Completely unacceptable behavior for an employee. At the drive up window I ordered a regular ice coffee and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher which I order almost everyday. I get to the window and am handed a pink daydream refresher which is not what I ordered I know what I said. I didn't even know they had a daydream. I went back to the window and before I could finish my sentence immediately this rude older Spanish speaking lady said "you need to pay". I said no this isn't what I wanted. She insisted it was and again in such a rude manner not even making eye contact "you need to pay for another" so I got my tip back and left. Do not suggest giving this place your money. ordered over 40$ in food when I checked the receipt I was charged 3 times for oat milk in one small latte and 4 times for a large matcha with almond milk. when I came in to say that's not right and have never been charged for each "pump" as they said. all she could say was we do here. 1. I asked for a caramel cappuccino. I was given a Carmel macchiato. when I asked for them to fix them they took the iced Carmel macchiato around the corner shook it up and handed it back to me. when I asked why they did that the response was "it looks different right!". 2. I look on my app profile for a receipt because they refused to give me one. The guy at the window looked confused when I asked for a paper receipt. Went the first time every drink was incorrect (ordered vanilla bean coolants got vanilla frozen coffee, ordered caramel latte got pumpkin etc) decided to give a second chance ordered on the go at 530 am (they are supposed to open at 5) got there at 5:50 not open nobody is here except the driver bringing supplies. When you ask for ONE chocolate donut and they proceed to add THREE powdered sugar ones.... there is a problem! My photo even shows the powdered sugar on the chocolate ones from her lack of listening. Two days whoever the light skin lady with braids working the window that evening shouldn't be on the phone while taking my order that not only I placed at the intercom but repeated myself at the window and she looked at me like a deer in the headlight. Please train your staff to not be on personal headphones talking while also taking care of customers. Four of us stopped here on Sunday July 18 at 7:45. We wanted ice cream at the Baskin Robbins here inside this location. We were told be the staff that they already cleaned the ice cream counter and they would not serve us any ice cream because "We close at 8pm. I'm not cleaning it again. You can order coffee." I'm thinking it only takes a scoop to get us a some ice cream. How long can that take to wash and wipe down the counter again? Maybe a minute? This is unfortunately the only DD near us so options are limited. They regularly mess up our orders. Ask for a bagel with butter on the side, recieve a bagel with cream cheese. Ask for a large coffee, get a medium. The list goes on. Do not make the mistake of ordering online for pickup. They will royally screw it up beyond belief.
