left work to get coffees for me and my boss, she had ordered them through her app. she sent the screenshot of the confirmed order to me. When i went to the speaker they said they didn't have any orders. i showed them the order, and they said it wasn't there. They handed it to the wrong person then proceeded to question me after i showed the confirmation. The one male worker then took my phone and scrolled off the screenshot. I love Dunkin and was so excited when this location opened near my home. Unfortunately, this location is very poorly managed and the manager is constantly yelling at everyone working and is rude to the customers too. Since the drive thru line was so long, my husband decided we should order inside. The manager will not allow you to order at a register unless you're using cash- so we had to use the kiosk. Normally I do a mobile order on the app, but since we didn't have it ready we went inside and used the kiosk. Took over 15 minutes to get our order and my husband's drink wasn't even full. Those waiting on mobile orders learned after waiting a while that they weren't preparing mobile orders unless you went to the counter and asked for it. New management here would make a huge difference! read more

Every single time I get coffee here it's always a surprise what I'm actually going to get. The order will get put into the computer correctly yet mistake after mistake. Genuinely don't understand why black coffee is so hard. Especially paying extra for meat on a sandwich that's never there. I want to like this Dunkin, but it is hard too. While I never had a problem with the donuts itself (rarely I get anything else, possibly a hot chocolate) I never had too many great experiences with the employees. One of the first times I was here, I downloaded the Dunkin Donuts app and signed up for the program, which rewarded me a free donut via a coupon you print out and the employees scan. I was in the drive through which wasnt too busy as it was around 7PM and the employee takes one look at it and says he doesn't know what the coupon is. I explained what it was then he tells me they dont accept those coupons. I took it to the Dunkin on Sumneytown Pike, got it redeemed. I have been here every now and then since then, I only really come here out of convince being the closest Dunkin to my house (and across the street from my former work). I'm not a fan of the traffic off on Forty Foot Road/Clemens Road, it makes it a pain to leave. If theres no other choice I'll come here, but the extra 5 minutes to Sumneytown Pike is more worth it. read more

Seriously not a great spot. I HATE giving bad reviews but this place is run so poorly I feel people need to be aware. Dunkin is a chain so you have typical expectations and this location is way below the expectations. This is our 3rd time being disappointed. They usually get order wrong, ie wrong donuts provided. The last order our jelly donuts were literally smashed as if the guy at the window did it on purpose. This time there was no jelly in the donut...it's our last visit. This is my favorite Dunkin'! They're friendly to me and the customer service is by far the best that I've experienced compared to any other Dunkin'. It can be weird driving in from Clemens Road, not sure if it's a legal left turn. I use the app and have redeemed coupons. I can use ApplePay when I forget my wallet. I've changed my work commute to pass by here for my morning coffee & breakfast. read more

I order from this Dunkin' all the time and my order is almost always correct. I do the walk in set up because it is usually easier for me. Every morning the manager is yelling about something. Today she is the one that made my drink and I always put either one pump or two pumps of sugar. When I was given my Ice tea I questioned it because there was so much clear stuff on the bottom. I have come here multiple times in the morning and they tell me the espresso machine is "broken" "being cleaned" or I get the "I'm new idk how to work it " this has happened almost every time I come and I come almost every morning. I also had to wait in the drive thru line for 30+ mins for my latte that they didn't have and decided to tell me at the window after I had ordered. I told a manager about this and she didn't do much. This DD is so convenient for me to stop in everyday and I drive to Harleysville because the service is awful. I tried for the last time today and picked up donuts for my co-workers. You need to address the horrid service at this location. Just now, I was trying to order a hot coffee and Dunkachino.  Four, F O U R employees standing in a circle (one waving her arms goofing off, another more interested in his cel phone than making his order), and the order could not be prepared correctly (let alone any amount of acceptable time.) When one young lady decided to attend to us at drive through, she waved an ice drink at me. After a couple minutes of what appeared difficult comprehension, "oh, you were the hot drinks. They will be ready in a couple minutes." (Perhaps the couple minutes her colleague spent playing Dunkin' TikTok would have been better served). I ask to speak to a manager. "She's not here." "Who is the shift leader of this merry crew?"  Out comes night shift leader. "What is wrong?" (Insert indignant tone here). I was super excited to finally have a nearby Dunkin' Donuts near my school, but when I went there for the first time, let me tell you... the people there did not know what they were doing. My coffee tasted horrific and it took forever to just get my coffee. The SECOND time I went I walked in and one of the employees walked in to get their paycheck and was SMOKING while he was walking in. I ordered a brownie batter donut and was given a normal chocolate frosted donut then told her it was the wrong one and got attitude back. She then gave me another wrong donut and it wasn't worth the argument at 4:45am!! They also had me wait 10 minutes for a wake up wrap because they weren't ready. I have been going to this dunkin' since it's opened, at first the service was great & the coffee was good. Then I noticed that the employees started getting snippy with me when I pulled up to the drive through window for no reason at all. I've since noticed that the employees that didn't seem to enjoy their job very much were no longer there. Within the past few months i've noticed i'd get either really ok coffee or really, not tolerable coffee. I go to dunkin' every day so I know what i'm talking about when I say my coffee is messed up. I have also spoken to other people who go to the same dunkin' even at different times than i've been & they all agree that the coffee has been going very down hill. There has been times where I either have to turn my car around to return the disgusting disappointing coffee i've received, or even sometimes i would have to stop at another dunkin' donuts & pay for a second cup of coffee because the first cup was just disgusting. My boyfriend is apart of the Hatfield Volunteer Fire Company, & since this dunkin' has opened an employee would deliver & donate left over donuts at the end of the night directly to the firehouse on a Tuesday or Wednesday night. Which such actions were greatly appreciated. Tonight my boyfriend said that the employee who would kindly deliver the donuts showed up to the firehouse & informed the hard working, volunteers, that risk their lives for others, that the new manager said, that they would rather "throw the donuts away at the end of the night than to donate them to the people at the firehouse" I am absolutely appalled & disgusted at the manager of this dunkin' donuts & I will be taking my money elsewhere. I'm sure Starbucks will greatly appreciate it. The coffee there isn't hit or miss every day anyway. I'm willing to spend the extra buck to have a good cup of coffee rather than give it to such an uncultured swine such as the one that manages the dunkin' donuts in Hatfield. Absolutely ridiculous. Clean, fast, friendly! It's New Year's Day and we stopped in after visiting family. The restrooms were very clean and the staff were ultra nice. (guy with red hair especially) Our food was fast and they noticed that I had a car full of kids and dogs and they were overly helpful and friendly to our whole gang. They were obviously paying attention to our experience. They made helpful suggestions for food (and treats) and our hot drinks were perfect. I never write reviews but they made such an impression. Went through the drive through to pick up an order placed online. When we got there the order wasn't ready as if they hadn't even noticed it. The boy at the window had his hood up, and the person behind him as well.
