Out of all the Dunkin Donuts I've been to on the east coast, this takes the crown as the worst one.

Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever . Their iced coffee have too much sugar , their donuts are trash seems like they leave them out there for days (too dry) . Also they keep hiring too many kids , who are just always on their phones instead of actually working. read more

Drive thru service is horrible, especially on the weekend. takes forever to get a cup of coffee. Kids inside on phones rather than taking care of customers. Love DD coffee but irritated each time I roll or should I say crawl through this location. read more

This location used to be just my convenience location. I used to only come here when I had to. But now that I've decided to come here a lot more often, and some people have left, and new people have been hired, there has been a dramatic change in service. I come here about every other day, and I love it. I've made friends with a lot of the employees, and they have memorized my order, because I always order the same thing, lol. They are very sweet here, and they always are happy to see me when I walk in the door, because they know me. I love this location so much now, that I'm actually thinking about applying here to spend more time with the friends that I've met, and to get a lot more coffee!!!! Lol. read more

The coffee and donuts here are ALWAYS bad. Service is terrible. I ask myself why I go back every time I do. The coffee tastes like water and the staff is super slow and gets things wrong and clearly doesn't care to be there, much less provide customer service. Terrible. read more

been coming here almost every day on my way to work with the same order so the employees who work regular know me. Last Thursday the new person made my coffee wrong, without FV or sugar and I came back next day and politely asked them not to forget this time. First she made the wrong size, then didn't put cream in it and I was going to be late to work bc she kept having to ask others for help in making a simple drink. I had to leave with bad coffee. Then came back Monday and another new person was working and she not only double charged me for an order, but made me an iced coffee with NO coffee and GRANULATED Sugar and cream. tasted terrible and there have been days where I stop to get coffee at 6 am and there is no one there and no explanation as to why they are not open. The place is terrible. I am already writing a complaint to the CEO as several employees have also stated the manager refused to come in on time or does not staff the place properly for the morning rush hour. No croissants. No plain bagels(only 2 types). Out of coffee flavors (only 2 types). Out of large coffee cups. Had to leave. I'm not sure what else they didn't have. Probably donuts read more

Ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese and 1 sausage egg and cheese when I pulled around she repeated my order to us, and said "turkey egg and cheese?" For the sausage, and she then said "they are the same thing" like what the hell?! Not even close, they were all out of bagels and crosantas, I do not recommend this dunkin to anyone looking for a quick bite. Lisa the manger will definitely not help you. Stay away. read more

This is the worst DD on earth. Every time I go, they are always out of something. In the morning the service is extra slow. And then something is always off about my order or the coffee doesn't taste right. I only go to this one when I don't have enough time in the morning to stop by another one. Please do a full sweep of the store and revamp it so that your service, food items, etc are satisfactory. read more

Horrible.... just horrible. Bad service, shabby facilities (the drive-thru has been broken/ragged for months), and the Baskin Robbins was out of ice cream (how does that even happen?) for days. read more

Usually pretty quick drive through times. Staff is always friendly. Good spot for a quick cup of coffee when your on the move!

I walked into the Smoker Friendly store next to Dunkin Donuts and heard the Assist. Manager YANELIS ( just became assist mgr a few weeks ago) talking trash about employee's. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Then I also heard that she keeps running her mouth to employee's that when she becomes Manager in a few weeks she is going to fire certain employee's. Who would want her as a Manager when she can't keep employee information to herself and runs her mouth like a teenager, once again this is very unprofessional. I am in Management myself and would never speak to employee about another employee like Yanelis has and continues to do. This must STOP..... read more

This location has the worst management anywhere. Orders are 99% incorrect, bagels are old (when they have them), service is ridiculous and rude, and no one seems to care. I will not be going back there again. Wish there was a NY Bagels in Knightdale as they are the best around. read more

Waited 20+ minutes for a double sausage and egg bagel. No apology from manager, said that the item did not appear on the screen. Honestly if you see people waiting around and making eye contact with you, you should ask them if they need assistance. Terrible customer service read more

This location just can't seem to get it together. I continue to patron because of its location but the service is not the best. They constantly run out of everything. The drive thru seems to NEVER get it right. Several times I have had to turn around because they forgot part of my order or gave me someone else's order. This location could be great but they continue to miss the mark. I hope they will do better. read more

This place has terrible customer service. Today my mom and I went and placed an order of two doughnuts, one hot coffee, & one cookie sandwich. The whole entire order was WRONG. Remember, they made us pay before they told us they were out of a few things on our order. The manager finally made it to the window and had ZERO sympathy & in fact showed strait up ignorance just before I pulled off I noticed we had no straws & when I knocked on the window to catch their attention they chose to completely ignore me. I usually don't come here for breakfast but I decided to come in today because I really wanted an iced coffee. We started placing our order and the lady taking our order wasn't friendly at all, it would be nice to get good customer service at least a "hello" or "good morning, how many I help you" but not even a hi was said to us. Then she got an attitude when we didn't understand a question she asked, and at the end when she handed us our coffee we said thank you but nothing came out of her mouth. I have to deal with customer service all day too because that's my job with that being said I don't treat customers like that and if I can't have good customer services I would move on to another job, I think that's what she needs to do or have a cup of coffee since it seems she needed one. read more

I want to start with something that is positive before I hit my very negative view of this location. The people have always been friendly here. With that said, this place has to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. I live close to this one and have been here probably about 30 times so I know when I say when they never have stock. I will come in at all hours sometimes in the afternoon about 2:00 or later in the evening and they only have a few doughnuts available and usually only one to two kinds of munchkins. I love dunkin and this is the only one I have had a problem with like this. They need to fix this problem, they need to stay more stocked. Don't go to this one save a trip and go to the one off of capital or go down the street to Krispy cream where they actually have a selection and stay stocked. read more

I understand the reviews regarding employees being not so cheery, but I also respect that a high school age kid is getting to work at 4am to earn some dough. The coffee and donuts are pretty standard, not as good as when I lived in RI, but to be expected. Been here about 1/2 dozen times and no complaints. every single time i come here...which is very rare now based upon the consistent disappointing service. it's not for lack of trying, it seems, but rather a knowledge-base challenge combined with a drive thru system that is always failing...it's not worth it at all. read more
