I had a mixed experience with this DD this morning. There were two people assisting at the drive-thru, one younger and very pleasant, the other, an older woman who was definitely not-curt, rude and cold as a fishstick left in the fartherest reaches of the freezer-and just as appealing. If you don't like people, work in another field, lady. Become a janitor or a systems analyst, whatever, but leave these jobs to people who have actual personalties. I will be calling the manager, Bill, tomorrow. If enough people complain, there might be something done. read more

Usually the service is fine at this location, no long waits in line like S Hadley. But there is a lady who hands you the coffee at the window who has short arms and can't reach my outstretched arm. I frequently go to this location, as i pass by daily on my way to work. I will no longer be going to this location and here is why. Overall there is upsetting customer service, it would probably kill them to say thank you, or tell me my total. I also do not appreciate them getting huffy when i'm looking for my change because i did not have my total in advance. They close your order by looking at you like you have a third eye above your mask, there's no thank you, or have a nice day. One of my most impolite experiences is when i neglected to specify if my coffee was iced or hot, and got told with the following words; with a nasty tone, "please SPECIFY iced or cold before starting your order" If you want a crappy coffee, TERRIBLE service, and an unpleasant way to start your morning, the Granby DD is surely the way to go. read more

If you want to start your day off getting treated like crap please come to this Dunkin donuts. Where the customer is always wrong. They will yell at you if you order the wrong way and screw up your order. Make you feel like you don't mean anything. Yesterday morning I had my change thrown at me my donuts dropped on the ground upside down in the box treated like a piece of crap. If you talk to corporate they'll tell you that they have several calls about that the owner does nothing about it. Never ever have any of the stuff that you're looking for plus the lobby is closed half the time and when the lobby is open the customer service inside the lobby is just as it is at the drive-thru horrible. I have caught them dumping their trash barrels on the neighbor's property dumping wastewater on his property and on top of that the lobby is always a mess and the bathrooms are always locked. They really don't deserve 1 star as their male employee who takes orders at drive-thru is the absolute most obnoxious and rude service person I've ever encountered at a DD. Why do you lock the men's bathroom and not the women's that seems sexist!!. What if a guy has a medical issue and they don't need to be embarrassed by asking for the bathroom key when they can't hold it in. Also, in the summer, the AC unit in the back is right next to the drive through and you cannot hear what they are saying at all. They will often get annoyed by that as well. read more

This place is one of the worst Dunkins in the state. The past 3 times I have been there they do not have the chicken sandwich that is listed on their menu. Guys if you don't have it take it off the menu. One time they just substituted sausage for the chicken. And as far as getting your coffee order right.... ha what a joke. So went to this Dunkin this morning out of the 1000's in Wmass. At the drive thru I asked if for a medium hot coffee with 4&4. When she was verifying my order she said ok you want extra extra I said no 4&4. The girl proceeded to raise her voice over mine and tell me extra was 4&4. So I said well I don't work her so I don't know and she jus kept talking shit. So I said I hope you have all that energy when I drive around. Granby, Ma location: Worst Dunkin Donuts experience. No greeting and when they take your order, you hear this older woman in the back barking out orders which is annoying first thing in the morning! I took a minute to grab my bankcard after my payment went through and it started to beep and she yells, "Remove your card!" as if I was a child. At this location coffee is ordered at a counter to the right and pick-up is on the left. I walked to the left to pick-up and she yells from the right, "Coffee with Splenda here!" I noticed they forgot cream cheese for my bagel and told a woman at the pick-up counter on the left. No apology but she says, "You got a receipt!? I need a receipt!" I look and cannot find a receipt in the bag. Did I even get one? I glance towards the ordering counter and now there is a long line of people and I need to get to work. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. Danielle threw a bag of donuts at me after waiting for over 20 minutes when I ordered DD on the go. She told me I wasn't standing in the right place and it was my fault for not getting my order faster. I was standing in the right place. The employee making the sandwiches was very nice and helpful and apologized to me. I wish I had asked her name. The manager who was behind her did nothing. Just watched the whole thing. I ordered my coffee and a donut at 9:32 I walked out of the door at 10:01. Customer service? Awful. A couple weeks ago, I ask for a simple vanilla chai tea on ice. Without even finishing the words out of my mouth the girl interrupts me with we don't do that. I say its a hot chai tea on ice. The young girl says okay I can do that. Maybe the wording I used first was wrong? Who knows. Fast forward, they've been doing it for a while for me now at least two weeks about 3-4 times a week as I work literally right next to this Dunkin'. The employees were friendly & quick. Tried the brown sugar cinnamon latte which was just too sweet for me. I got a large iced latte which NORMALLY comes with whipped cream. This morning I went through the drive through,paid, got my latte with no whipped cream. When I said something the girl said it's 27 cents for whipped cream. If you're going to start charging for whipped cream a) you should let the customers know and b) they should take the whipped cream off of the advertisements. read more

I came in the drive thru with my friend to get a quick iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I was expecting the usual dunks food, but what I got was a bag of cold breakfast food. Both of our sandwiches were COMPLETELY cold, like they'd just come out of the fridge. To top it off, they also messed up our coffee order. Putting that chilly egg sandwich into my mouth when I was expecting to get something at least lukewarm was one of the most disappointing moments. That's why I'm writing this review. This dunkin is horrible!! It's the closest to my house so unfortunately I give them more business than I should. Went there 3 days ago and I was super busy and didn't have a chance to eat my sandwich for about an hour. By the time I got to it I got a sausage on a croissant instead of a turkey cheddar bacon on a roll!! So that sandwich went in the trash bc I HATE sausage. Today my dtr wanted a hot chocolate so we drove down there and I was going to try to get the sandwich I wanted originally 3 days ago. Pull through the drive-thru... No turkey! So we order hashbrowns and our drinks and head home. My husband, dtr, and myself all had a hashbrown than proceeded to walk over to the trash and spit it out I didn't even want to chew it anymore it was so disgusting!! They were cold after a 2-minute drive when they're usually so hot you can't even eat them for 5 minutes and they tasted exactly like the paper bag they were put in!!!! So this is my second trip in one week where more than half my order was wrong or inedible. read more
