They refused to sell me a Pup Cup even though their Instagram says they do them. They have whipped cream and espresso cups. I don't see why they wouldn't do it. I was already paying for the whipped cream with my coffee, I just wanted that whipped cream in a separate cup. The cashier just treated me like I was stupid for asking. I had just picked up my dog from surgery and wanted to give him a treat for handling it so well. I ended up cancelling my whole order and going to Dutch bros instead. I noticed no napkins were given as I checked if we received the right order. Waited at the window a few seconds longer to see if he would open the window and ask if we needed anything else. Not only did they get my order incorrect, I was also charged more for something I did not ask for. Dunkin always finds a way to disappoint. Waiting 30 minutes for 2 coffees, 1 donut and 1 bagel with cream cheese. 1st, it was very cold inside, i personally dont mind but i saw other customers literally shivering. Anyway, they gave the 1 donut at the counter, it was a coffee roll, it has glaze on top, when we opened the back the glaze side was flipped down and came off on the bottom of the bag. Then we waited at least 30 min for the remainder of the order, one couple that ordered after us got theirs 1st, idk how that works, anyway, the coffees came up and we still had to wait another 5-7 minutes for the bagel. Stopped by to get a quick treat for my son (that's the story I'm sticking to...) and grabbed a cold brew and donut for myself. Service- good, we were the only car in line so that doesn't say much. They initially forgot my sons mocha type drink but once I reminded her she quickly had it in hand. Drinks- my cold brew, black, was good. Not life changing or anything but do-able. My son said his mocha thingy was good. Donuts- my son had the chocolate bar and he complained it was too sweet. Might have been the combo of drink and donut together that was too much. Best doughnuts I've ever had. Delicious and fresh--I've made the drive from Visalia twice now. The line was moderate (not out the door) but moved quickly. Doughnuts from other places usually taste like the grease they were fried in and leave a coating on your tongue that leaves you a little sick. These were nothing like that, nor were they overly sweet like Krispy Kreme. We bought a dozen, and at less than a dollar each, it was a great deal for the quality we received. I have to admit, I only like two donut shops and those are Windfall donuts on Clinton and Cedar and Clovis Donuts both of which are local. I really wanted to like Dunkin Donuts because of great reviews, but it just falls into the Krispy Kreme category of mediocre donuts that taste generic. I read that the french cruellers were amazing and they were meh to me. It might be because it was almost closing time and they probably gave me the ones that have been sitting out all day, but they were stale and just did not hit the spot. The coffee was okay as well. Nothing special. The cashier was nice and patient with me which was great. Then, I went here a second time after I got off of work. I was the only one in the drive through line so I ordered the ice coffee. It was my second time there so I was still getting used to the flavors of iced coffee they offered so the drive through cashier was annoyed with me for asking questions and being indecisive. When I got to the window, she had the biggest attitude because I had the nerve to add two donuts to my order. It wasn't like I added a meal. It was two donuts. I asked for one glaze and one chocolate donut with sprinkles. Instead of rainbow sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles, my donut had blue shark sprinkles which I was mad about at first, but my husband later explained to me that it was shark week. I look in my bag and she forgot to give me napkins. I was so exhausted from work and did not want to go inside so I waited patiently for what seemed like 3 minutes until the cashier came back and opened the window and asked if I needed something else with an attitude. Like I mentioned, I was the only one in line so I was not holding anyone else up. I told her napkins which she begrudgingly gave to me. I was on my way back home to Fresno and wanted to eat my donut on the long and hot drive home and definitely needed a napkin. I just have to say how disgusted I am with the Hanford CA location. I get it, everyone is short staffed, but I walked in there to get some donut holes and the bins had flies with the donut holes. I'm not talking a fly flying around, I saw two flies sitting on the donut holes right the jelly comes out! Needless to say I walked out and will never be returning to this dunking donuts. Frequently visit this location, always had decent service and never had a problem. Today however should be addressed. The employees who worked this morning Wed Aug 22nd 2018 around 8:30am need some corrective training. In the drive through I ordered a Ham, Egg, and Cheese breakfast bagel and 10 munchkins, half glazed half powdered sugar. I paid, was handed 1 bag and the window was closed. The bag contained a bagel sandwich and no munchkins. I sat at the window for quite a while before anyone bothered to open it to see what I needed. Told them I didn't receive the munchkins, was then handed a bag I could feel them in. I started pulling away and opened the bag and wrong, it was half chocolate and half powdered. Ok, so I pulled around and parked, went inside and explained, got a brief apology and was handed another bag with the correct munchkins. Got back in the car and drove away, was a block away when I opened the bagel sandwich, which had bacon and not ham. I turned around and for the third time in 1 small order had to explain an error, I work in customer service and so I understand things happen but this was pretty ridiculous, I was still perfectly polite even though I sure didn't feel it. This time I got zero apology and was finally given the last correct piece of my order. My issue isn't so much the mistakes as ridiculous as it was for there to be so many in such a simple order but the lack of taking responsibility, apology or trying to make up for it was very disappointing and very bad business. read more

Our first time ever to go to a dunkin Donuts and it will be our last. We asked for 6 sprinkle donuts and two jelly filled and 4 glazed. Great service, donuts...ugh!! Tried them today for 1st time. Restraunt is cute, clean and up to date. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had hot chocolate & black tea, both delicious. This evening, my daughter took 2 grandkids into Dunkin in Hanford to order. I sat in the car with the baby. Apparently, one exclaimed the urgent need for a bathroom and she took them into the restroom. I saw staff moving chairs around and when my daughter came back to the car with our coffees, and donuts for the kids, she told me they stacked those chairs in front of the restroom door and she had to move them to get out. They also purposely messed up our coffees. The fact that they tried to barricade my daughter and 2 children to make a point is not only unacceptable, it was dangerous and unprofessional. Not one word was said to her when ordering regarding non use of restroom by the public. They could have even reprimanded her but instead chose to be bitches and stack chairs in front of the door.
