I always go to this store to purchase my orders and many times they get my coffee order wrong not to mention my food orders.. Went there today and ordered two avocado with bacon, got home and learned there was no bacon on either one so I called and told them and was told they would replace the bacon on but not the other!! I took a picture of both toast, receipt, and photo and they did replace my order but for them to tell me they were only replacing one order oh no!! I go to that particular Dunkin every single day spending several dollars every single week ( no less than $60-$100 a week) and their going to treat me like that! The staff got my order wrong, forget cream cheese for bagels, and rushed me while taking my order. Not only this, but they told me pull around front for the rest of my order and had me waiting 15 minutes before I had to pull back around to see my food sitting at the window. Apparently "they forgot" about me. Very disappointing and waste of money because I didn't even get the food I ordered and waited more than 20 minutes for. read more

Came in this morning to grab a coffee and was highly disgusted. I watched an employee filling a box of a dozen donuts. She dropped a donut, it rolled across the floor, she picked it up, and threw it in the trash. Good to see. Then she didn't change her gloves that she just picked up the donut that had rolled on the floor. She continued to fill the box. Takes the box out to a car. Keeping her gloves on to open the door. Comes in and starts filling boxes of donuts again...with the gloves she picked up the floor donut, touched the door handles, and god know what else. I had to walk out. read more

This is the second time this particular DD has screwed up my order. First they were out of apple fritters (2nd. time in a week), and it wasn't even 6AM! Their menu prices are ridiculously high considering the donuts are stale. When I got home and unpacked my order, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was NOT to be found. The person I spoke to when I called to complain told me I could leave my name and the next time I'm "in the neighborhood" I could stop in, give them my name and get a sandwich. Supposedly this procedure is the store policy. ARE THEY KIDDING ME? The first time this happened that's exactly what I did and 'the owner' accused me of trying to get free food!!! Hands down, worst Dunkin Donuts location in the area. I'm normally very easy to please when it comes to dunkin: give me a hot coffee with some sugar, and a chocolate glazed donut and I'm a happy girl. I have given this location 5 separate tries, and each was awful. Simply put, their donuts are inedible. The first time I bought a dozen donuts, and the tops were all rock-hard, while the bottoms were disgustingly soggy. Each subsequent time I've bought a half-dozen and the bottoms are still soggy and disgusting. I'm not sure what would cause this, but it's just gross. Their coffee has been quite bitter 3 out of the 5 times I've been there, and the other 2 times it's been mostly water, not enough coffee. Their service has been slow and less-than-friendly each time, and twice they've gotten my order almost completely incorrect. I can only attest to the coffee and donuts, as I've never tried the ice cream at this location, nor will I be back to play Russian roulette with my poor taste-buds. read more

I only frequent this DD because of convenience but literally every time I go here my order is made wrong . Lg coffee 2 pumps and milk instead of cream, thats my order for coffee every time and whatever donut I and my wife order Sunday mornings. Literally at least 1 part of my order is wrong EVERY time. Stopped in today to buy a couple donuts. The girl at the counter was rearranging the donuts in their trays with her fingers. When I asked for a Bavarian filled, she placed the plastic sheet on top of it so the palm of her hand wouldn't touch it, but grabbed the sides with her bare fingers. I told her that was gross, and that I had no idea what she had touched with those finger. She proceeded to take the donut out of the bag, and put it back on the shelf for someone else to eat. I said she's been touching dirty money, and who knows what else, and that handling food that way is gonna get people sick. I proceeded to walk out. When I got home, I tried calling to talk to the manager, and the phone just rang and rang with knowone picking up. I used to go to this location, but will never again. My experience was awful. None of the workers know what they are doing. When i told the lady what i wanted, which was right off the menu, she didn't know what it was. she has to ask 3 different people until she actually read the description AND SHE STILL GAVE ME THE WRONG THING. And i'm pretty sure most of the ice cream in the freezers are almost defrosted. Then the lady overcharged me and gave me the wrong order, and didn't even make it right i was basically drinking milk. Also, she didn't offer a receipt. The place is pretty nice, besides the garbages all over and all the tables being dirty with coffee all over them. we couldn't even stay to eat our treats. When i tried to ask for my receipt and for her to correct my order the lady got really defensive and aggressive. Not to mention the baskin robbins side of shop doesn't even have a cash register. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms! I went to go do my business and the toilet paper wasn't even in the dispenser, it was in the wide open on the metal bar which is so unsanitary!! read more
