I'm a fan of this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins location. Very fast service. Only complaint is their drive-thru customer service. Cold/borderline rude reception from whatever woman is taking orders at that time. Wouldn't hurt to say a "please" or "thank you" after taking my order and/or asking me to drive to the window. read more

visited this establishment several times over the past three weeks. Each time, I ordered a large hot black coffee with 10 creams and 10 sugars on the side. On one occasion, the cream was added directly to the coffee instead of being provided separately. On several other visits, the cream and/or sugar was not provided at all. In addition, the staff has not been very friendly and often rushes customers through the drive-through, which makes the experience unpleasant. So I walk in, trying to get some food for me and my friend. We start ordering and this female that words the window I assume starts looking at us weird. So we paid no attention to it. So we watered for our food and as we were walking out she yells out "who tf are you looking at" and we just walked out. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another time was when I was in the drive thru and she proceeded to throw a bag at my friend. Im not a fan at all for this dunkin donuts. Ive ordered donuts in the a.m as well as in the p.m in the past but today at this location, the donuts and munchkins were horrible. The donuts were super hard and the icing was aweful. When I went for a munchkin I got for the kids, it was the same situation. My kids and I did not eat them and I was dissapointed because I could not run back out to take them back. My brother ordered an iced coffee and he said it had a ton of sugar. This location isn't very welcoming. We pull up at 8:25pm. I've been in this location later than 8:25pm. Apparently, the clerk didn't want customers inside close to 8:30pm. The clerk made it her business to drop her duties and lock the door. No warning just looked in locked the door, forcing customers to use the drive through. What establishment locks the door when a customer is approaching the door? Very rude and obviously customer service isn't a priority. And the drive thru is beyond slow. read more

Just went to dunkin donuts and ordered a small cappuccino and a caramel iced coffee and both of my drinks were horrible!!! The cappuccino was not even full, it had more foam than cappuccino, the lid wasn't on all the way so when my boyfriend went to drink it it spilled.. my caramel iced coffee tasted spoiled!! Surprizingly, this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins has seemed to pick it self up quite a bit lately. The last 5 or 6 times I was there I didn't leave angry, so apparently they have drastically changed. For the longest time after they opened they were horrible there. The people were really rude, they screamed on the drive-thru intercom, and were very impatient. I'm guessing they have a whole entirely different staff now, because it's a pretty nice place lately. I like it alot now, it's as good as The South Hammond one. read more

As a former employee of Dunkin Donuts I find the customer service here absolutely terrible. Whomever works the drive thru had a very nasty attitude & rude disposition. She tells us we have to wait 20min before our order can be taken, after waiting she tells us it'll be another 10min. We agree to wait. I really wanted my dunkaccino. As we wait cars behind us begin to leave so my boyfriend decides to let the car behind us know it'll be another 10min. As he's telling the driver behind us she begins yelling that she already told us it'll be another 10min & we would have to wait another 5-7min until she could service us. My boyfriend is trying to tell her he wasn't speaking to her but couldn't get a word in. When she finally did hear us, she didn't even apologize for her outburst. The car behind us starts laughing & my boyfriend says "I wasn't even talking to her, the hell is she talking about?" She then tells us she will not be servicing us & will call the police if we didn't leave because Hammond police told her if she had any problems to call them. My experience was horrible. They had two people taking my order then i had to reorder at the window. I waited about 7minutes for a chocolate shake that was very poorly made. The workers were so rude! SHE talked to us with an attitude, then when we said something about waiting so long for our shake ( with no one else in front of us) she got even more rude..when the shake was finally done she handed it to me & walked away, saying nothing. read more
