I actually turned around to go to this location. I arrived at the drive thru ... only to find out they didn't have the drizzle and something else caramel for a caramel crunch frappuccino. I ended up getting a cinnamon latte which was good. I was going get cheese and fruit tray, but apples didn't look all that fresh to me. This location is generally pretty consistent in their quality and quickness of service. Unfortunately, it seems the quantity of the drink is very inconsistent. For example, when ordering a latte or any other drink that requires steamed milk, there is always way too much foam that only half the cup is actually drinkable liquid. Despite asking for less or no foam. That seems to be the regular case for how these barista's prepare the drinks. If that wasn't the case, this Starbucks would be ideally the best place to get coffee in town. Thank God it's a decent one with a drive-thru and an outside patio. So, it's Easter morning and I blew into the drive-thru for my caffeine fix. My timing was incredible! There was only one car in front of me! I checked my watch and I was in and on my way out in five minutes. By the time I pulled out there were ten cars in line. I think I'll buy a lottery ticket! As is usually the case the guy at the window was fast and friendly so no complaints. So why only four stars? I've been coming here for years and once and a while they put a trainee on the register a little too early without adequate nearby supervision. So, this Starbucks is seriously the only one for quite a ways...like back to Haines City at I-4...a ways. They are quick and efficient and usually quite busy considering they have no sister locations within a short ride. The inside is clean and they have a decent amount of seating. You'll have to go inside this one as they do not have a drive-thru. Get your steps in and earn that coffee ;) You can still order on the app and have it ready for a mobile order if you don't want to wait in line or are in a hurry. The only Starbucks for 35 miles. It's like finding one of those "last gas" signs as you're about to drive into the desert. This location does have a drive through. Nice seating outside with a view of the parking lot or one of the tables inside. Enough power outlets and of course, the free wifi. By far the worst Starbucks franchise. This isn't a review based on just one visit either. It is a culmination of many terrible lattes, teas, and overall rudeness over a period of over a year. Today was the last straw when I had them make me a latte and it tasted like it was mixed with honey or a spoon that wasn't rinsed from the last drink. I told them I wanted it changed and they put extra foam on my replacement latte when I asked for no foam. At some point, I need to quit asking them to remake the drink. And they always act like it is my fault that the drink sucks when I ask them to remake it. read more

Beware! This Starbucks is only serving drive thru even though they are still taking orders from the app and telling you to pick up at the front entrance. I sat in the parking lot until the scheduled pickup time. Went to the entrance as directed in the app, but they refuse to open the door!! I walked into this Starbucks expecting it to look like any other common Starbucks in the US. Boy, was I pleasantly corrected when, to my surprise, it had a disco-themed interior. In fact, the whole Starbucks seemed very seventies-inspired, right down to the glory hole in the women's bathroom. Very sex positive environment! As many Starbucks customers know, the Starbucks bathrooms are each single-stall private restrooms, one for each of the two (human) genders. Therefore, the glory hole bridges a gap in the wall directly between the male and female restrooms, even turning a corner. Makes for an interesting sensation! Anyway, the coffee here is good, but not as good as other 'Bucks I've been too. I've gotta rate the coffee 4/5, but the bathroom situation a whopping five stars. read more

I recently ordered a Frozen Raspberry Lemonade. Yes, this drink may not be on the menu but it's common sense on how to make it. They asked if I wanted the Strawberry I said no just raspberry. So she said that was fine. The barista was in training which was perfectly fine, she was learning. Although you can't learn well if your trainer is terrible and rude such as Zack, one of the higher up people. Which was highly rude to the other employees making them seem stupid, when they're not. So my drink ended up being a Strawberry Frozen Lemonade. Due to the trainer not teaching well. Maybe this rating would be a 5 star rating if there were more respectful and well mannered people teaching others and encouraging them. read more
