Got my order wrong. Wanted a PBJ Latte, got an Iced Latte instead. The server misunderstood the instructions and got it wrong.

Today we stopped in for a dozen doughnuts, the Cookie butter cold brew and my mom ordered the Holiday Cookie latte which both tasted better than expected! We used the ap to order our drinks and noticed they weren't placing any on the pickup counter after about 5 minutes (there were no other people there). So we walked to the counter and asked to which they started making the drinks. So if you're doing pickup in the store be aware they don't make it until you arrive. The employees were friendly, plenty of parking in the lot and the tables were cleaned. I did notice all the trashcans were full in the dining area though. Overall another good visit! read more

This is my second time coming to this location, and the service has been terrible both times. On top of that, they gave me the wrong order. It's very disappointing to pay for something and not receive what you ordered. I hope they improve their customer service and pay more attention to customers' orders. read more

I will give this location a 0 rating. The staff is rude and lack any customer service and Leadership. While placing an order at drive thru this morning the boy taking our order was very rude . He could have cared less about taking our order and treated us hatefully. When we reached the window and ask for the manager she was just as rude and as we are trying to tell her about how her employee acted she actually blamed the situation on us instead of correcting her team member then got mad and slammed the window in our face. This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Colorado springs with the most hateful staff. they also never have any donuts available no matter what time you go there. I am so disappointed! Every time we go here there's an issue. Food is missing, food is wrong, drinks are wrong. The service is usually okay but man I don't know if it's good enough to excuse the constant mistakes. It's Mother's Day and I wanted a vanilla cream donut. My husband asked for 4 specific donuts and then for an assortment for the rest and they didn't give us ANY of the donuts we asked for. This place is so horrible. We took our kids to enjoy some Halloween donuts, to go to find out the lobby is closed and they were closing early at 4pm. We get the donuts home to see how pathetic of a job the "spider" donuts looked. They tasted dry and crunchy and the kids were disappointed. This is still my go-to Dunkin' location.. and luckily the one closest to me. No matter what time of day I go, the Dunkin' crew here is always hustling and honestly they work very hard and efficient here. Their line gets long in the mornings (as expected) but don't let that stop you from grabbing your morning coffee, they're super quick and always get my order right every time and great me with a smile! I went in this morning for a treat and they were so busy! However, the staff was at 10x speed getting orders completed and out to customers. The customers were not being the most polite and this team completely rocked it. I think the employee who helped me was Alyssa. They were out of an item and she very politely let me know then replaced it with a similar item. I worked at Dunkin' back in college and I know a good running Dunkin' when I see it. Staff was terrible waiting for over a hour on a Mobile order and never got anything they canceled the order and didn't say anything. I would give zero stars if it was possible. I ordered 1 dozen doughnuts: 2 Boston kreme, 2 chocolate frosted, 2 glazed, 2 jelly, 2 vanilla creme, 1 pumpkin, 1powdered, and a large iced original latte milk, pumpkin, and liquid cane sugar; What I actually received was: 6 wrong doughnuts in the dozen that I ordered, and actually didn't even get a dozen, I got 11 doughnuts with one missing from the dozen, but 1of the 2 apple fritters that I ordered was packaged in with the "dozen" doughnuts, and I did not even get the second apple fritter!!!! The latte that I ordered with the liquid cane sugar and pumpkin was nothing but a plain coffee with milk.. The entire reason for odering from you this morning was to thank someone.. This Dunkin Donuts is worthless! They never have donuts and if they do they taste old. Their coffee never taste the same. The employees are rude. I asked Deidra who was working the drive thru, to remake my French vanilla latte because it tasted like pure expresso. She had to make it twice until I said I'd like my money back. My husband was holding the drink and she told him, "just give me the drink already." My husband did answer back and say, "that's how you treat customers?" I asked for the manager and she was standing next to her (little short girl with pink hair) and she smirked and closed the drive thru window. I went through the drive thru today and tried to order. The girl working (light skin, curly hair, glasses) was so rude. She couldn't hear me so I tried to talk louder and she yelled through the microphone. When I pulled up to the window, she didn't even greet me. She slammed the window door. Also, she held my credit card and kept asking "receipt? Receipt?" And I had to tell her no before she would give me my credit card back. We went through the drive through and they messed up our order by not giving two items we wanted and giving us an extra item that we didn't ask for. We then went inside to get the rest of everything we wanted and the chocolate frost we got was not cold and it was super watered down. The chocolate donut was stale and hard. This is the first time that we have been here... and they didn't disappoint. It was busy but we got our meals and coffees fast... I got a hot chocolate which was very good... it was hard to put down or stop drinking... I also got bacon egg and cheese bagel and a bagel with cream cheese... both were really good... not soggy or slimy... the cheese was melted and they gave plenty of cream cheese.. the the bagel with cream cheese seemed like it was toasted.. my husband's double sausage bagel was really good to and filling... it was a great experience... if you haven't been... you need to at least try it... read more

Just went this morning, great service. I went through the drive through with our dogs in the back. It was a very odd order and not only did they get it all right without any hassle, the folks on duty were really friendly to the dogs. The pup cups I ordered for the dogs even came with a little strip of bacon. I've never seen that before. Those folks were awesome and really made our day . I definitely plan to be back. read more

I visit this location multiple time weekly. It is always a hit or miss. I went through the drive through today with a mobile order. Our drinks were poorly made and lukewarm. I went into the store for them to fix the drinks and was received with horrible attitudes. One employee even talked shit about me to the point where I could hear. This was totally unacceptable and they will not be getting our business anymore! I will gladly pay extra for better customer service! Hello STARBUCKS! Such a rude store, I went there to get a coffee, water and donut holes. I had to repeat the order 3 times. The third time I raised my voice so they could hear me and when I get to the window I get snapped at by the lady working the drive thru for being "rude" and then another ample cops an attitude saying, "I hope you have the day you deserve". Snide attitude and tone was unwarranted as I simple raised my time to be heard since obviously there was a problem with their drive thru equipment. If a problem exists with equipment then have the customer come to the window instead of constantly having them repeat the order this would eliminate communication problems. Employees should never catch a rude attitude with anyone at the drive thru it is unprofessional. So we stopped by for a quick bite before heading to the zoo! At first the person at the drive thru (Shannon) took our order and was very kind! I couldn't tell I was in for a not so good treat! My sister was ordering and I know exactly what I asked to order sense I'm a eater I ordered to items off of the breakfast menu a sandwich and a wrap, she ordered a crossiant. Then we ordered a chocolate donut with chocolate milk for my nephew. We get to the window and get our order, we waited at the window because I look in the bag and we are missing the wrap, one of the workers then says "ma'am are you waiting on a latte", she says no and then asks for my nephews chocolate milk, at this pt I intervene and let the lady know we are missing a wrap. I the say "when I ordered I asked for a sandwich and then the wrap", Shannon I'm assuming didn't even let me finish what I was saying before she says "honey, I'm trying to communicate with you right now that's why I'm asking what kind of wrap?", I'm not familiar with thier wraps so I said well you didn't ask me what kind of wrap I wanted at the window, "that's why I'm asking you now!"
