This used to be one of the good ones, something changed recently and I feel like every time I see the younger heavy set girl I'm screwed. When the girl with a darker pigmentation who looks almost Indian works/worked the window, I knew it's on point and going to be a good day; and she is always friendly. Yesterday my egg was missing from my sandwich and today the coffee was missing from my frozen coffee or they used hot coffee on the ice to make it because it tasted worse than plain watered down milk. We've gone here a few times. The food is okay, but the cold coffee drinks usually taste burnt, and come on, it's really not that difficult to make hot coffee without getting the grounds in it. That usually means they don't clean out the filter basket or even rinse it between brews. I'd rather go to Wawa, or even drive to the Dunkin' on 19, than go back here (the one on 19 has shaped up once they got rid of some of their useless staff). read more

I am absolutely done with the Dunkin' located off of State Road 52 (9322 SR-52 E Unit A Hudson, FL 34669 United States). Every time I have gone here, I have had nothing but bad experiencea, and I can understand maybe once or twice since I have worked in the food business before and understand how stressful it can be, but it happens every single time I go. The workers have a bad attitude, the orders are consistently wrong and when I have tried to politely correct the mistake I get attitude or a snarky remark. my mom loves their coffee, but we refuse to go to this store despite it being the closest one to her house due to the service. I have even tried their online services to avoid the trouble just to make my mom's day, and they still mess the orders up. they do not contact you if they do not have something and will either choose to replace it with whatever they feel like (again without at least trying to contact you) or they just do not include it all together. I highly recommend going to any other store, just not this one. It is not worth the aggravation, the disrespect, and not even worth spending money at just to have missing items. read more

I very rarely leave bad reviews but I can't with this store. I have had zero good experiences here despite multiple chances. One of the times I ordered a Carmel craze latte with almond milk instead whole milk only to repeat the order 3 times (that's okay I don't mind) but I kid you not these people made me almond milk with whole milk and with caramel AND a cherry on the top a small whatever they gave me was more expensive than my coffee. The service is crap. I placed a mobile order was going through drive thru drove up to speaker to have a lady come out to ask did you give your order to the guy in the front, no sign posted to do this so I said no she then told me I would have to drive back around to place my order I told her it was a mobile order said I would still have to drive back around. Instead I parked my car and walked in and the guy from outside came in like he was expecting me to say something or they were just switching but he was the one that also helped me inside because the 4 other workers right there would not even say hello or anything. So got an order of donut holes and 2 everything bagels with xtra cream cheese. So today I went to this Dunkin 52 and a little road so there's no confusion's just in case . Every time I go there it is something. Whether someone feels like charging for swirls today or picking and choosing who they want to charge. My coffee is never right and it's definitely an easy one, 7 caramel three cream in a refill cup. They never do what you ask them to do . Then on top of that 2 cups of refill iced coffee cost me over nine dollars because of the charging for swirls . It is getting pretty ridiculous. No one wants to pay $10 for 2 cups of refills because they want extra flavoring. The whole time I ever worked for Dunkin it was said that if you have refill cups, you get two free donuts, certain Dunkins, well today I had one Dunkin and one sunflower, and I wasn't able to get my doughnut because of that. Not only is it just an inconvenience they're always rude and talk to people how they think they're allowed to talk to them . A business drives off of their customers. That's how you get paid. If you don't care about your customers, and you talk to them like trash, you will lose business. I've been working for Dunkin in an hour since I was 16 years old. Are used to love working for Dunkin' Donuts but the way Dunkin is running now completely unprofessional. Half the people that are management qualified to be managers. And half of the managers like to give you a promotion if you're friends with them. That's why I left Dunkin and decided to go to a more reputable company. Truly the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin' today in my life. Stopped because this location is closer to my house then my job and thought it would be faster, boy was I wrong. The line was wrapped into 52, I was there for over 30 minutes. Then when I got to the speaker, the employees were talking over the girl taking my order through the headsets and couldn't even ask me what it was that I wanted to order after a 30 minute delay in the drive through line. I get to the window, the gentleman helping me was very nice but you could tell the whole team was disorganized. Asking me about what I ordered a second time and if I wanted cream in my ice coffee. Almost forgot my second drink, and the manager I'm assuming it shift lead was being rude to an employee about his drawer while I was in the window. Didn't think it was possible to find a Dunkin' Donuts worse than the one of 54 by the Wendy's, then you came along. I've been here a small handful of times and today is the last time I will ever go. On the off chance that I do get to order, my coffee is usually messed up and munchkins are miscounted. I've gotten a Boston cream donut and when they hand me the bag, it looks like a bomb went off inside. They legit have handed me a sausage wake up wrap that was all opened up and didn't close. Looked as if it had been cooked that way and they just went with it. I've caught the morning staff arguing with each other in the window and whoever takes the morning orders will leave the mic on and have a conversation with staff and take orders about 5-10 minutes later. America runs on dunkin but if this is your only option, go to the McDonald's across the street for breakfast or wait till the Wawa opens up. read more

Today was my first time trying this dunkin. I ALWAYS get a frozen mocha coffee w a turbo shot. So we get up to the window, and their making my coffee. But I see the girl making it, pour some into a cup and try it. WHILE SHES LOOKING AT ME. She keeps drinking, then has another girl try it. And they both make gross faces and then look at me like I'M crazy. This is first of all gross and unsanitary. If they were in the middle of an inspection they would have been made a health violation right then and there. Not only are you not suppose to have any open drinks on the floor, but you DEFINITELY shouldn't be drinking a customers drink WHILE their watching you & proceed to do it. That's just insane! And then after me sitting there watching this for almost 5 minutes we finally get noticed at the window which all she had to say was"8 dollars" no "hello" "thank you" or anything. Just sticks her hand out for my money. And the girls are super loud laughing in there just standing around and she's laughing with them. What the hell kind of dunkin is this?
