Workers were extremely friendly, always smiling and willing to help. I went on Saturday morning, super busy, but the workers were always smiling being polite, and they seem like they really enjoy working there. They greet kids with a smile and have no problem having a small conversation. Floors, tables, and chairs were extremely clean. Food was excellent, warm and quickly made. read more

I have continued going to this Dunkin' (albeit a lot less than I used to) and it does seem like they are a lot better organized than before. I have not consistently had the same issues of slowness here that I have had in the past, especially where I am waiting for a significant amount of time. The food itself is your typical Dunkin' fare - and here sometimes it can be a bit hit or miss. For instance, sometimes a toasted bagel is on the verge of being burnt, sometimes it seems like it hasn't been toasted at all. That being said, the drinks are always good. This Dunkin is the worst! I took my dog to the dog park and stopped here after for coffee. I asked for a cup of water for my dog but they would not give me a cup of water for the dog! I had purchased a medium coffee and a donut and the coffee tasted so bad! Next time try asking for a cup of water with your order and guaranteed, they will say no. I am not going back again!! I literally had someone bring my order to my car this morning and shove their hand in my face before handing me my coffee... I looked at her quizzically and said "excuse me?" And she replied "my tip." Stunned... I repeated my question as she held my coffees out of reach and she repeated her answer. The third time around she told me "fine! you're not going to tip me when I provided a service" as she finally released my coffee hostage and huffed away... her name was actually Karen. I could not believe it. I called and asked for a manager (who had did not sound the same as a woman- so I knew I was talking to someone different) I explained what happened and she said "ok." ...I paused and asked if this was normal? And she said "no, but I'll talk to her if you want." Again stunned by her reply I asked... "I'm just wondering if this is normal for her to do?" This D & D is supposed to be open until 8 p.m. We went there at 6:50 and the teenager inside refused to make a cappuccino because he said, "oops, we're just cleaning the machine." Second time this has happened. Ordered Sandwich and has browns. Open the bag in the car.... No hash browns again and the sandwich is open such that the cheese is sticking to the bag. The silver haired lady who put it together was able to take her sweet time and chit chat with her coworker while I patiently waited. Never again will you get my business at this location. This is for the new location on West Main Street. This place sucks. This whole ticketing and wait in line for your order concept is redundant. I shouldn't have to wait 15 mins for a medium regular hot coffee. And then, my ticket number somehow disappears before they even prepare it for me, which required me to complain to one of the workers. The cashier should take the order and pour your coffee like they used to do. Anything more complicated and if it includes food, sure I'll wait. This past weekend we stopped at this Dunkin Donuts located within a the Mobil convenience store while on a road trip. Overall we were disappointed by our decision for a few different reasons. First, this Dunks is crammed into a little corner of the convenience store which made waiting in line a nightmare. Second, the coffee didn't taste good. My assumption for the taste would be that the water quality is not that great. The only redeeming factor for this location was the fact that the staff was really polite and quick. Even though it was awkward to stand in line, we were in and out before we knew it. I made the mistake of going into this Dunkin's. I had ordered a large iced coffee regular. Based upon my personal experience over more than 20 years, a medium iced coffee regular came with 2 sugars and 2 "portions" of cream, and the large iced coffee regular came with 3 sugars and 3 cream. After I had climbed back into the car and had started driving, I had taken a sip. BLECCH!! I looked at the sticker on the plastic where I had read, "Large iced coffee.1(!!!) sugar and 1(!!!!) cream. She was very agitated with all the guests, and did not represent Dunkin' Donuts very well, to say the least. A bit hard to find. Located inside the Mobil gas station with only a sign on the building itself. Restrooms are down a skanky corridor that makes you fearful of an abduction. Otherwise it's the typical Dunkin' offerings and service. read more
