Went in today at 4pm to get some donuts and the lady running the register was all full of attitude that I didn't come through the drive through and that the lobby was closed. No where on any of the doors did it say the lobby was closed and that they are open until 8pm. If this is how you treat your customers then I won't be back. read more

Since when is skim milk made by mixing regular milk with water?? When I questioned the attendant if my coffee was made with skim milk (as it was very light in color) I was told -we don't have skim milk, we make our own !! Totally wrong!! read more

Came in to look for sugar free ice cream and was disappointed but was surprised to find so many low calorie flavors in ice cream. Unfortunately as a diabetic I just drooled. The young men inside were wonderful trying to assist me and they did! I went over to the DD side and they helped me find a sweet drink that was sugar free! I left fulfilled and happy ! The donuts here are the worst. I have tried them three times and this time was the absolute worst. I don't know what they are doing but their quality has gone down the drain. I ordered a strawberry frosted doughnut with sprinkles and when I opened the bag this is what I got. See pic for reference. When this Duncan Donut 1st opened couple months ago , we received some coupons to try them in the mail so one morning we went up to try a breakfast sandwich. They could not figure out how to ring us out!! No kidding we stood there for long enough while they all huddled till we left so that being our 1st experience it was only the lure of a pumpkin donut that tempted me back! Ordered a ham and and cheese on an English muffin. It was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. The egg was falling apart. They didn't even take the time to toast the English muffin. I needed to make everyone aware of a terrible interaction I just had at a Dunkin in Fernandina Beach,FL. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, the employee at the window had her mask at her chin. She also appeared to be confused and sweaty. After she handed me my food she started coughing everywhere! Keep in mind these are the symptoms of COVID19. I immediately threw my food away and had to sanitize my car. I frequent Dunkin' and have decent experiences and sometimes not so much. This was our first time stopping at this location. The coffee was perfect and breakfast bagels and donuts were delicious. The people were super friendly and the order for our group of 6 was accurate. It was nice to see pleasant service and happy people. read more

Absolutely the worst DD you'll ever find! It's a shame that it's the closest one to where I live and that I love DD, just not from this place. The customer service is terrible, they never make anything you want correctly, and they advise you not to order certain things so they do not have to make them! Went through this morning with a simple order of a iced coffee and a croissant, we pull up to the window and we realized we wanted a hash brown, we told her before we payed and she said that if we wanted them we would have to pull back around the drive through and order again. Typically I'm a big Dunkin fan but not for the Dunkin at this location. Stopped in for a cup of coffee and morning wrap. Only myself in line with 4 employees working. The morning wrap was ready within minutes but waited 25 min. for the coffee. Each time I asked they said someone was working on it. After waiting 20 minutes found 3 employees and if they weren't on break if they could get my coffee. BTW, the 3 employees walked over to the setting area having a conversation with a friend that came in. They finally said go to the person working the drive thru for my coffee. I had to shout to that employee and she did pour my coffee. Also, reported a liquid spill on the floor next next to where I was sitting. It stayed there the entire time I was there. I again reported it to the 3 employees that were still talking to their friend and believe it or not got a response from their friend that they knew about the spill. I decided to leave and finish my breakfast in my car. Will never go back! read more

Trash. I was the Assistant Manager in 2016 for about 7 months (not getting paid what an AM should). I was never paid even close to what I'm worth, even after 2 measly pay raises. They even had 4 new managers come in to run the store without even offering me the position. Liars and snakes, smoke & mirrors. They still owe me a W2. read more
