I ordered the Taro bubble tea with lycee jelly while my girlfriend ordered the avocado with rainbow jelly with lychee bubbles. The bubbles were a little bit surprising as I thought this was tapico but more of popping bubbles. The Taro was fantastic but it was a little too sweet for me. This was my first time trying anything Boba... I boba! It was a little surprise every time a ball slipped up the straw and came into my mouth! Not going to lie, I hoarded the balls in my mouth and spit them at my kiddo. Not only did it taste delicious it provided fun for all. This was my first time here as I am visiting Houston for the summer. I found this place from Yelp and decided to try it since it had good reviews. My sisters got passion teas, one with green tea and strawberry poppers and one with black tea and lychee poppers. At first, when we ordered the passion teas and they asked if we wanted it with green or black tea, we were super confused so we just got one of each. The black tea one tasted better, the green tea one tasted weird. My brother got a lychee slushee with lychee jelly and I got two Thai teas for my boyfriend and I, I got mine with lychee jelly and my boyfriend got his with regular boba. The Thai tea tasted like straight up milk which was super disappointing since I love the Thai tea. My brother's drink tasted pretty good. We did the buy 5 get one free deal, otherwise, I would've used the buy one get one 50% off by checking in with Yelp. Don't know if I'd visit here again since only two people liked their drinks. I've been here a bunch of times over the past 5 years. Every time I come the service is great and their drinks are delicious! They offer different types of tapioca to put into their drinks and different types of drink styles, as in smoothie or slushie or regular tea. I've tried about half of their menu on drinks and always replace the sugar with artificial sweetener like stevia. My only gripe is that some of the flavors are artificially sweetened by a flavored syrup and not by using the actual fruit. If you ask them which drinks come with real fruit they will tell you. They also have a rewards program in which you get a free drink after 5 or something like that! read more

Awesome tapioca milk (cream) tea. This is the perfect place to satisfy your craving for milk tea if you are up North. The default level of sweetness is pretty high in my book, but it's still delicious. The cup size is generous and they add tapioca balls on both the bottom and top of the cup so you don't run out halfway through your drink. I purchased two drinks for a total of $5.30 with the Yelp special (50 percent off second drink). The area is pretty sketchy and I'm surprised they opened a tapioca place here. It's located in the same plaza with a barred up "Game Room" and night club. I saw there is a restaurant for wings and seafood next door but it didn't look appetizing at the time. Computers were available but most of them looked inoperable. Most people have smart phones anyways so it doesn't really matter. They have a few lounge seats and tables to play board games at or just hang out. The only food they sell here is Banh Mi but we decided to go to Hang Xanh for food. read more
