This is based on the Drive-Thru service, since we did not go in. 1 star very Disappointing! I purchased 6 donuts: 3 French crullers and 3 jelly donuts. Unfortunately, they were all stale. For just 6 donuts, the price of almost $10 felt excessive. Consider heading to their competition KK Donuts for fresher and potentially more affordable options. I was looking for a sweet treat and decided to try Dunkin' Donuts since it's been awhile.. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the stale donuts, and paying what I did makes it very frustrating . After a certain time the donuts that have been sitting out all day should be discounted because they were not fresh at all. I won't be returning to this location. read more

The food was amazing, the service - not so good. We had this rude lady at the drive-in. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name. They got my sisters and sister-in-laws order wrong and when we told her, she basically told us she couldn't make a new one so my sister had to go inside and the lady at the front register let her keep the wrong ordered drinks. A quick stop for a bathroom break and then a coffee, the dining room of this Dunkin was clean. Condiments station was stocked properly. Bathroom needed a bit of attention but nothing too much out of order. I took care of the first thing and then found a table to do some laptop work. horrible customer service tried to order something from last year. Got disrespected and a straight up attitude when I tried to order something they had last year. I get it you may not have certain items for it. But we can build something close I bet. I don't need attitude and to be disrespected by BOTH MANAGERS. Now he general manger was a bit nicer and tried to help me out but at this point I don't even ever want to go back to this locatoo. It all falls back on the general manager at this point. Came for a simple cup of hot coffee with French vanilla creamer. The line was long but I was running errands and needed my cup o' Joe, so I waited. The line moved quicker than I thought, service was robotic but quick and friendly, and coffee was piping hot. I just don't think I'll ever give a Dunkin' 5 stars. Everything always tastes and reeks strongly of maple syrup. So if you're a maple enthusiast, Dunkin' might be for you. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan. read more

I am torn because I like Dunkin Donuts. This morning, I opted to go inside hoping to best there long drive-thru line. This was not the case. The place was hopping but they had a trainee on the register. No offense but she was holding everyone up. It took 10 minutes for me to order and exit the store bit felt like 20. After about 5 minutes, I noticed the drive-thru line was now minimal. Big mistake on part. After being given my coffee and bag, I returned to the vehicle and was if to my destination. About 10 minutes later, I realized my breakfast wrap was not in the bag. This left me hungry for a couple hours. After placing a call to Dunkin Donuts, the apologized for the office of the trained, for not filling my order, and took my name for me to come in for the sandwich. My recommendation: Trainees should train outsider of your busy hours. The cashier was nice but she failed to keep up. read more

I LOVE Dunkin. All things Dunkin! But I think the same people who work at Sonic across the street work at Dunkin. Every time we go there, something else is either missing or broken. And it never gets fixed, it's just adds to the list. They're slow as molasses in January on a good day. Now the speaker isn't working and the sign on the door announces the lobby is closed. So what takes 15 minutes to get a caramel iced coffee now takes....well...The world may never know- bc I left after sitting for 22 minutes and only 1 car moving. OH MY GOD!!!!!! What is the problem!!! They are SO SLOW!!!! I ordered in advance on the mobile and upon arrival, they had 4 - FOUR orders trailing out of the little machine that prints out the mobile orders. I understand if they're short staffed but there were 5 people working. I only saw 2 cars in the drive thru. The employees just act like they can take their own sweet time to fill orders. Least favorite of any place in town; they're rude and every time I'm there my order is missing something or when I get to the window it isn't right. They act like it's the worst thing in the world when you ask them to correct the order then huff and puff as they collect the remainder of the order that was missing. I waiting over 20 minutes to get my large iced pumpkin spice latte,that I have got every single day since they started serving them.Pulled up to window,no whip cream,I told girl I want my usual drink with whip cream,she said's you have to say signature if you want it that way (I never have before)!!Then she says I have to get back in line to reorder (the line is by this time circling the building twice!!).I tell her when you charged me $17.00 the other day because you added a dozen donuts on my order,I didn't say a word (even though it took 3 days to get my refund!!).So I went to work at the hospital and and now telling everybody how I was treated by this business.Called back and ask to speak to manger and was told the manager wasn't there and they didn't know when they would be,maybe that is part of this store's problem!! read more

We came here after leaving Krispy Kreme not having good service or the donuts that we wanted. I just want to say these are the sweetest Dunkin' Donuts employees i have ever came across. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. we pulled up to order our coffees while driving our 8 hour trip back home.. It was pouring and i mean pouring... there was nobody but us in line and she comes on to tell us to hold on , um ok lol. a few kin later she comes back to take order my husband ordered his first and then i tried ordering mine but she says she cant hear me and to hold on. again and in meantime he is getting drenched because he hast to keep opening and shutting the window because she keeps telling us she can't hear us and to hold on so since there was nobody behind us or in front of us and she obviously had a hard time hearing us and we were getting wet we just pulled up to the next window and explain to her that we just figured we pull up an order because we're getting soaking wet and you can't hear us and she rolled her eyes and said well next time I can't take your order up here real nasty and I'm like what happened around here so they won't be a next time and so he ordered his coffee I'm ordering mine and right in the middle of me ordering she just walks away , I mean right in the middle of me ordering my coffee walks away and I'm like confused then another little girl walked to the window looking at us like what can I help you with and I said to her is there is there a problem and she said I don't even know what's going on in a nasty tone and I said we are we just try to explain to the girl we pulled up because she was having a hard time hearing us and in the meantime we're getting soaking wet so we figured this would be easier and she got a nasty attitude and that little girl's response was well I don't know what's going on and so I looked at my husband and I said let's go we're not getting anything from this Dunkin' Donuts I mean absolutely horrible horrible customer service if you don't wanna come to work or don't want your job stay home I worked in customer service my entire life and I don't understand treating people that way for no reason . this seams to be the norm for dunkin anymore which is why i do starbucks now read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I gave 2 because when I come in the morning either around 5 or 7 the service is awesome. But trying to get a coffee and something to eat before my shift which is an overnight shift is horrible. Always around 530 to 6.. you have 5 people just standing around talking while only one really working. I was in the drive thru and order 6 items. I was the second in line. By the time I ordered the person in front of me was gone. I waited 10 mins and my stuff wasn't done. What I noticed is the person who was doing the register had to go start my food while 4 people were just sitting there talking. Second time I went in around 5:56pm I decided to go in because all I was getting was a coffee. I sat there for 5 mins while everyone was talking. I was about to interrupt so I can place an order and decided not to because last thing I want is for them to mess up something as simple as a coffee. I ended up leaving. They need to get management in there or something. But then again this may just be the new norm. read more
