breakfast they didnt give me the hashbrowns i ordered AND paid for. I cant even go back and get it fixed. They charged me for something i ordered and never even gave to me. Their service is terroble all the time and they do not care about giving great service to customers. This is not the first time this has happened. Im done going to this dunkin donuts again and i will take my business else where since they dont have a care in the world. read more

I would give less than 1 star if it was an option. They have gotten my doughnut order wrong several times in the past but this particular situation has made me angry enough to never visit this location again. I was given an incorrect doughnut, again, and when I apologized and asked for the correct doughnut I was yelled at and told that I was given what I asked for. She kept telling me "you asked for this so I gave you this!". I told her that I was sorry if I ordered the wrong doughnut but would like the correct doughnut and then she said something to her co-worker in another language. Also, when they exchange the incorrect doughnuts, they put the originals back, even though I have walked out of the store with them in my bag. Never again will I visit this location! read more
