This is a review for my recent visit to store #340620. Oh what a time I had! The store has that "mini strip mall that popped up out of the corn field last night" feel that I've come to know and love as a suburban warrior. You can almost smell the fresh paint drying, masked by that greasy corporate coffee-donut smell. Wifey got the "flat bread" something-or-other which she claimed tasted like cardboard, and then ate anyway. Kids got boston creme and a couple high priced fruit juice simulations. I debated on writing this review because I am also in the service industry but the experience has been weighing on my mind. I placed a mobile order went to pick it up. I actually did go straight to the window cause I was running late. The girl that had helped me was very condescending and reprimanding me for not checking in at the drive-through speaker she reprimanded me several times pointing out the speaker. I understood the first time. I certainly did not need five more times to remind me. I thanked her and politely grabbed my order and the order was fine every time I've been at this location my experience has been good. read more

I stopped coming here over a year ago when they started charging for pup cups. I gave it another chance today, and although the staff seemed much better they're still charging for a cup and whipped cream. Ordered two dozen donuts for my birthday to bring to work. After they poured the free coffee, they wouldn't honor the free coffee for downloading the app. I told them to keep the coffee. Never had an experience like this. The manager was absolutely the worst I've ever encountered. Ive never been to a dunkin donuts run so poorly. Been here on 4 separate occasions and they never had any of the most donuts in stock. I tried ordering a sourdough breakfast sandwich and it took about 10 mins when I was the only car in the drive through and it came out burnt to a crisp! How this place even open with this type of service is insane. read more

I've been coming here the last 6mos since moving here, and this is one of the few places that actually gets my order right. I can easily name 5 dunkins I've tried multiple times, any time I get a latte with added caramel flavor, most dunkins don't do it. Some places I've had them remake it and its still wrong. WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO OR EXPERIENCED! I'm watch you'd call a very unhappy customer. I've only been to this location twice and they can't even get my pass the drive thru window! Do I dare to go inside! This place is the worst! My first experience it took so long for them to respond to me at the drive thru, that the second they decided to try to take my order I left and decided to go some where else . It should take 15 minutes for someone to take your order at a drive thru. It's called FAST food for a reason. This dunkin hasn't gotten that memo! Today, the second experience- and Now I'll take my service somewhere else every time! The woman taking my order is repeating it back to me incorrectly over and over and instead of telling me they were out of something she repeats the incorrect thing back to me - as if she's telling me what I'll order instead. I stopped here a few times for breakfast and my order is almost ALWAYS messed up. Not sure why coffee and a sandwich is difficult, but that's why I started going to the one closer to my work - But now, I would like to order an ice cream cake (connected to the Baskin Robbins) for my son and have been trying to call for over 30 minutes. It's 10:30am. I would think there'd be no rush at this time on a Tuesday. It's like the management here is trying to sabotage themselves. Very disappointing. For such a small town you'd think they'd be happy with the location to bring in business, but clearly customer service isn't there thing. I have gone to this location very frequently, but I will likely be going there less. I don't think the staff is very friendly. The teen guy with glasses who works weekends is specifically slow and can never get my order right. If I order a bagel smeared with cream cheese, I only get one side with cream cheese and only a small amount. I don't recommend going here. read more

Horrible service as I walk through the door I am berated by the creep with curly hair to "not make a mess" which I never recall having done. Everytime I come here he sighs and stairs off into the distance while trying to get through me being here. I don't know if what he has against me but I do not recommend going here. The service is poor, however I have never had an issue with any other staff. Most of the other staff are polite and never mess up our orders. Unfortunatly this Dunkin location is closest to me so I go to it often but each time I go the drink is wrong every single time and the person on the microphone is always very rude. They are careless, and don't listen. Over the 12 times I go within a month 11 of the 12 orders are completely wrong. 1. Egg wasn't cooked in sandwhich. Was still frozen. 2. Today I went to this dunkin because it's close to my house and I was running late for work. I don't know what goes on in there, but they are horrible at their jobs. I asked for a drink with almond milk and the guy taking my order disregarded it. Thankfully someone else stated to him that I asked for almond milk. Today, however, I asked for the same drink. Some kid is at the window, looks like it's his first job, and hands me a large black coffee with almond milk when I asked for a medium French vanilla with almond milk. Fortunately I like the taste of coffee, but that is not what I asked for. When I said I asked for a medium he told me "uh it's already like in the system". What? I've worked in drive thrus before and if you mess an order up you fix it. They need to get their crap together. Everyone I know across the entire county thinks this Dunkin is absolute garbage. read more

Customer service terrible, waited more than 10 mins for large decaf, big n toasted sandwich and hash browns. They totally forgot to prepare my order as well as the one other customers (there were only the 2 of us at the counter). I've been happy with other stores but this one needs attention. Coffee - had to remind young lady that I had one coming, too hot. Sandwich - not toasted, more like slightly stale bread with melted butter on it. Bacon not apparent until I took the sandwich apart then I spotted the 2 half strips of soggy pork. Nothing like the picture, stacked so - bread, 1 egg, bacon (ha ha), cheese, 1 egg, bread. Hash browns - soggy, not crisp at all. Manager very loud behind counter. Have been to this store before and manager was counter worker. Hard worker does not always equal good manager. Will not return to this store, I'll get my coffee at McDonalds across the street and my breakfast sandwich at Subway 3 doors away. read more

I cannot wait for the Dunkin' in Lakemoor to be finished so I have another option than this location in the morning. Service is always slow, my order ahead orders are never ready even though I order it 15 minutes ahead of time and while I know it is also a small thing, they never provide napkins in the drive-thru and are usually out when I go in to the dispenser. There is one woman who is quick and very friendly but the rest of the staff weighs her down. DD needs to understand their customer base is people who need their orders efficiently as we are usually rushing for work or an appointment. Every time I go to this dunkin they always seem to fail me. Never once has my coffee been made correctly. One day I went ordered a hot latte and the boy gave it to me iced and when i told him I asked for it hot he was like "oh ok" 100% sure he was stoned. Which fine be stoned dude but do your job. Stopped in yesterday through the drive-through. Customer service has improved tremendously at this location! The transaction was handled quickly, efficiently, with a friendly attitude, and a smile. The young woman serving us at the drive-through finished our transaction with a thank you. Seems like basic stuff but you would be surprised how many establishments don't have the basics down. If there were zero stars that's what I would give. I go there 5 times a week if not more. Finally decided to use the coupon at the bottom of the receipt for a soft serve cone for my son. I was told they don't have soft serve any more as they decided to discontinue it. I asked if I could get a single scoop instead. He tells me no only good for a doughnut. Now I didn't discontinue it but I was made to feel like I did. When I asked again he simply said no. So no more will I go there. Also I will let everyone know including corporate.
