The lady taking our order was rude and snappy. I kindly asked for a 6 dollar meal and she proceeds to argue with me that it's not a thing. After getting informed by a much politer young coworker that there is actually a 6 dollar meal deal she sighs then put it all into the machine. the food was decent but nowhere near worth the attitude I had to put up with to get it. being rude especially when it's not even busy is simply unacceptable. read more

Went in today with my dog. Was unsure if dogs were allowed but I've seen all sorts of animals in there before (even a baby goat one time) so I figured it would be fine to bring my dog in and if she wasn't allowed I would leave. We got in line and no one said anything or asked me to keep her outside. Customers wanted to meet the dog and I allowed after ordering. My dog is in training. She's not perfect but I'm aware and ON TOP OF MY DOG. She put her paws on the edge of the counter while I was fumbling to pay (the only reason she was able to jump up, any other time she was on a 3inch leash in a sit or lay position). Anyway we had a long walk ahead of us so we sat and I drank my coffee. That's when I heard all the girls talking behind the counter about did you see that dog I can't stand customers with dogs and bring your dog to home depot if you wanna go somewhere with your dog. So rude, with me sitting right there and my dog laying politely on the floor. I understand she put her paws up that was not right and I could have prevented it but I immediately put her back in a sit and scolded her. Other then that this outing was a huge accomplishment for my shy and excitable dog. And if they were SO Worried about her jumping why didn't I see anyone trying to whipe the counters after? Hmmmm? They had time to, I was the only one in there. Anyway. Next time I hope they have the guts to tell someone dogs arnt allowed so I don't have to overhear them talking smack about me after I just gave them 10 bucks for a warm water from the back and a coffee. My dog couldn't have been that much trouble if they didn't notice we were still there when they were talking all this crap. read more

My daughter and I are from California and we stopped at this establishment for beverages today. Knowing that there's a mask mandate and not wanting to spread or catch the virus we are doing our part by wearing masks and diligently staying 6' from other people. However, there are still a$$es out there that insist that rules are not for them. The lady behind me wasn't wearing a mask and I asked her where hers was. She informed me she already has/had Coronavirus and didn't need a mask. Bless her heart. How does she think she got the virus? But I digress. We exchanged words and I finally gave up. You can't argue with idiots. There was a young man and woman working behind the counter who were in fact wearing masks properly who were kind, professional and very grateful for me speaking up. They quite literally risk getting sick so that people may get their coffee every day and yet ignorant, ungrateful people like the one today walk around feeling entitled, infecting others. The staff remained incredibly kind and professional to the lady despite her "Karen-like" behavior. She was trying to illicit the support from others in line to support her cause and one idiot white man even stood in the window jumping around like a monkey trying to get our attention while pulling his mask off while still in the store. We were in our car and pretended not to notice. This man was around 50 years old behaving as though he was on drugs. The people who work at Dunkin deal with some truly uncouth people and they did it with class. Cheers to you Dunkin for handling a hostile situation with the utmost decorum. Like my father and his father before him, I come to Dunkin. It's changed a lot over the years. Gone is the counter with bar stools and the servers no longer wear those uncomfortable skirt like uniforms. I've unzipped one a time or two for my doughnut fling of the time but, that is a story best saved for later. The best time to come is early in the morning. I was here in the afternoon and they appeared to be 'in the weeds'. The floor had napkins and such on the floor. It took them over an hour to attend to the dining area. Aside from that, the experience is mostly good. I like the 'hot coffee' and the donuts are typical Dunkin. I think Krispy Kreme makes a better doughnut but, you won't find that in this neck of the woods. The rating clocks in at 3.5 stars this visit. Coffee and doughnuts, in the words of Duke from Duke. For a Dunkin Donuts, not a bad spot. Walked in to this shop to pick up an afternoon coffee, and was greeted by a pleasant staff member. The staff was quick, and made sure to clean the coffee lid before passing me the coffee. The only downside to this location is that it can get a bit cramped when it is busy, and often trying to get out of the parking lot is a hassle. Even though this location does not have a drive thru, I prefer it over the other Dunks in town. I have also always had great customer service here and love the staff. read more

NO NO NO NO NO!!!! Here is the riddle: If there is 1 manager taking orders and 3 employees preparing coffee and breakfast sandwhiches. Why was I in a group of 7 ( not exaggerating) customers who stood waiting for their orders for over ten minutes. All 3 employees kept moving around as though they were busy but for a solid 10 minutes, no food or coffee items were produced...and no, there was not a drive thru. Solid Dunkin' location. I can expect to be in and out within 5-6 minutes if I'm ordering food. LOCATION: -right along a busy intersection -no drive-thru -parking lot chaotic with people trying to turn in and turn out onto two busy streets -nice dining area, lots of room to sit with windows SERVICE: -quick, reasonably friendly service; sometimes I feel a bit rushed to order -drink orders taken first if there's a line -pick up area congested (right by entrance), have seen people take the wrong order multiple times FOOD/DRINK: -exceptional dark roast at this particular location -more bagel choices (such as garlic) that I haven't seen at other DDs -hashbrowns are a little mushy here If I have time in the morning, I stop by this location for breakfast. If not, I'm gonna be hungry/grumpy. Same thing in my case. read more

This location was open 24 hours for many years then they opened the other location in town 24 hours and cut this location's hours back. This was most likely due to the lack of a drive thu. Of the three DD locations this has the best service overall. It is somewhat limited by a small parking lot. read more

We stopped at this Dunkin Donuts for coffee and a restroom break. The young man working the register had to deal with a belligerent customer, who treated him horribly over a confusing order. The young man stayed calm and polite through the entire exchange. The rude customer resorted to name calling when the young man did his job to clarify the order. Kudos to the staff at this location. read more

I like this location a lot. There are several Dunkin's in town, and this one is conveniently located, has pleasant and attentive staff servicing all morning (the only time I'm really there) and consistently deliver the food hot and fast. I've recently gone to Dunkins in Cape Cod and Boston, and am amazed at how different the level of service is, which makes me more impressed with this location! read more

I went to this location as I often do, and as I walked in and the other costumers where going about their business. The employee behind the counter, yelled loudly at me "I am not serving your cunt-ass anything so fuckin leave, trash is not served here!" I were so humiliated and shocked, I went into the bathroom, gathered my composure and as I were leaving I looked at the employee and the other customers looked at me perplexed and sympathetic. Due to the family emergency and the critical nature of the issue, it took me till this morning to speak with my attorney. I were advised to write to corporate and be sure that it is the correct assumption that is an employee is on the clock, to be spoken to and publicly treated like such as a representative of Dunkin Donuts, a certain code of ethics is expected and a patron is never to be the victim of such abuse!
