This Dunkin' recently switched owners. Since the switch, the service and quality of food has gone way down. Under the former owner, the donuts were fresh all day long and had plenty of filling in the donuts. Now, the donuts are stale, hard and dry with little to no filling. Also the Long John's no longer get filling at all. Workers wear nearly anything they want including pajama bottoms and the like. Hope new owner gets serious about making some improvements fast. Usually a good experience. Drinks are made correctly here more often than the other Goshen location. I had an almond milk caramel macchiato today that wasn't the best, but the cold brew and regular lattes are regularly pretty good. read more

They do a great job... but they don't have a phone connected so you can't call them and tell them that you have a walk in pick up online order. So your stuck waiting in an atrocious line, simply because the front door is locked. Why not just leave the front door unlocked and have a sign that says walk in orders only. Seems logical instead of wasting everybody's time.. DO NOT BOTHER DOING A WALK IN ORDER HERE! Great coffee and food though that's 5-star. I went there this morning and it was ridiculous. I ordered 2 large iced coffee's, hash browns a breakfast sandwich and a donut. The service was horrible, the young girl working the register was short and rude. The 2 large iced coffee's i ordered were supposed to be vanilla with cream and sugar. Im apologizing in advance: I do love this Dunkin! The Coffee that is, what nurse wouldn't? We live on the stuff!!! So in my opinion, kids, yes there is a bunch of kids that work there, have lacked in interpersonal communication and Some Customer service skills. They stand and have conversations amongst each other as they are taking orders or while you pay. , I had a guy at the window with ear buds in, so I was literally answering him thinking that he was talking to me!! The next time I went, this girl, literally shoved my drink out to me. You know when its pushed or being shoved at you when the top pops off and the drink goes everywhere!! Yes that happened. Sometimes, The food does not come in a bag, lol ‍NO Napkins EVER !!!!! 6 out of 10 times they are out of straws, of bacon, have no espresso, and out of donuts. So.... Someone please tell me, HOW CAN A DONUT/Coffee place, have NO donuts and/or coffee. Their Customer service? !!! There is no hi, bye or smile or anything really. For example, I stopped once to go in the store and on the locked doors was a handwritten sign stating, "the doors would be locked temporarily due to not wanting their "ESSENTIAL " staff to get sick" Omg, i thought really? You've been closing at 5 or 8 pm? And your essential? I believe that unless you are a nurse, Physician, EMT, fire fighter, police man, sheriff, teacher and etc , then you are definitely NOT essential! And if that makes you mad, then go watch a whole bunch of people die, no matter the effort /time, hand holding and tears you had just put in your 12-16 hr days, 6-7 days straight days then listening to your children crying because you cannot go home. We have been Working non stop, so cutting your hours may be beneficial for you, But the healthcare workers, police , Drs work around the clock! No breaks or lunches, what are we going to do? Stop CPR, call it a day because we need to shut down early d/t no staff? We could not stay home with our family and we sacrificed OUR health hoping to heal OUR patients so they CAN spend time with their families. See how that works? So Ladies and gents, the next time you open that window, smile, or say a simple hello, That could make that persons day, and you never know what kind of night or day that person had, or how many hours worked to save lives, and unfortunately how many lives were lost. This is my local Dunkin' and despite the expected, occasional long lines during peak hours, orders are completed in a timely fashion and drinks are prepared as ordered. Online orders are sometimes ready by the time you hit the drive thru and the baristas are friendly and helpful. My daughter and I visit every Saturday morning for her "doyo" (donut) and Daddy's iced coffee. read more

It's just Dunkin' Donuts. Generally I find the staff a bit surly, actually, but I've come to expect that from Drunk' Donuts employees. The main evil of this place is it's location. It is next to impossible to get in and heaven help you if you PARK. Don't do it. Park somewhere else and walk over. Sure, the Wendy's workers will glare at you, but at least you won't back your car into the building when you try to leave. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin' donuts and not just because it's in my home town. I generally drink Starbucks coffee out of sheer convenience however when there is a Dunkin's I will go there instead. I go to this store each time I'm in town and the service from one particular young lady is superb! I wish I knew her name. I come in maybe once ever 2-3 months and she remembers me. I think that is pretty impressive given the number of people that she waits on. She even remembers what I ordered last time. Again, I find this to be pretty awesome. She lives on a farm and recently her parents moved. She's in 4-H too, that's about all I know about her. The other things that make this a great Dunkins' is that it's newly renovated, clean and the service is always quick. I would recommend this location the next time you're in Goshen, Indiana....which for your sake isn't very soon! read more

The staff wasn't friendly but the order was received correctly. Upon leaving the store, we asked for a refill on unsweetened iced tea. We were told they do not refill iced tea. We have been at this location a lot of times and were given a refill without any problems. We asked for the manager and the manager didn't bother to see us but just told the guy they only gave refills on hot coffee. We will not return to this location...ever. read more

Local coffee retirees still visit & gather here for the local scoop about 2 everyday. So if you wanna know what the greater tuna is...this is one of the stops! There was an issue with the womens RR water closet not flushing. Very clean. 2 senior coffees was a bit pricey. Flavored shots may be added yo your coffee. 1st refill FREE. Onward at least 25c like back in the day before McD stsrted FREE refills. The atmospheric presdure is BRIGHT & SUNNY! graphix on website make it friendly & fun. Easy to naviagate. Ive had at least 1 sandwich there. Pretty good. I rember when it was Mister Donut and exactly where i sat every saturday am. I'll start by saying this location has great donuts, and the drinks are mixed perfectly leaving no surprise sugar lumps in the bottom of your drink! The customer service however is not acceptable. The elder Hispanic lady (who appears to be in management) took my order in the drive thru this morning and was very unprofessional and downright rude. Instead of politely asking me to speak up. She went directly for the throat and yells " I can't hear you!" Moments later as I'm trying to describe a donut that I didn't know the name of, she yells. "I don't know what you're talking about!" Had I known myself what I was talking about, I wouldn't have needed to describe the donut I was looking for. This lady really had a negative demeanor and is definitely not the type of person I would like to deal with in the morning. I pray no one else has an experience as frustrating as mine. I stop here once every couple weeks for coffee and a Big N' Tasty. I have always been treated great and my enjoyed my fresh cup of awesome Dunkin Donuts coffee and my great breakfast sandwich. This is hands down the best place for a fast breakfast. The parking lot can be a little difficult but I think it's worth it. read more

What a joke. We went in to have frozen hot chocolates. The 2 employees were doing nothing, yet stood there and ignored us for a solid 2 minutes. Order our drinks, they slide them across the counter and don't say a word. We sit down, and the girl is sweeping around us,very close and rude. Ok, kind of annoying, but we let it go. Then she comes back and wipes the table, with us still at it, and doesn't say a word! And then she comes back with her broom, this time sweeping all the way under our table, and hitting our feet and shins! Obviously trying to shoo us out, after only 10 minutes! Got fed up, went to the counter, and asked for a refund for the rudeness. If you don't want us to drink our coffee, then I don't want to pay for it! She says she doesn't know if she can do that, and walks away, and goes to drive thru. My husband walks down the counter and says we're not done, she or the guy behind the counter need to take care of us first. Guy tells us, "we have no way to do a refund." Total lie, he's the one running the register! Asked for a manager, and we're told that the manager only works early in the morning. We'll never go back to another Dunkin Donuts.
