This is my local go to Dunkin. Depending on the time I go, they have what I want. If I go too late, they're out of a lot of items. The workers are usually nice and friendly. My coffee always meets my expectations. I also like their rewards and member offers.

today I went to Dunkin. The inside was pretty decent until I went to the bathroom!! There was mold and fungus everywhere you couldn't even wash your hands! It smelled horrible in there. Anyways I ordered iced coffee and a donut like a typical person would. I was peacefully sitting down sipping on my coffee until I took a bite out of my donut and there was a huge hair! I highly do NOT recommend this place. Please everyone for my concerns stay safe xoxo.

False advertisement! Looks nothing like the spider donut on their menu! I'm mad asf rn

Have a major sweet tooth? Then this Dunkin Donuts is probably a place for you. If you didn't know, DD not only sells Donuts, but beverages reminiscent of your local Starbucks. Although I would pass on the donuts in the afternoon because theyve probably been sitting on the shelf since the morning time, you are just a hop, skip, and jump to the Baskin Robbins that is housed inside Dunkin Donuts. Pretty clever marketting idea if you ask me. If you don't eat donuts or like coffee, pretty much everyone I know likes ice cream. Coming to your local ice cream shop on a hot summer day or after the movies or a date would make this place pretty lucrative, especially since there is so much seating inside. Lots of cushy, comfortable seating and bright whimsical colors are a great background for ice cream indulgence, but the location simply sucks. The storefront faces one of the busiest freeways in Texas-290. Absolutely not a tree, shrub, bush, or flower to make you want to sit and stay. Bummers for that because location is everything. Nonetheless, the cashiers were very sweet and expedisouly handed my Americano Latte to me so I can skip down the road after a workout. Strong too because I was woke most of the night after that Latte! Great spot for you sugar feigns, but location is not ideal.

Ordered the "Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon" because I was curious and figured "why not?!" only to receive under cooked, greasy, nothing about it was Maple or Sugary Bacon. I was already too far down 290 before realizing this otherwise I would have went back and placed my complaint directly to The employee that handed me my order. Very disappointed and actually very disgusted I was served uncooked bacon. There were no lines inside or in the drive thru line. I also placed an order on the app, so I really don't know the reasoning or excuse for this. I will not be returning to this location. The pictures do no justice for how disgusting this truly was.

Both were exceptionally good. The shop is a little off the beaten path, but easy to find and beautiful inside. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I showed up unannounced to buy some coffee. According to their Instagram, they offer tours and tastings by appointment, which I plan to do in the near future. They also suggest calling ahead to order your coffee so it will be ready when you pick it up. I recommend doing that because I did have to wait a little while when I popped in to order. I have been brewing the Columbian grounds at home for my bulletproof coffee with ghee, coconut oil, collagen, and stevia and I swear it tastes like brownie batter. I have never had a more smooth, balanced flavor from a roasted coffee bean in my life. I will continue to purchase coffee beans and grounds from Geva as long as they exist and I will always support any coffee shop who brews their coffee as well.

But in all my years as a Houstonian, I never made it out to their 2400 Karbach location... until now. I've been meeting up with a good friend weekly for coffee mostly on weekends, and we decided to try for a Friday morning so my Yelp search pulled up Katz. I had just read an article about Avi Katz (I'm a huge fan) in the Spring Branch magazine, so it was like it was meant to be! Now keep in mind they don't open until 9 am so it's not a good caffeine pick-me-up option for early risers nor those who need to get to the office before 9 am, but if you can make it during their business hours, it's certainly worth it. I'll walk you through the experience. I arrived to an empty parking lot at 8:45 am and sat in my car. Note: the lot isn't too big with limited spaces, but spots constantly open up after the morning rush) I started seeing other cars pull into the lot so I got out and hovered near the front door. By the time they opened (exactly at 9 am), the line was 10 people deep, but I was in front. I decided to go easy with a morning brew drip coffee so I wouldn't hold up the line behind me. And if you've read the reviews or you're familiar with how Katz's works - the coffee was free! That's my favorite f word. I sat down, enjoyed the nice ambiance (lots of seating and pleasant decor), chatted with my friend, and the rest is history. Staff are super nice and we chatted for a bit as well. I truly appreciate what Katz Coffee means to the local community, and I'll continue purchasing their high quality coffee beans to support the business, but also because I just really like their coffee. Enjoy!

I was today years old when I learned about Katz Coffee, and I have absolutely been missing out…read more FREE COFFEE, Y'ALL. And if you read their story on their website, it's actually really inspiring how Katz Coffee really gives back to the community with non-profits and other worthy organizations. Astounding and mind-blowing, actually. Parking is a bit limited here, which is a bit similar to the parking nearby at Karbach Brewery, but the parking here IS better than Karbach Brewing, and just a heads up, the gate in the back does open to those exiting the lot, so don't feel pressured to have to park in the front area - you can park along the side with the Katz trucks which is along a one-way road. One downside is the place opens at 9am, which perhaps doesn't lend itself to the pre-work, get-the-day-started crowd. Then again, it's free coffee, so this is so so understandable because the crowd would likely build to unfathomable levels if the place opened at, say, 6am. Plus, come on - the baristas are doing their part making free coffee for the customers, so obviously there is some grace here. It feels like the get-the-day-started-at-9am crowd for free coffee does tend to arrive the minute the place opens, so a line does tend to build for the first bit but then kind of dips back down again after the initial rush - something to keep in mind when planning your visit. The vibe is fantastic. So many tables, easy place to camp out and work or meet up with people. Really earthy interior design. The service is also top notch. Keep in mind these people are giving us free coffee, which Katz certainly doesn't HAVE to do. The baristas today during my visit were SO friendly and SO welcoming. I started with a drip coffee, which came blazing hot and fresh. Didn't add any creamers or sugar, and it was great. Then, for variety purposes, I tried their pumpkin chai latte. Delicious again. And again... FREE. It really doesn't get any better than this for bang for the buck, while also supporting community causes in Houston. So for those visiting, it is encouraged to perhaps buy a bag of coffee beans, whether it be for yourself or as a gift for others. The beans are obviously of great quality, given the taste. My thought is all of us should do our part to help ensure Katz Coffee is able to sustain their generous (and tasty) ways as much as we possibly can.
