HASH BROWN : Their hashbrown is seasoned and it's the best part about it. Full of flavors and always hot! I can taste the onions, garlic and parsley seasoning on a small little hashbrown. The cons about these hashbrown is that sometimes it comes out a bit bitter. RATE : 5/5 ICED CARAMEL CRAVE SIGNATURE LATTE : This is my favorite drink from Dunkin's! It taste like caramel cinnamon iced latte or it taste like cinnamon toast crunch cereal. To make it extra refreshing and cold; I like to add extra extra ice. RATE : 5/5 SERVICE : Today's service was ok. I ask for a few minutes but they never came back for a good 15 minutes. Though, they got my food out quick. My visit on Tuesday was the last straw with this Dunkin'. The drive-thru worker didn't understand my order and had an attitude from the start. When I checked my food, my sweet snack and bacon were burnt and cold, so I went back. The girl inside tried to convince me that "it's always like that," which is just not true. I asked for donut holes, she messed that up too, and the manager--who watched all of this happen--finally came over with attitude like I was the issue. No apology, no accountability, nothing. If the manager thinks serving burnt, cold food and arguing with customers is normal, that explains the reviews this place already has. I love Dunkin', but I won't be returning to this location. The donuts here were mediocre like usual the geeeting wasnt very warm and I don't blame them if I had to work in a place like this I wouldn't be happy to be there either. The line was long and the car two cars ahead was ordering for over 5 minutes which either means they kept changing their minds or ordered an absurd amount of donuts. At the window they let us know they were out of two of our six donuts (they were both different kinds) and because we were in a rush we accepted their (surprise donuts) which were to our surprise powdered sugar and one with whipped cream which nobody we were ordering for likes. My friend calls me up and says she's craving Dunkin' Donuts and invites me to go with her to Hanford. I was immediately shook as I thought Dunkin' Donuts didn't even exist in the valley. The place is on the smaller side, and the line was short so there was hardly any wait time. I opted for a half dozen because i wasn't sure if I was going to like them or not. My friend raved about the French cruellers, by the looks of it it didn't seem like anything special. However, let me tell you it's really good! I love the consistency of it; light, fluffy and airey plus not overly sweet, tastes perfect with a cup of coffee. I also got double chocolate, and Bavarian cream along with other standard donuts you would find anywhere else. Since it was around 5:30pm I was able to snag an iced caramel latte for 2 bucks, what a steal. And they also offer almond milk as a substitute for regular milk!! All in all the donuts were good and fresh tasting, coffee was great and at a great price. The cashier could have been friendlier and more welcoming but everyone has their bad days? There is not much in the small town of Hanford California but if you're strolling down 10th St and need your coffee fix you can't go wrong with Dunkin' Donuts . Great Coffee and Chai tea if you're tired of the other mega coffee place. And they're one of the few places open until 11 on Saturday nights and everything else in this town closes at 10 PM I ordered the iced Carmel And the wife got the chai tea. I am from the east coast and grew up on Dunkin', so when I found out there was one nearby I had to go check it out! Now this is very much like and a little unlike those DD's. But it's mostly all good! The coffee is the same great Dunkin coffee! I hate $tarbucks burned coffee. Dunkin is light and delicious! The food is also the same great items. The donuts are good (I prefer local donut shop donuts tho) and the breakfast sandwiches shine. I love me some egg and cheese bagel sandwich. The interior is nice and modern with a TV and was so cozy! We drove all the way to Hanford from Fresno for this and were disappointed. The pumpkin chai was good but the other seasonal drink we got was not great. Even sadder... all the cake donuts were drier than the Sahara. The pumpkin donuts and apple cider donuts were the biggest disappointment. We ended up with more of them than we wanted because some other items we placed through our mobile order weren't in stock. Most of the donuts ended up being uneaten. Big sad. This review has nothing to do with service "per say" and will most likely be modified on a future visit. For anyone wanting to go today "Grand Opening" DONT DO IT!!! Trust me! What does bother me though is they actually did have the one donut I came here for, my wife told the girl several times and she said they had it. With all the chaos going around apparently they pulled a fast one and next thing you know "it's gone" and they're "all out". I stayed cool but my wife had to raise her voice just to make sure our order was heard. She also ordered herself a iced macchiato with Carmel. Not the starbucks "iced caramel macchiato" lol. That was another wait and line on it's own, granted that didn't take too long so it was ok. I wanted to order a strawberry coolatta but seeing how it was getting crazy! Decided to opt out on this trip. Just trust me on this one. Wait a week or so before you attempt to come here and get donuts. So let's see, where to start with this drive-thru visit. First, the girl could not hear me or my order at all. I nearly had to shout at her for her to only get it wrong still. Iced mocha macchiato, I don't know what was so hard about that? Anyways, after trial and error she repeated my order correctly and we were off to pay. When I get there, I noticed that my iced macchiato was slightly translucent in color. Odd considering macchiatos are a dark brownish hue. When I asked what it was, she told me it was a caramel iced coffee. Well, it is obvious to say that after all that vocal ordering was for nothing which really caught me off guard since she had said the correct order at end. Regardless, I told her of her mistake and she begrudgingly took the coffee back and with a flat tone said my order would be right out. I kid you not, ten minutes later another girl appears with my coffee and says that and I quote "This is the only time I can do this for you, next time I will charge you extra". Excuse me? You make it seem like I do this all the time when I'm from out of town and only decided to come here because Starbucks was crowded. Secondly, it was /her/ employee who got it wrong after repeating myself many times. If the problem was money, I would have gladly had her charge me for the difference so long as she got it right. Such a snobby attitude and tone to boot. It was completely uncalled for and rude. Needless to say, Dunkin' Donuts is no go anymore for me. She continued to be rude when we pulled up to the window & slammed the window shut after giving us our items. We waited so that we could 1 get our receipt & 2 get napkins. Today was not the greatest, I had decided to treat myself so went through the drive through at this Hanford location to order two chocolate frosted donuts. The cashier hands me my bag as I handed her my card. I peeked in my bag and said, "I didn't order these with sprinkles". The representative/cashier said loudly, I repeated your order back to you"! I responded to her, "I didn't hear the word sprinkles, I repeated to you just chocolates frosted....and I don't want these. She said fine wait I'll correct the order. Already been here twice. At 4:50 in the morning on opening day and then a day later on Thursday. The line is still out the door, the drive thru is busy and you can tell they're still going through the growing pains. That said, people, this is not Starbucks! You cannot go inside and request your favorite Starbucks drink. For that, head over across the street to the Starbucks. I think this simple, but annoying oversight is making things more difficult than they need to be. Come here for a good doughnut and an amazing cup of coffee. And yes, unlike their name, they are better known for their coffee than their doughnuts. I hope that with time, the lines get shorter and people recognize where they are at before trying to order a Frappuccino here. Decided to give this place another shot because they have a really cheap Wrap N Go breakfast option. Upon ordering I saw that they had a Pumpkin Donut so I had to get one. I just love all things Pumpkin. Yes, I'm one of "them". Okay well....its moderalty good. It was kind of hard and solid. Not fluffy like I'm used too when eating a donut.
