I got a London fog latte today. I also got one last week from the same Starbucks. Both times the person taking the order was super friendly. I forgot what my order name was and they helped me out. Both times the person who took my payment was super friendly and chatty. I felt nice after leaving. Drinks were super hot, exactly what I ordered. Also no line, which I know is nothing they can control if a bunch of cars show up, but the 11am timeframe is great! read more

This review is based on customer service. While the line for the drive thru was pretty long, when I ordered my drinks, I was informed from Megheana that they didn't have cinnamon dolce anymore, so I'd have to change my order. After I ordered my drinks, I pulled up, paid, and Megheana handed me a drink, which was wrong (no biggie, they were slammed), she asked the barrista to remake the drink, and proceeded to chat with me for a few minutes. She had a mask on, but you could see she was smiling. She was just so pleasant. Kept calm, cool and collected throughout the process and was just a gem. This particular Starbucks is located just off of Interstate 95 and is one of the more modern 1 geared more for takeout. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of Starbucks. But customers sometimes want to meet at at one of their locations and as I have learned, the client is usually right. This location, as I have said, is very convenient to Interstate 95. All in all, not a bad place. I do find their prices to be too high for what they are giving, but they are obviously doing something right because they are everywhere. If you are a fan of Starbucks, check them out. Or, like me, if a customer or client wants to meet there, go meet them there. read more

I went to Starbucks to get some drinks I had ordered four drinks. and three of their new strawberry cake pops! For which some reason the cake pops were not on the menu. I went through the drive-through and the service was not good. they were out of two of their brand new summer drinks. Which can be understandable because they are in high demand. But however even though I showed sunny my stars to scan she never scanned them, so I thought maybe she had to scan them after I paid so I showed her my stars AGAIN and she told me it was too late because I have already paid and then when she handed me my Coffee cake pops and my other drinks. but my coffee was leaking all over I asked for some napkins and she only gave me two so now I don't have my stars from my order and a mess in my cupholder And Sunny did not even care may I mention I was very polite and patient the whole time. It's Starbucks. If you been to one, you've been to them all. This location has its perks for my area. It has a drive through window, and is located near the interstate. So, a lot of people come here for their morning coffee on the way to work. That being said, the location is relatively small. There is little inside dining seats. The outside patio is very small too. The outside has little to no shade, and it's loud. Being next to the interstate, it can be fairly difficult to talk with someone outside. Parking is pretty bad. The lot is relatively small, but is primarily a drive through location. Also, the lot is really tight. Parking my truck can be quite the challenge. Their service is very good, and their baristas seem very knowledgeable. I guess this comes with being a drive through locations you have to get the orders out fast. read more

OK, there is just no easy way to get to this Starbucks even if you came off of the freeway from either directions. That absolutely sucks. Unless you live on 210 and you're going to I-95, then maybe it's easier, but as of right now--the construction is horrible and it is a pain to get here. Having said that, the service here is pretty standard Starbucks happiness. Let's admit, Starbucks is a guilty pleasure as we can all make our coffee at home for a lot less. Of course it's the whole Starbucks experience that pulls us in and mine here was rather OK. 3-Stars. May need to re-review when they resolve the round-about-way to get to this location. I have been a loyal SB Gold Card member for more than 10 years. Each day I buy 2 beverages, and on occasion, food or snack items. On a recent trip to a location in Florida, I ordered a hot coffee and other items. When I picked up the coffee from my car cup holder, the sides of the cup pushed in causing the lid to pop off and the coffee to spill on the center console of my car. Right on top of the technology ball that controls my radio, XM, NAV, cell, and internal features of the car. This is not the first time this has occurred. This is caused by the employee grabbing the cup and creasing the top pushing their fingers together and creating a crimp in the ridge. The crimp causes the lid to not properly seat on the top ridge of the cup causing it to pop off when you grab the cup toward the top of the outside about 4-6 inches from the top. SB has determined because the coffee was in my car at the time it spilled, they are taking no responsibility. WTF? I have decided based on the negative response I received from Starbucks Customer Service, I will no longer step foot in a store again, buy any of their products, or retain their stock going forward. read more

Quick and pleasant service. Orders a latte and egg bites, everything was very good. Right by the highway and east to get in the highway. A little pain to get too, especially in the morning drive thru. What ever you do, don't park near the drive thru if you go inside, because in the morning you may get blocked in from drive thru cars blocking you in. read more

This location is quite convenient to I-95, but you'll need to make a u-turn at the nearest light west of 95. When you come off the exit in order to reach it. This is the only 24-hour location close to 95 in the Jax metro area. The staff are prompt, friendly and accurate in producing drinks! Go south two exits to 318 for a Clover machine. This is also a location in which many higher level trainings take place. read more

This morning we walked in because the drive through was crazy. The person taking my order was very friendly. After I received my coffee it wasn't even hot- Luke warm at best like the milk had not been steamed long enough. I politely asked if it could be warmed up. He then shoved it at me when it was remade and said I made it extra hot for you this time-- implying that the first was hot and I was just being difficult. This location is BUSY. And it makes sense as they are conveniently located right there at 210 and 95. I mean every parking spot is always taken and there is a constant line in the drive thru. Yet they somehow efficiently manage to get me my caffeine fix in no time. They are a well oiled machine back there! They have always been good about having any item I want in stock which is nice. Need a Starbucks pick-me-up while heading south on 95? This is the spot! My friends who go to Disney often usually stop here early in the morning before heading down and turned me on to it. This time around I stopped here with my mother while heading down to a Christmas party. Their drive-thru is very convenient and the line has never been long every time I've gone. The service is great and the employees are always so friendly. Like others have said, it's not easy getting to this location as you have to go down to the light and make a U-turn. Normally a great location to stop at for my Chai in the morning. I placed my mobile order like normal, estimated wait time was 5-9 minutes. Appx. 11 minutes after placing my order I arrive at the Starbucks. Needing to grab and go quickly to make it to work, I race in only to find no drink made. I politely ask for status on my Chai, at which time a young man looks around at the sticker machine to determine it isn't printing mobile order stickers. He then goes to another computer to write down my order, and hands it to the Barista on the Bar. She proceeds to start making someone else's drink. Due to my time constraints I ask how long it will take to get my drink, at which time the young man answers less than a minute. The Barista proceeds to make my drink, slowly, them hands it to me and reluctantly mumbles 'Have a nice day'. There was no 'we apologize for the delay' or 'how can we make this right?' My experiences at this location have been good in the past. However, for my $5 a day habit, I think I'll stick to my normal Baymeadows and Southside location, where I know the service is good. read more

I order a latte that is suppose to include a shot of coffee. When I tried it it tasted like it didn't have coffee. So they remade the drink, it still didn't taste like it had coffee so I asked them to add a shot off coffee the barista added a shot that was like a teaspoon of coffee. Great location, especially when your about to get on or off I-95, and need that extra boost to either get you going or keep you going. We have come here several times both on our way to and from south fl. It's nice to know that they're always open. My only complaint would be when we were headed down to Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale this past October we ordered a non fat 2 Splenda chocolate chai tea and and non fat 2 Splenda hazelnut latte, they got the order for the chai tea right but instead of putting 2 Splenda's in the latte they added 6! I have no idea how they messed that one up but they did, luckily they fixed it and we were able to get back on the road with out to much of a delay. Other then that this Starbucks usually has the nicest staff in the area, the coffee is good, and so are their breakfast items, bistro box's and their mustard pretzel. read more

This location is quite efficient and I love their hours! This Starbucks has been a welcomed friend when my travels require me to "burn the midnight oil!" Clean, friendly service, and order accuracy-- a winning combination!
