I went to this location on 10/8/20. While selecting the donuts I wanted, I noticed the cashier was only using one glove, the same glove that he would constantly adjust his mask with and the same glove that he would then proceed to pick up my donut and place into the box, without using a paper to pick up the donut. After requesting for him to use a paper to pick up the donuts the cashier became annoyed. I was disgusted and left immediately. With the COVID-19 outbreak going around you'd think they would practice sanitary processes, guess not. read more

This is the WORST Dunkins I've ever been to. Every person I've dealt with there is unfriendly and every time I've been there they were either out of all donuts or out of the standard popular donuts like chocolate glazed or Boston cream. The manager / owner is either too cheap to keep this placed stocked or just sucks at anticipating demand. Either way don't go there with the hope you'll get a donut you. Consistently the worst customer service of any Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. It's a shame to drive past this one to go to one further from my home because this one sucks so bad. Always out of product, shuts down earlier than posted hours, employees are rude and some that work the drive through don't speak enough English to understand and competently take an order. When they opened we struggled with all the issues above but hoped over time it would improve but it just hasn't. It's a shame since it's such a great location. read more

Ordered two hot coffee's and two donuts for curbside. Pulled into the 3rd spot because the first two were ice covered from the storm last night. Sat there for about 10 minutes and watched the drive thru hustle along. Then a walk in customer walks in and gets served right away. So, I walk in, ask if they are still doing curb side, apparently yes. Well, not for me. Apparently they are out of XL cups, how would I know that when the mobile app still allows you to order. Then when asking why they didn't come out, he said they didn't see my car parked directly in front of the doors(and the same guy that was shoveling the sidewalk directly in front of my car while I was parked there). Consistently the customer service at this location is bad. They always have excuses. I asked for a large coffee to just get out of there and back home for an 8am conference call. Sad, but this location does not live up to the DD customer service provided by so many others, including my home DD in FairLakes. read more

Well I have tried this place a couple of times, hoping it would be better than the one by Wegmans or in BJ's. It is not!! I am not sure a place can get worse especially when it is brand new trying to get business. Well do not waste your time. The use a different cup than the normal ones, it has a bigger opening on the lid which can cause you to get a gulp of burning hot coffee at once, and they tend to leak around the lid and top of the cup. The coffee tastes awful, not sure what they are using or doing but not the same. The donuts I got was stale and so they replaced it with another stale one. Just so disappointing as this area has been waiting for this one to open but it should have never come here with this kind of service. I would not recommend going here make the drive a little further and get to one of the better ones. I have no issue driving to Warrenton to get exactly what I want and great service that is how bad this new one is. read more

The quality of the food was really good and the employees were nice and most maintained a 6 foot distance as much as possible. The decorations were bright, cheerful, and homey...I enjoyed coming here because me and my family were about to take a long trip and the food, decorations, and music were a good start to our morning because we had woken up really early that day and needed something to wake us up. So incredibly disappointed with the service and quality of my coffee. The first time I went through the drive through the cashier forgot to give me my change and couldn't get the drawer back open and told me to just leave. I've been back a couple times after that in hopes that maybe it's gotten better. My drink is still different every single time and disgustingly watered down. Bad and unsanitary experience on Saturday June 2nd around 5 pm. I am reporting to the VA Dept. of Health Enforcement Division on Monday. At the drive through, I ordered iced coffee with cream. I get to the window and it's a while before someone acknowledges that we are waiting. As we wait,I notice red cleaning buckets and dirty rags all over the counters. Which made me feel uneasy. Someone is obviously in a rush to go home 3 hours before the store closes. Then a few more minutes before I get the order of black coffee. When I tell the person that I asked for cream, he argues that I changed my order. After we straighten that out, he goes back and starts mopping the floor for a few more minutes. Then he dumps the ice and throws the cup away, he thinks better of it and picks up the cup from what I assume is the trash and he starts to reuse it. At this point I have been in the car for a while with my sick daughter, I decide to come into the shop. There are only 3 teenagers in the store with no manager to address the issue. I ask the guy to use a new cup. He smirks and then gets another cup and decides to pour cream in both cups and asks me with another smirk, if I knew which is the dirty cup. Obviously this person was not properly trained and he was having fun at the customer's expense. Deleting DD app, reporting this incident to both the VA department of Health and the DD corporate customer service. From the overall bad reviews here, the person running this store does not care about the reputation of DD. read more

On the few occasions I have given them a chance I have recieved stale, or frozen, or cold donuts. The coffee is the worst most times it's like they just add water and brew with what they have. Making it water down old or just nasty. Order a niche and received a French vanilla. Lol this place is not worth the hassle I just drive to the one by wegmans. read more

The woman working could not understand my order, I tried to explain to her several times. She gave me a cup with half cold brew, half iced coffee and sugar. After several tries, I just left. This Dunkin' is terrible. I always go and order the same coffee and I order it the same way at every Dunkin. This one in particular makes it 10x sweeter than it's supposed to be. Today o had a terrible experience in particular. I ordered curbside and I got a different coffee then normal, I placed my curbside order and 10 mins go by and I get a notification that my order was cancelled because there was a problem with my card. So frustrated I changed the card and it told me the website is having technical difficulties. So there wasn't a problem on my card. So then I go inside and have to wait in line for 10 minutes between waiting in line to order and waiting for my food and coffee. I got my coffee which is really good today but my stuffed bagel minis are frozen. They are not warm at all and my cream cheese filling is what I imagine biting into a block of cheese feels like. Not creamy one bit. And I was 15 minutes late to work because of this experience and the food wasn't even good. Thanks for listening to my rant. read more

Not a great start for this DD establishment. I frequent several times a week on my way to work and I was excited when it opened as I am not a fan of Starbucks high prices. I would estimate there is an issue 80% of the time that I visit. Either they attempt to give me the wrong order, or they do not know that I used the app to place the order and attempt to charge me, even though I clearly state in the drive thru that I am picking up an order that I place. The staff is friendly, they maybe just need additional training. I will continue coming here as it's my only option and hope things improve. read more

I ordered an onion bagel toasted with cream cheese and iced coffee. The onion bagel was cold, obviously not toasted. I couldn't even chew it. And there was less than a centimeter of cream cheese in it. The little boy at the window had a hard time locating my order when the bag was sitting right in front of him. So he actually started opening and sifting through the other bags. This location is run by LITERALLY a group of children because that's all I saw. read more
