Pro tip, order from the outside kiosks. Will probably take 10-15 min to get a coffee, but it's literally the only place with real coffee here. Save yourself time and do mobile order because if you get in line, you won't even get to order with a person. There are 4 screens and long lines. The screen also doesn't have all the menu items so they'll tell you to choose other items. They are efficient though. Kids also (obviously) enjoyed the munchkins donuts. Protein latte was fine too. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this place is terrible. Our first morning at GWL I got a cold brew that tastes like watery milk. I had to ask for a new one. I went to the counter and the clerk just started at me and walked away. The second clerk got my order from the shelf which I could see my name in the first place, and called my name. Wow! STEPHANIE the manager is awesome!!! So polite, so nice, so into her job! After dropping a ton of money to be at this kid filled resort, I'm so glad STEPHANIE can be a total jerk to me after waking up at 6:30am to be 4th in line, but with service being sooooooooooooo fast, that I get my order taken 25 minutes later, with what looks like 8 workers back there???? Don't EVER dare ask her if the donuts are brought in fresh. That really gets her goat... she doesn't like that question. Sorry I asked :/. Yes!! Wow what amazing service!!!!! Yessenia and the other young lady went above and beyond great service!!! They both greeted me and asked me how me and my family's stay was going. This location is stocked with all your favorite coffee beverages and about a dozen donut choiced. No filled or jelly donuts available. They due have hot breakfast sandwiches to start your day prepared on croissants and bagels with various egg,meat and cheese combos. Prices have a slight tourist tax, meaning a little higher than your local DD chain but not terrible. Keep your cup because they offer refills for just over $1. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is located inside the Great Wolf Lodge off Harbor Blvd. I was staying here for a conference and the two times I stopped by this location, there was always a line. The first time, the line went by relatively quickly, but the second time - on a Sunday morning - there was only one staff member who worked the line. That took nearly 20 minutes to get our food items and coffee. The management here really needs to work on ensuring there is sufficient staff for the busier times during the day - particularly, the breakfast/lunch rushes. The donuts I picked up - Boston Cream and Vanilla Cream were fresh - and the dough was warm and moist. The Boston Cream definitely had the better filling - I couldn't finish the Vanilla Cream. I tried their Frozen Coffee and it was pretty good. Other than the service and line issues, the food is pretty solid for a quick bite to eat. Prices weren't marked up either for it being in a hotel, and not their typical cafe style. But the food quality and experience definitely suffers when you have to wait 20 minutes for the people ahead of you to order and pay, due to only one person working the line on a busy Sunday. read more

I had to go back and ask the shop assistant that they had again forgotten to add bacon, and this time she was equally unapologetic, with a decidedly more unhappy look on her face. I don't understand. How convenient, there is a Dunkin' Donuts inside the Great Wolf Lodge. There's always a line, but short - and you can get your fix of donuts! :) We ordered a Boston Creme donut + a Turkey Bacon Ciabatta sandwich. The prices were reasonable, and good thing we had a $50 resort credit to use at any of the eateries and retail locations inside the lodge. Great way to grab something to go before you hit up the water park downstairs. It's located right near the elevators to the guest rooms. read more

Base price of $3.49 for a small coffee. The price rises with everything you add. Charging for extra cream? I placed a fake kiosk order. $38 for a medium hit with 10 creams? Noped right out of there. There is one 1/2 a mile away with normal prices. My didn't realize the prices and paid over $50 for 2 coffees which my parents said were nasty af and just threw away. This place is pathetic. They offer everything your local Dunkin' does PLUS some custom donuts for Great Wolf Lodge, like the "wolf paw" and even a few Halloween decorated donuts! Also, because they are in Great Wolf Lodge, they do not accept coupons, "Sip. Peel. Win." game pieces or even the DD App. Cash money sonny! Or credit and debit work too. With that spoiling my $1 off a dozen game piece, I got a half dozen of the regular donuts, accept for a maple bar which is a .30¢ upcharge, and a cold brew. Everything was good, kids we're happy so I'm happy. Our recent stay at GWL was highlighted by having Dunkin Donuts for breakfast each morning. Im actually not a huge fan of their donuts but rather their coffee. Lines can get pretty crazy after 8AM so go down early. Their hot breakfast sandwiches were pretty good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and service was swift. read more
