This is the worse Dunkin I have ever been too. I have found plastic in my avocado toast. I also found a piece of bacon in my iced coffee. How does that even happen? We were going to visit my grandma at her nursing home and wanted to bring her a frappe--her favorite. After an unsuccessful attempt at buying a frappe at the neighboring McDonald's, we landed at this Dunkin'. Their large frappe is significantly larger than McDonald's and it was visually pleasing. I can't remark on the taste, but the cashier was very kind and friendly. We will be back for grandma's frappe needs. read more

The staff here is friendly and the food has never been messed up or incorrect- however, My order is black iced coffee or cold brew, a small bit of caramel flavor, and no sugar. I am lactose intolerant and would mention this every time I'd order. Every single time my drink looked closer to a khaki color than black coffee, and worst of all I wouldn't find out if it was dairy or not until hours after the fact. I don't know if it's a listening skills issue or if someone on the drinks bar doesn't know what black coffee means but it's dangerous to be throwing dairy in anyone's drink especially when the customer mentions a food allergy while ordering! I almost shat myself at work on more than one occasion solely because dairy was added to my coffee against my will. read more

One of the worst experiences at a Dunkin Donuts Period. The help is basically sleeping at 7am. Ordered a simple coffee and bagel with cream cheese through the drive through. After I leave and open up the bagel there is no cream cheese. I have to turn around and go inside, because who wants just a bagel?!?! The help seemed like I was bothering them because of their mistake. They took my bagel and literally spent 3 minutes standing at the cream cheese area. I have no clue what he was doing to the bagel, but it was so suspicious that I decided to not even eat it. Slathering cream cheese on a bagel takes a whole 30 seconds tops. If you want a zombie serving you your morning coffee and bagel, have fun here! Will never be stopping back in here when I'm in the Joliet area! read more

The owner is constantly raising prices. It used to be a little over 5 for my drink. But now it's over $6. Charging for whip cream which always came with the drink. Lost my business and won't go back. All of the Dunkin's in the Joliet area are going down the drain. I won't do business at any Dunkin if this is how they allow the people, who open a business with their name, to do business. read more

Im from out of state, staying at Hamptons Inn so this location is convenient, walking distance. One of the staff members were really friendly, the girl who rang me up was kinda just there. I went around 5pm so of course nothing was fresh. My croissant was rock hard. had the blended coffee, wasn't very strong, sad to say i think mcdonalds frappe has better flavor. but will definitely be coming back for friendly service. read more

It appears they are under new management. I believe their iced tea tastes powdered where it didnt before. Items get omitted. One of the men working there is caucasian and thinks its funny to speak in an indian accent to my husband who is not indian but perhaps appears so. They refused to honor a valid coupon though was not expired & location printed on back. When asked if they could override they could not. Bagels are also hard stale discs reheated. Awful..... Horrible... One of the worst 1.) every single time I go through the drive thru, I'll state my order loud and clearly, then.... They'll ask me to repeat it again.... Every single time... 2.) when you finally make it to the window of the drive thru the guy will then ask you again what you ordered.. Where do I begin...first off, customer service is non-existent and staff attitudes are horrible. My order is never correct. Today I asked for pumpkin spice, even confirmed it at the window. When i placed my order, Christian was very rude rather than asking if my order was complete or asking me to please talk a little louder he told me very rudely to "speak up" and "is that all". When I got to the window I had to repeat my order twice and then I was told there was a wait on my coolatta. I was waiting around 10 minutes at which point i realized they forgot my drink. I went in to get it and they forgot to add the mix into the machine. i asked for a refund and he said I dont know how to do that come back tomorrow and we will give you one. I also ordered 2 donuts which were just thrown into the bag without any paper so they got stuck to each other and the bag. there was no napkins. Rude staff at night. The guy working in drive-thru seem like he didn't want to be there, after I was served he sat down and went back on his phone. Asked for two medium hot chocolates and all I got was plain water, was already home by that time, which is why I didn't go back and complained. I ended up throwing them away. I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts location for many years. The management of this location changed about a year or so ago (maybe more). The new manager is a shady character. I recommend using caution when ordering food to make sure you are not being overcharged and that you are getting what you paid for. Quality of food and coffee is fine. I continue to get coffee here because it's good and fast and convenient, but I've actually stopped ordering food here, for the most part, because I was being overcharged and lied to. They will also, for some reason, ask you to pull forward in the drive-thru to wait for your food, even when there is no one waiting behind you. I understand the concept when there is a long line of cars, but when there is no one else in line?...Just further evidence of poor management. read more
