I don't like the location of I Heart Boba that much, so I can't rate it with maximum 5 stars, sorry. Why? Bar is located right to seafood gem, which is always extremely overwhelmed with hungry customers, who, by the way, love coming to this particular spot as well. Thus, I can't have a decent rest here. Me and my spouse usually come here to get some smoothies or slushies to-go. Those two are incredible! There is one more irritating thing: you can be caught by some pushy people, who'd sometimes like trying to sell their CDs/DVDs to the customers as soon as they exit the shop. read more

This place is excellent, I actually left my car keys by the cashier and one of the girls reviewed the camera and actually saw who picked up my keys by mistake. She called the guy and he came back right away to return my keys. Thank you girls for your assistance, much appreciated! But I left my entire purse with money, passport and phone in their store and they took great care of it and were friendly about the incident. This place is my favorite! They have great slushies and teas. Only thing that I dont like anymore is that they dont have the green jelly. They replaced it for the green dolphin gummy. It was a nice citrus and tea blend that was perfect for my palette. Aloe was a good topping option. Sadly, this wasn't my drink. Overall, the drinks were delicious, but we felt like the sugar level was very inconsistent across our drinks. They're nice and accommodating, so we appreciate them for that. They open decently late too (until 11 PM on a Friday) so we had plenty of time to enjoy boba after a late dinner.

Maybe it's just because I go during off hours, but this location doesn't feel as lively as it used to back in the early 2000s. That said, the drinks here are always consistent, and I've never had any issues with their service. I really should take advantage of this spot more often when I'm in the area. For this location, there was only one time they ran out of boba and had to substitute with another topping... this was frustrating because seriously, how you gonna run out of boba?! Come on! Other than that, the shop is always clean and usually pretty empty when I visit, which is actually kind of nice. I usually go for the QQ Happy Family milk tea. It's my favorite across all the locations. But now I'm most upset they took this item off their menu and no longer even have the toppings to custom order this drink... this is such a huge disappointment as I only order this particular drink. I guess I'll have to find a new temporary favorite before they decide to change up their menu again...
