Completely unacceptable behavior for an employee. At the drive up window I ordered a regular ice coffee and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher which I order almost everyday. I get to the window and am handed a pink daydream refresher which is not what I ordered I know what I said. I didn't even know they had a daydream. I went back to the window and before I could finish my sentence immediately this rude older Spanish speaking lady said "you need to pay". I said no this isn't what I wanted. Four of us stopped here on Sunday July 18 at 7:45. We wanted ice cream at the Baskin Robbins here inside this location. We asked him specifically about donuts that would be available in the morning as we considered picking up a dozen before heading out for the day, but he also couldn't tell us what kinds of donuts they would have nor was he the least bit concerned whether we came back or not.
