I had to call out three times to get someone's attention for the bathroom code because no one was up front. I had to do this twice. The first time, the male employee gave me a code that didn't work (maybe I did it wrong). The second time, a female employee came out from the back and yelled "it's open" and when I got back there, she said "You didn't have to yell." I explained that I didn't yell the first two times, but she cut me off and said "yes you did, and you had an attitude." Then she slammed the door to the employee area so hard that it shook the walls. When I was done in the bathroom, I went out to where my nine year old was sitting and he said "Why did she yell at you and slam the door? I was scared she was going to hurt you." We will never visit this location again. read more

Great new little yogurt shop in town. Very clean and plentiful amount of flavors and toppings. Very well stocked. The water with strawberries inside is a nice touch. My only real complaint is the two employees whom stood at the front by the registers the entire time talking to each other. No real interaction with the customers or checking in the condiments or cleanliness of the place. One was nice enough to guild me to the napkins which are annoyingly enough tucker away next to the strawberry water. My only other complaint which I know is beyond the control of this business is the parking situation. Whomever came up with this shopping corner with the limited parking needs learn from their mistake and get another job. How you fit all these businesses in this corner and don't make enough parking for customers baffles me. Hopefully with the Aldi coming soon this will solve the situation, but still. Does it take a new business to fix the problem? Overall, nice clean and tasty place for frozen yogurt. read more

Your normal yogurt basic layout. They do have specials on rainy days, (B1G1), but not all employees commit to it, (reason I know cause my husband near that area and him and his coworkers are consistantly there. Tho I due wish when its busy there is a line up like the Riverpark Yogurtland in Fresno. People cutting or just wanting to get a whole bunch of samples and than go get their cup. I dont mind that on a slow day but not on a busy day. Overall mployees seem to be happy but they do have their days, (who doesnt). Still will come thru and love this place. read more

Today's flavor choices weren't really my cup of tea. My pick was the featured Knott's Berry Farm one. I was hoping to top my treat with some yummy "fresh" berries but my choices were Leechee Fruit, Kiwi or Maraschino Cherries. I skipped that section and added some vanilla wafers and nutter butters. For a new place, there weren't many topping choices. The price was ok, the employee was friendly and attentive. I'd go again, but I'm not in a huge hurry to get back there. read more

Came in tonight to try out the new coffee/milkshakes they offer and as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by two very sweet girls who offered us a sample cup to try the new flavors they offered out. My husband got a coffee freeze and I got a frozen yogurt with lots of yummy toppings. There topping bar was full and everything was fresh. Customer service was amazing and the yogurt was even better! Never had frozen yogurt before, so I was hesitant going into it. Thankfully, I was greeted by one of the employees named Brianna. She was really helpful and gave great suggestions as to what flavors were must haves and which toppings went well with the yogurts, all while having a smile on her face. This is a smaller yogurtland with 14 yogurt options and 2 milkshakes. The room does not have a lot of space and can only accommodate around 4 people getting yogurt at the same time without having to maneuver a lot of bodies (there are booths to sit and wait but not a lot of standing room). It is better to go earlier and avoid a mess. The customer service is usually rough with only one person visibly working at a time. Out of the 6 times I've visited I have only had one helpful/awake staff member. Usually I walk in and no one is there, and the staff who do show up are zombie-like. They need to hire at least 1 more person to have 2 people on staff per shift to help ring people up, help with accidental spills, and work on the machines. Overall, it's a quick place to help your kids build their own sundae with enough options for the family, but they need more staff. read more

They made us feel welcomed and treated us really nice even after I kinda spilled some ice cream, they cleaned it without a problem. 10/10 would come back. Be careful if you go to this yogurtland. Myself and a co work both have had fraud from this yogurtland. I recently had a charge and I haven't been here in months. Smh and my coworkers charges started at this Yogurtland for $7 but after that he was charged over $1,000 on his card. Thank God I caught mine after they charge me for the $13. I love the yogurt, the toppings, and a few of the staff. I will have to say that I believe the management could use some work. I come in several times a week and I have to say that my favorite employee is Katlyn she is super bubbly, always greets everyone with a smile. Katlyn is constantly on the go either refilling the topping bars, cleaning drip trays, restocking cups, etc. What does frustrate me is when I see her working so hard and her other coworkers are just standing at the register either talking to each other or just watching her work and not lending a hand to help her. Today I saw her manager, Megan, walk out the door and leave Katlyn by herself to deal with a long line of customers and basically a topping bar that was unstocked. It just pained me to watch the petite young lady running to the back to get toppings to try to stock the topping bar all while checking people out and mind you doing it with a smile on her face. Yogurtland needs more employees like Katlyn, they really need to have more than one or two people working at a time as well, and perhaps the management needs to have some training on how to run this business. read more
