This place needs to be closed for good. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through. The guy hands me my drinks which are black and we ordered with almond milk, there wasn't any milk present in our iced coffees. Then he hands me a bag of food and it's missing a whole sandwich, we ordered two and there was only one. So I reversed to the window and he apologized and said he would bring it out to us, fine. He brings it out and we unwrap our sandwiches only to reveal that both were made wrong, I don't even know what they gave us. So now we go inside, where there is a step down and some contraption with bards and a gate, ridiculous to have honestly. So we try to talk to the guy again and he is arguing with us about the sandwiches being wrong. Finally he conceded and said he would make new ones, my husband asked to speak to a manager and they DONT HAVE ANY. He thumbed to the guy behind him and said "this is the closest thing we have" what???? That is unheard of! We ask for a refund and guy said no because it's a mobile order, the "manager" said no problem we could get one and they'd make new sandwiches but we were so upset at this point, we were sure they would spit in it. As we were leaving without food and drink, I injure my arm on that dumb contraption they have around the door. I still don't understand why it's there! My arm was cut, and bruised, and three days later still hurts. We contracted corporate which was a big waste of time, they don't speak English and are outsourced. The lady had a cat meowing in the background as well as many voices, she couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear her. By the way it took 40 min on hold just to speak to her initially. Eventually she transferred us to some guy that said sorry and he would pass our info to the franchise owner. Results: 6 squished, old hash browns - small bag only half full; the sausage egg cheese croissant was not fresh & the two donuts were also not fresh, but tasted a day old. I'll not go back. This place is so disappointing! Most of the staff looks like they just rolled out of bed and/or just hit the crack pipe! How on earth the people who are hired on as Supervisors or Managers is beyond me because they do not have IQ's above middle school. There is this one young gentleman that could probably run the whole Dunkin on his own because he seems to know the system in and out and you have to have him do the Managers job. I need to get his name so that I can leave him 5 stars (handsome young respectful guy, he has like hazel green eyes). Worst dunkin i've ever been to! The food was freezer burnt, the iced coffees water down immediately and the lobby and kitchen areas are just filthy. Yuck! Pretty bad for even Dunkin' Donuts. Most of the time the staff won't even acknowledge you as a customer for a few minutes if you walk in and stand at the counter. But once they do, they tell you to come down to the pick up area to place your order down by the drive-through window. However you can't look at the donuts to see what kind you like because you're down in an unusual spot to place your order. I've heard them publicly, trashing drive-through customers using curse words in front of other customers. If you go to order an item and they're out, they just gruffly say we're all out and don't even offer any kind of alternative or apology. I don't see things changing, which is sad to see. I wanted a peppermint mocha coffee. it was good. Not as strong as I like, but good. I also bought 3 donuts, for my husband and self. ok, I just tried what was supposed to be maple iced. Yuck. toughest donut I've ever had. non existent maple flavor, seriously I get better donuts at the gas station. Much better at Publix, which was closed. Don't waste your time stopping by, ordered a two large coffee's and they were half full, between the two "may" have been a full large cup. Seemed to be adequately staffed, I saw 6 employees behind the counter, but I had to wait behind two other customers for a very long time. After I finally was able to order, one employee gave me the cruelers I ordered & sent me to other end of the counter for my drink. Received drink & employee walked away. I live in Leisure Lakes, about ten miles outside of town. Double checked the hours on line, which are listed until 9:00 p.m. Had a craving, so drove into town to get some donuts. Got there at 8:15 only to find that they decided to close early. Don't care if you want to close at noon, but be open the hours you say you're going to be open! They just lost me as a customer. The customer service here is terrible. Absolutely terrible. The line is always long due to their poor and slow service. It seems like every time I go there is always a long haired blonde at the window who never fails to be rude. One day I was waiting for her to notice me for a good min and then said "oh, I didn't see you. It'll be $3.68." No sorry or apology on her behalf. The last time I went here one of the servers was using her hands to scoop ice into cups to make drinks. The donuts are often stale, and the service is slow. They have 2 cash registers but only ever use one while the line is super long. You are better off going to the Sebring DD. read more
