Asked if refresher with lemonade had caffeine because it is for a kid. I was told not if you get lemonade. I said "are you sure because someone told me it was still in the base" they said they were sure- no caffeine. The child tasted it and said -this tastes weird. Looked it up "Yes, Dunkin' Refreshers, including those with lemonade, have caffeine. They are made with green tea, which is the primary source of caffeine, and the fruit concentrates also contain green tea extract, according to Tasting Table. Long lines for drive up window, so I decide to go inside, which makes me realize I should have just stayed in my car. Emotionless and brain dead service inside with like 10 people behind the counter. Always out of sprinkled donuts. Just stay in your car and wait, you'll have better service than going inside. I love the unsweetened ice tea, but the flavor is inconsistent. I have always come here every so often ever since we moved to Hampden. But yesterday and today, I have come here to work on my music. As always, the food is delicious, and the employees are amazing. When I was just sitting here at a table, one of the employees asked me if I wanted anything to drink. This place is definitely a good place to get work done (at least for me) I will add, the employees can be loud at points but that doesn't matter to me. Plus, they're just being funny. They have pretty much eliminated any sandwich that doesn't have 'eggs' in it. Unless you want something with eggs. Couldn't help but notice on several visits a lack of gloves on the employees. Ordered a box of Joe and they didn't give any creamers. If I have to check my order they should charge less. I'd give them a second chance except it took around fifteen minutes to go through the line. This was with only two people in front of me. read more

I went to this Dunkin location earlier this morning and wanted to try out the new app offers, like the free breakfast sandwich when you order a regular drink. I was very patient, ordered my drink and sandwich, and then scanned my app. The cashier was very nice and tried his best in seeing why the sandwich wasn't coming off my bill since it was a $5 breakfast sandwich. I waited at the registrar for over 15 minutes with a line forming behind me, I was stressed out and didn't know what to do. I offered to order another sandwich to see if the app would accept it and was declined so I kept waiting. While every employee tried to see what the problem was, this employee gave me the worst attitude ever. Spoke over me, tried to make me believe that I was in the wrong and that I didn't understand how to use the app, and then tried to make me join the rewards program which doesn't make sense since how would I have had the offer in the first place?! Overall, I will be avoiding this location at all costs. Only select employees were actually decent towards me, the others gave me dirty looks and looked at me as if I did something wrong. Also, the worker who gave me the problem refused to open another registrar to help the line of customers waiting to order. I was put into an uncomfortable situation, really bad experience. If I could give this location no stars I would. read more

Worst DD ever. Every other one around has great service, coffee made to order, and get your order correct. This place is a joke. I live right around the corner but avoid it at all costs. Many of my friends do the same. Once in a while I will try on the chance that it may have improved, and I'm disappointed every time. Cold coffee (dark roast ordered hot) every time! They must put it on some back burner and forget to turn it on. The bagel goes in the toaster for 2 seconds flat and almost always has the incorrect cream cheese on it. It has been this way since they opened. I don't know who the owner is but they're definitely not the same owners as the others that I go to instead. read more

This location consistently provides for customer service. The surprising thing, is that it ranges from over-the-top,intrusive, in-your-face enthusiasm all the way to indifference and lack of personality. on March 1, I had a "Hall of Shame" drive-through experience. Unbelievably, the manager commiserated with me about having to work with employees. I couldn't respond because I was shocked.imagine your boss talking to a customer about how unpleasant it is to have to have employees like you on the payroll. To her credit, the employee took it on the chin and handle herself professionally. She actually handled herself 10 X better than the manager did. I only visit this location out of necessity. Worst Dunkin around. Horrible customer service, they out-right tell you that THEY ARE RIGHT and you're wrong- no matter what. They cant make drinks right then blame it on you. I didnt realize it until I drove away- my mistake and I paid for it. I ordered my coffee and an iced latte for my friend, they gave me my very overpriced coffee and an ice coffee which apparently is double the price of an iced latte. I asked for Almond Milk and told them last time they put in so little that I couldnt taste any Almond Milk, so they charged me double! My bill for 2 coffees was $11! After I drove away, I realized they messed up, and it seemed they overcharge you in every way they can- extra charges for things that should be included and so much ice in the ice coffee - I didnt even order- I wondered how many ounces of coffee was actually in their ice coffee. I waited in the car line again to get my friend the correct coffee. When I told them they messed up their answer was they "thought I meant something else", (which happens to be twice as expensive). No apology, I told them it sucked I had to wait in the line again and they laughed. Really? Laughing at your customers wasting their time - because they messed up? Wow. When I got to the window i challenged their pricing, they argued with me, Insulting me, telling me that's how they run the business, they have to do it that way, what do I expect? It's not free. They have to charge for the more expensive option, even though it's not what i ordered? And they said yes, and that's how they run the business. WOW. No apology for that. I told then they're stealing and most people wont realize until after they drive away and they laughed again. Then the unthinkable happened- they handed me my new coffees and they had messed up AGAIN and once again argued with me. Charging me for an extra caramel shot? Telling me technically "milk and sugar isn't free"? The other employees standing around shaking their heads and laughing. I guess all the employees enjoy telling you how little you mean to them. They're snobby and condescending and dont give a crap about customer service. I will never EVER go there again. Good thing minimum wage is already $12 an hour and going up every year until its $15, they have NO INCENTIVE to do a good job. What a Horrible experience. You would think with 10 other Dunkin Donuts in driving distance they would care more, but no, they could care less. read more

I loved it. The Turkey Bacon and Swiss on Ciabatta bread was fresh, hot like it's supposed to be. And tasted wonderful! My chai is perfect, my mother liked her tea and her breakfast sandwich. Plus we got to chat and giggle with the woman behind the counter. She had red hair and she was very sweet and had a good sense of humor.
