I live smack in the middle of two Dunkins and one is brand new and then there's this one. I purposefully choose this one bc the staff is so delightful, my order is always ready for pickup when I get there and made perfectly every time. Well, to start, the staff here is nothing short of incredible. They are friendly and your order comes out super fast. They are a great representation of the Dunkin' brand. The inside has the usual Dunkin' ambiance and though b there was a line, it went really fast. I ordered a half dozen donuts and coffee and they were ready in no time flat. This location was completely remodeled somewhat recently and it's a big upgrade. Much nicer, more modern looking and they even have coffee on tap now. The staff tends to be friendly but somewhat slow on making drinks and food in my experience. This location gets busy in the mornings and the parking lot is still just awful. They seemed to be working on it when I was in there so maybe it will at least be repaved. Like all Dunkin' Donuts the coffee drinks are just hit or miss, you never know. I was craving donuts this morning & sent the hubby to fetch a dozen. They were already picked over and bustling this morning, so I didn't get the variety I hoped for. That being said, it still hit the spot. This donut store packs their creme filled pastries, no wimping out here! The downside to this location is no drive thru- tucked in the corner of a funky designed complex. They do have a wall up window outside... Which is odd. This is one of the better, more consistent locations. They don't skimp on flavored syrups with half pumps. The employees are friendly. On the rare occasion my order wasn't right, they've been apologetic and fixed it. Mobile orders are usually ready pretty quickly, even during peak times. The only drawback is there's no drive thru but there's ample parking and I'm typically in and out in a few minutes. I think I've only had to wait for a significant amount of time maybe once. read more

I haven't visited this location in quite some time because it's walk-in only and last time I was here, the cashier was rude. Service has stayed consistent because instead of being greeted with a " Good morning" or "thanks for coming in". I was told to "call ahead next time for placing an order of this size" in a rude tone. I stopped in to get coffee and donuts for my team since we're moving our store this weekend. I ordered 4 dozen assorted donuts and 2 boxes of Joe. The total was $60 or so and I was paying by card. I slid my card w chip into the machine and the cashier/mgr still insisted on seeing my ID and credit card. For what? She spent the next 3 minutes trying to decipher between my nickname used on my Amex and my legal first name shown on my license. Uggh! Absolutely love this place and not just because it's Dunkin Donuts, but because of the people. When I moved here and I didn't have WiFi yet, I would come here EVERY day at noon just to get online to check my emails and search for things. I would see the same group of people and we instantly became friends. It was their time for seniors to get together, talk and laugh in which they included me with open arms! I got to know the employees and they were amazing! New faces since I first started coming here but still the employees are great! They do not have a drive thru window due to the location of this DD but they do have a walk up window which stays open until 10pm. I'm actually glad there was no drive thru window because I may have just picked up my coffee and donuts, sat in my truck and got on the Internet in the parking lot. This forced me to go in, have a seat and socialize. There hasn't been a time when I have come here and the coffee was not fresh, same with the donuts. I haven't been here in the afternoon so I cannot speak to the freshness when it comes to the afternoon shift. Regardless if I ever decide to move to another part of town or another state, I will return to this DD just to see how my first Jacksonville friends are doing. read more

I do have to tell them about y'all the cream and sugar or it is just a sugar bomb. Can someone PLEASE teach the staff what it means when a customer says "toasted bagel" ??? Time after time I have requested a toasted bagel and have maybe once received what I asked for. There is NOTHING worse than a chewy bagel! Today I thought I'd try to ask for it differently; I asked for a "well-toasted but not burnt bagel" and yes, of course I received the same un-toasted, chewy bagel yet again! Have the donut gods ever shined down on you? Well, they did for me this morning. On my way into work this morning my boss sends me a text asking if I can stop and pick up 2 dozen donuts for our morning meeting. I have to drive right pass this location, so I gladly obliged. For the first time, there wasn't even a line when I walked inside. I stood behind just one person finishing their transaction. A minute later, I ordered my two dozen assorted donuts and waited patiently. The guy who has been tasked to get my donuts looks over at me and asks "two dozen assorted, right? Nothing can ever be that simple with me, if given the option because I'm just plain picky. I tell him no filled donuts (since they aren't very popular at my office) and ask if he could just make sure a couple strawberry frosted with sprinkles made it in the box. You guessed it, those are my favorite! He grabs two, then two more and two more without sprinkles. I'm pretty sure he saw the twinkle in my eye because I just couple help but do a little internal jump for joy. Not that I have any intention of eating 6 donuts but just knowing they are available, makes me happy. As he starts boxing up the second dozen, I can see he is looking for just the right donuts. I nudge him and let him know he can throw in some blueberry (yea, those are my second favorite and this is what happens when you send me to get the office donuts). I then move to the far end to get out of the way for other people ordering their donuts and coffee. A couple minutes later he walks down to me with the bag and as he hands it to me says that he gave me some extra. What?!! Well, now he's really made my day because I was starting to feel guilty about all those strawberry frosted donuts my co-workers would be subjected to. Dunk in doughnuts is a place that I have to be very careful of. Walking in the smell makes my mouth water. I look behind the counter and it is drool time. You see I am a type two diabetic. Now I have to be honest, I much prefer Krispy Kreme dounuts to Dunkin's but there isn't one close to me so I have to settle with Dunkin. I rarely ever get food here, I mostly go for the iced coffees or iced latte. The few times I have gotten food here I was not very pleased. The donuts were not as fresh as I would have liked, and when I got a bagel with cream cheese it was completely smothered in it. I had to scrap off a majority of the cream cheese just so I could taste the bagel. Their iced drinks are really good though, and are worth trying if you haven't already. read more

Im a big fan of Dunkin, so I tend to be very critical of any store i find that isnt in New England. But this location isnt bad, it has a walk up window which im assuming would be nice in the summer when you just want to grab your coffee and go, especially in the middle of a florida summer. I am always a little worried that the coffee i order will be wrong, because every barista makes the order a little different every time, but all of my orders here have been exactly what i was asking for.
